Great tasting pizza! They shuffled me over to pay while they were topping my pizza and it ended up missing a few toppings that I saw them write down on the sheet. Which was weird because there was a new sheet under my pizza once I got it. I wonder if I got the wrong one? Either way it tasted good. I'll be back! read more

With the closing of Pie five it is nice that MOD pizza made an entrance in Pflugerville. It is bright and clean. You can build your own pizza as the dough is moved down a counter top and servers add to it items you want. They have a quite a few offerings for you to select from. It is reasonable priced and a nice addition to the Pflugerville offerings. read more

I came here yesterday with my 3 yr old son and was very impressed by the service and kindness I received. While attempting to order 3 pizzas, my son decided to start scaling walls and window sills and acting all kinds of crazy. The person making our pizza went out of his way to engage my son and show him how he was making the pizza. What a great spot. Gluten free options are limited. This place was recommended and they did not dissappoint. Tim is a gem. The ability to choose the toppings only I would eat on a pizza is fabulous! Poorest management I have ever seen no respect for the paying customers that keep the doors open, refusing to pass along corporate info or phone numbers literally my son walked in the rest room and saw a mod employee smoking marijuana reported it to manager health department and police the health department and police took it seriously mod manager Tim did not seem interested at all so obviously this practice is ok finally got ahold of corporate hr and they are doing their research not family friendly !! This place is so good! The vibe is fun and it's definitely enjoyable. The food is delicious and there's so many different toppings to choose from! First time at a MOD pizza. It was a Friday evening and very busy; and their internet, app and phone purchases were coming in too. There was a line, and considering the other orders being slipped into the line it went fairly fast. My husband and I split an 11" pizza. It was terrific. We had the pesto sauce, which I love and he enjoyed too. I didn't exactly see any prices up except for drinks. We only drank water (which is typical) and our bill for the pizza and tip was just over $10. We thought that was fine we had 4 meat toppings and 3 cheeses and olives. Very filling. The worst thing was we were at the far end of the dining area and you really have to listen to grab your pizza quick. Plastic forks, knifes only. And napkins. No paper plates, just the big plate your pizza is served in when you pick it up. I loved it enough I downloaded the app. We will look for these now that we know how great they are!! read more

Overall a decent experience, pizza was actually good, glad I chose the mega crust since what I saw of their thin crust was coming out burnt--- service does need help, maybe it's hard for management to get good help. Young people look like they just don't care- and it's not because they're young the youth at other places actually look like they care about the customers (Chic-Fil-A for example)Perhaps management needs to get better at screening or raise their standards which means raise their pay. Overall this place isn't cheap so the place should get better at their service. Probably won't be back anytime soon but it was worth a first attempt. read more

I went to this location and ordered 2 pizza. My orders were to go but one of the pizza was put on a plate was given to another customer. The other customer also had two orders and stood by the counter waiting for their other pizza. While waiting he was touching the first pizza in the plate. Later we realized that the pizza was my order and the staff tried to give me the pizza which was already touched by the other customer. Disgusting!!! by far the most disgusting restaurant i have ever been inside. there were food scraps and trash all over the floor in the area where they make the pizza as well as dirty dishes. the people working there were pretty rude and one even seemed extremely sick (i made sure he didn't put anything on my pizza himself). we waited in line for 30 minutes (i timed it) and once we had our pizzas made, the cashier rang our order up incorrectly. it ended up being much cheaper so we didn't say anything. when our pizzas were ready, my boyfriends was put in a box and given to him. mine was thrown straight on the counter not on top of anything and ignored for a while. it was finally boxed and i took it home to eat and i noticed that the entire bottom of it was totally burnt. other than that it tasted fine but i will never be returning. read more

MOD Pizza in Pflugerville is AMAZING! The food is deliciousness! I love that I can get my lite cheese & adult toppings and my son can get his basic cheese & pepperoni and they are the same cost! My daughter loves that she can get a salad or a pizza! The staff is pleasant BUT Brandon is always so kind and willing to help no matter how busy he is or the store is! The food is good, nothing really special but I would return based on the food but I would not return based on the service. We were there on the 24th of March, the employees are either untrained or just dont care, no smiles, no thank you...just stoic, no one seems happy. I've been to plenty of MODs but this one was by far the worst. It was dirty, the topping area wasn't clean I even seen many products just dropped in toppings bin that didn't go there. Normally you place the pizza on the paper when it comes out the oven they just threw it on the counter. They didn't even know who's pizza was who. Basically pointing over peoples food with no gloves on. My pizza was Burnt and they still tried to serve it to me and had I not said anything they would have. Management need to make sure the team is together. Until then I'll stick to the Parmer Location. read more
