We sat at the bar and ordered a round of drinks. The bartenders had good suggestions. I got the Amore violet - so good! Very refreshing but slightly on the sweeter side. I saw a video on Instagram of the spring tea and I knew I had to try it as soon as I saw deviled eggs. To start, everything was delicious, very very yummy, the teas, we got golden Yunnan, golden chamomile, peach blossom and vanilla mint chai. All the food was delicious as well. Our servers, 2 young men I think their names were Ashton and Chase (or Chance), sorry I'm terrible with names, were wonderful. The restaurant is cute. Now the reason why I don't think it's worth the money. It's 60 dollars a person, which of course I knew, and is a little on the higher end but ok. We get seated and after a decently long wait the waiters inform us that since there are 4 of us, we get 3 tea flavors. There's nothing that tells you that, and for that price I'm not sure why we weren't able to get 4 flavors for 4 people. We had to pay 12 dollars to get a 4th flavor. It took forever to get our tea and then the food. People who were sat long after us, got their food at the exact same time as us. The roast beef sandwich has horseradish on it, which my husband and I love, but our 13 year old tried it and didn't like it so I asked if we could possibly get it without and was told no. You can get more of the savory items but if you want more of the sweets, it's more money. With tip our total bill came to 345 dollars (plus 15 to park cause you know Cherry creek). Value is in the eye of the beholder and for me, even though everything tasted really nice, the limitations and price just don't match for me personally. read more

The fries were probably the best part of the grilled chicken Caesar wrap. The tomato soup had the consistency of marinara sauce. Me and my family were there for Mother's Day brunch and non of us were really impressed. The service was alright, we had to wait for our appetizers for over 40 minutes and the place was not busy after 2 pm. I think hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, but this one is a hit! it's super beautiful inside, with a large bar and lounge-style seating. we ordered a charcuterie board, a main, and a dessert - all of which were delicious. our server gave great recommendations and let us sample a few wines before committing to a bottle. Went in for an early dinner with my honey and had great service by Leah Jade, the server who's initials are the same as "Local Jones" so her "LJ" shirt was just perfect for her . . . Sat in the cushioned back corner, our favorite place (so take that as a nice insider tip:). Had the $8 (Parker) rolls as our app (not worth it but good nonetheless), followed by the chicory and pecan salad where the chicory magically, and as an unannounced surprise, transformed itself into radicchio (so it's a good thing we like radicchio, huh?). The beautiful woman I was with had the crispy salmon, medium rare, which was very good but accompanied by a generally non-descript white sauce, and I had the excellent fried chicken with pickles and slaw. Too big to finish for a modest eater = me. Had a cocktail and a glass of nice white wine each (one of those NZ sauvignon blancs for her; and the French Macon Village Chardonnay for me). It all would have totaled around $200 but we had a 2'fer on the entree because, as their add/coupon said "Here's a treat for our neighbors," so we got away for about $160. A deal? No. But a very nice dinner with great service. (So the Yelp bot is telling me that this review is looking "pretty epic!" but I don't think so. We went for breakfast this time. The menu choices looked great. We waited for a bit for someone to come seat us. Wish the waitperson was a little more upbeat. Not impressed by the service, slow, indifferent and we had to flag our waitperson down for refill of coffee and ice tea. Coffee was good, nice and hot also. Oatmeal was beautiful but just barely lukewarm. The side of avocado with sea salt was uninspired. The potatoes were very good, as was the bacon. Easy to find, great location, swanky vibes meets bright colors, and classy drinks aplenty. Came here with a group of 4 and was seated quickly, they have plenty of seating but I do recommend making a reservation--just for their awareness. Quick service and I mean quick. There were so many hands shuffling things it felt a little chaotic and rushed, but that just means they have plenty of staff! The drinks were definitely on the pricier side, the cheapest glass of wine was $14, and the cocktails were all fifteen and up. Which, it's a hotel bar, that's pretty average. Just a note that this isn't a spot to ~~comfortably~~ get a few drinks with friends, nor a place to stay awhile. We missed happy hour, but still nibbled on some apps. We had the Brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, bread, and carpaccio. Brussels were on the soggier side for me, and more flakes than anything, really oily too. Mac was great, I LOVED those noodles and the Gouda was a fun twist! The bread was sub par-- I had high expectations coming in a