I find myself craving Jet's and every time I fulfill my craving I'm left highly satisfied. I know exactly what I'm getting- Detroit style, thick, buttery crust with tomato sauce that is sweet and robust. And the ranch is exceptionally good. It's good pizza. But, I've had better "Detroit-style" pizza from the frozen food section at HEB. The place is "To-Go" only. So, make no plans on staying to eat... unless you want to eat standing up, or in your vehicle - as there's no seating available. While I understand the concept here, it just isn't practical for me - as I live over 20-mins away from this location. I'll probably return, since my wife simply loves this place. The good thing about that is their menu is plentiful, so I should be able to try something new. read more

I work nearby this location and get lunch there frequently. Probably too frequently, but I digress. The food is incredible. The pies are made perfect and fresh every time, and even coming in to pick up my order is a treat because the staff is so kind. A young girl named Mariah always has a big smile on her face, and even recommended I try the shredded pepperoni because the regular pepperoni was my favorite. Spoiler: I have a new favorite. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was when I finally gave this place a chance . I passed bye nearly a hundred times for years and never once thought it be as good as it was ! I'm so mad at myself for not trying it sooner. The pizza is fantastic and I'd go here over any pizza chain any day! The variety of toppings and quality of ingredients paired with amazing tasting dough just outshines everything I've tried before. I absolutely recommend getting something out of the norm as they can make a half and half pizza of anything you want so you can get your boring pepperoni and also try something different and exciting but you definitely won't regret it. My favorites are the BBQ or the buffalo pizzas and I'm excited to try more in the future . If you know how to get to Randal's near Cypress Creek you know how to get to Jet's it's literally in the shopping center right next door. It has been a couple of weeks since I tried jets pizza. I walked in and was surprised they had no in-house seating. It was a long hallway to where you ordered the pizza. I decided to get the eight corner with pork topping. They told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes and I said OK. Until I realized there was no place to sit and wait, so I just kept pacing up and down. When it was done, they called me over, handed me the box and wished me well. It was only a short drive to get home, so the pizza was still extremely hot. I take one slice and sit down to eat it. The first thing is the crust. Nice and crispy on the outside and the inside soft and fluffy as you get into it. Just like I like my pizza crust. The sauce is definitely from the Midwest like Chicago or Detroit. It was the sweet sauce . Since I'm not a fan of it but I ate it anyway. There was plenty of cheese and pork topping and they were delicious. It was so good. I decided to eat a second slice. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely order this again. The service inside the store was very pleasant. And for those that are comparing it to via 313, they are different, but both are enjoyable read more

Wow, it was excellent. Sort of a mix between how Pizza Hut used to have the deep dish when they were higher quality before it changed and the typical Detroit pizza. Except this ain't typical and Jet's perfects a flaky, thick, and crunchy crust and delicious tasting pizza. It's a small To Go pick up only place and it was jamming with a bunch of people going in and out in the five minutes I was waiting. From the other "Detroit style" pizza places around Jet's is easily a couple belt notches above the 313 pizza place. My favorite Detroit pizza place has always been Brown Dog in Telluride, CO and I think Jet's is on the same level. I had never heard of Detroit-style pizza before trying Jet's Pizza, and I'm a big fan now! For those who aren't familiar with the style, it's deep dish pizza that typically layers some toppings below the cheese and use a really delicious crunchy crust to add in that extra crunchy texture in every bite. Jet's doesn't disappoint there, I ordered their 4 corner pepperoni pizza and was very pleased with the result. The cheese is flavorful, but not overwhelming, the pepperoni was savory but not greasy, and the crust (I tried the Jet's Turbo) was crunchy, buttery, and muy delicioso. In a lot of ways, Jet's brought back my childhood Pizza Hut nostalgia, back when the world was new and everything was delicious. The only complaint I have is they forgot my Jet's Triple Cheese Sidekick, but I feel that's likely more of an example of human error rather than a trend. It's worth calling out as well that they do have Cajun Pizza, Cauliflower, and Non-Gluten options! read more

Let me start off with something that always gets a reaction out of people: I don't like pizza. I also don't like pumpkin spice anything, but that's for another review... Jet's is incredible. It's perfect every single time and actually makes this pizza hater crave it! Their salads are also fantastic and I'm sure we've had other things there that are good, too, but really the pizza is the star! Oh, and the ranch. I have searched high and low for that good restaurant ranch - if you know, you know - and Jet's delivered! We always buy a bottle when we order, but the secret is out and now we'll need to order at least two every time because my kiddos now know what good ranch tastes like and whenever we have friends over many of them steal my bottle. I bought the 2 slice and drink special. This was not my first visit, but very disappointed on this visit. I received my pizza and it was cold. It was awful. I paid for a hot slice not room temperature, cold pizza. The second issue was the service. I asked the cashier for a receipt and she said we are out of paper. I will go get some. She never returned. She gave the receipt paper to someone who did not know how to insert the paper. A third person came over and could not get the machine to work. They went into the back and tried and nothing. They came back to the front and could not get the receipt printer to work. This lasted 5 minutes so I left. Then when I tasted my pizza it was cold really made me irritated. I thought this would be a quick visit for hot food. I will stay away for awhile. There is another pizza place within 2 miles who ensures your food is at the right temperature. read more

Staying in Austin for our anniversary and decided to stay in and order pizza. We ordered the Jet10 pizza with was 19.99 and they charged us almost 28.00 with a two liter Pepsi and 3 containers a ranch that was 3 dollars. With a 6.00 tip the total was 48.00. The pizza was hard, not soft and the toppings weren't plentiful. We spent 37.00 the night before and tried Serranos and had a huge full blown meal that was delicious. My gluten free pizza was something akin to the rectangle pizza serviced at your elementary school cafeteria. Wow! I was very surprised at how good this deep dish pizza was. I ordered the small 4-corner with pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions (for delivery) $25 before tip. In my opinion it's enough for 2-people. I only ate half and was full. I personally thought it was better than 313, which I also like. The onions really gave it an added layer; they tasted caramelized, as opposed to normal pizza onions that are put on raw. The crust was really crisp and chewy and the middle was not doughy but definitely soft. Overall the flavor is what blew me away. It's just good! I'm a fan! So glad they are right down the street from me and they deliver. My only complaint is the price, but it seems everything is expensive now... up the street is pizza for the same price but nowhere near as good.