little cast iron, but it was dry and lacked flavor, also not served with butter. The carpaccio was beautifully displayed, though pretty standard in the scheme of beef carpaccios. Three starts doesn't do it justice because I really did enjoy my wine, mac, and the atmosphere! This review primarily is for their bomb diggity bartender, my man Rick! The second I sat at the bar I felt immediately welcomed. He walked me through their HH specials and took care of me and my friend the entire 3 hours we were there. He was super knowledgeable about the wines they carried and made fab cocktails! Food: I wasn't sure what to expect since I didn't know much about the restaurant and hadn't heard the usual chatter around their food. I was absolutely blown away by the bold yet balanced flavor of every dish put in front of me. The crispy salmon is one of the best fish dishes I've ever had. Service: excellent service with very attentive staff. The ambiance is great although the restaurant was a little chilly inside. That being said, it's a large space and with all the winter storms we've had lately, it's entirely understandable. First off, I am SUPER bummed I didn't get any photos of the inside of this restaurant. It is so cute. It gives off French bakery/bistro vibes. We showed up for breakfast on a Friday morning. If you're basic like me when it comes to coffee (I need the sugary bad for you creamer) you may not want to order coffee here, but if you like it black, or just regular and sugar, they have you covered. I ordered their fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. I was a little bummed because they didn't have enough for a full serving, but they did give me what they had left and didn't charge me for it. It was not overly tart which was nice. I ordered the simple breakfast and opted.ro split one of their cinnamon rolls with my sister. The cinnamon roll was giant and gooey and covered in their frosting and I would eat 6 more. The simple breakfast was eggs any way you want, and with potatoes and toast, and I opted for the bacon as my meat. It was everything you'd expect from an egg breakfast. The moment I took my first step into the building, I was absolutely entranced with how beautiful the interior was. The atmosphere was as classy as it could get! We started with oysters, and I haven't had oysters with such amazing quality in awhile, so I was definitely in heaven in that moment. My fiancés pork chop was really delicious. In fact he said it was one of the best he's ever had. I ordered the bass which tasted very fresh. The Mac and cheese I ordered as the side wasn't up to par with the other items we got. This is such a cute spot! Service was great, as were the cocktails. I had the Smoking Pig, made with whistle pig 10yr bourbon, smoked whistle pig maple syrup, walnut & orange bitters. Delicious! The food was good too, but a little hit or miss. Presentation was lovely, with beautiful colors and pleasing plating. I very much enjoyed the beet salad and the burrata. The charred broccolini was delicious, and the anchovies and breadcrumbs gave it a special something, not to mention a hit of extra salt and crunch. Yum! The risotto was good, but underwhelming. First time visiting Denver, and my cousin took us out to this restaurant for dinner. My first impression of the area (Cherry Hill, close to the mall) is that it was very hip and had an LA/Newport Beach vibe to it. They had many sectioned seating areas and a few rooms which could be closed off for larger parties. We were a party of 16 so we got a room with a ginormous and long table. The walls closed off, which was nice as it gave us some privacy from the bustle of the rest of the restaurant. Just based on my first impression of the decor and service upon walking in, I knew it was going to be a great night. The service was excellent and the food did not disappoint. Bread - warm and so good! Muscles - OMG, I don't even like muscles but the butter sauce was so delish, I was sad when the dish was empty. This dish alone changed my perspective on muscles in general. Grilled octopus - I absolutely love grilled octopus. This dish was amazing , and I wish I didn't have to share it with the folks around me. Ahi - refreshing and flavorful Hummus - unexpectedly refreshing and savory at the same time. I would have ordered this on my own, but I'm so glad my party ordered it. Definitely a great dish to share. Blackened Salmon - I loved this! The outside was nice and crunchy but the body was still juicy. Short review: Noisy and expensive. Welcome to Cherry Creek north where are all the boys are handsome, all the girls are thin, and all the cars are parked by a valet. I didn't especially care for this place, which was packed to the rafters on a Saturday night. My $29 buttermilk ranch fried chicken (or I should say two pieces of chicken) was thickly battered and underdone. KFC is way better. Others had salmon which I thought was just ok. The best entree was the bucatini pasta served with bacon lardons. Noise level was approaching being inside a 747 jet engine during takeoff. Would not rush back. read more
