This spot is a cool concept. But it does not work. You sit yourself and order off QR code, cool no problem. 2 of my friends waited for drinks long after we received our food, one drink took 30 mins. The other took 40 mins. We asked 3 different waiters if they could check on the drinks. 1st of all of them did not speak English. Which is fine bc I do but what if we didn't ?! lol like what ??? How would we communicate this. All 3 servers said they would check on the drink. I asked for the manager, some rude guy came up and said the bar takes longer bc "look how many people are here" were his words... what in the world? He made it seem like we were crazy for continuing to ask for the drink. Like 30-45 mins is normal. He was extremely unprofessional. After his rude comments we said forget the drink. And he again acted shocked that we didn't want it any more. We had been there now an hour. Long story short it's really just a beach type snack bar with food. Selling over priced average food. I came here for the first time looking forward to a great lunch with family. We arrived around 12:30 for lunch and there were plenty of empty tables open. We placed our order quickly. 2 people ordered alcohol drinks which took like 25 minutes to finally receive at our table. 2 of the meals came soon after but the other 3 of our lunches took a long time !! We must of waited around 45 minutes!! No joke!! I was very disappointed in the service. Our server during this time did not check on us nor did we see her until our order finally came. A worker who seemed to be the manager stopped by to ask us if everything was okay and we said we were still waiting for our food. I ordered a Gaucho burger and my sister ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I don't know what my niece ordered. The food was delicious!! I hope to go back and give it another chance because it's right on the beach and there is plenty of parking. They just need to be more attentive. The food is far from "exquisite." Hostess said we can sit ourselves and order off the QR code. We sat upstairs after waiting maybe 10 mins for an open table. It was nice at first. Ordered: Calamari Kids burger Lobster roll Chilaquiles After about 10 mins after we ordered a server comes to the table and asks what we would like to eat and we told her we ordered from the app and she looked so pissed. lol. Ok. Our calamari came out in 10 mins. Cool. Nothing else came out for another 40 mins. I tried asking 3 separate servers to check on our food but the music was so loud they literally just passed us by...3 times. It was laughable yet annoying. Finally got the someone's attention and 2 other dishes came out. We waited another 15 mins for a kids meal to come out...total 50 mins for food that didn't require too much detail. We thought maybe phone orders weren't getting to the kitchen in a timely manner. We would have left but my daughter was hungry and we already PAID and tipped on the app. You'll have to ask for your own silverware and napkins too because after 40 mins no one would think you'll need it. It's ok I wasn't eating anything anyways. Won't do that again. This really missed the mark. Brutally. Asked for a manager who took my lobster roll off the check. The rest of our meal the servers avoided eye contact with us. They all likely heard we weren't happy. read more

The food on both sides, restaurant and to go cafe, are delicious however the service moves at a snails pace on the cafe side. 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a pastry is excessive. We have seen other customers walk away from the line and have done the same ourselves as the queue to order also takes forever. Also as a tip, I would say that the staff does not need to wait for every item ordered to be finished for them to let us know it's ready. The last two times, our drinks had separated while waiting for them to finish warming up the pastry. read more

Echoing some previous reviews, obviously beachside ambiance is great, but they really need to work on wait times. We came in on a Monday around 2pm. Ordered a few empanadas, a salad, and a lemonade. 20 minutes go by, nothing has come out. I go to the bar to check on things, bartender tells me he's going to check on it. Finally my lemonade comes out but nothing else. We don't hear anything, another 20 minutes go by. All in all we waited 45 minutes and had to leave. Had to ask the bartender to process a refund because you pay when you order. He asked me to stay a few minutes more but it was too late. We ended up leaving after almost an hour with no food. It was very slow on a Monday afternoon. It was us and 3 other parties. I'm not sure why it takes so long to get food here. This is the second time we've been here, and this is the second time we've left without food. Really wanted to like this place but you need to treat your locals a little better. I can see the customer service rep who responds to these reviews will tell me "they're working on wait times". I've heard that line around 6 months ago, nothing has changed. We won't be going back, and we definitely discourage other locals from coming here. read more

Kamilah was an amazing waitress although she was the lead, she still treated our demanding group as if it was her first rodeo as a new waitress. Kamilah curated a great experience. I've been wanting to try this place the longest. I had the fish and chips and they were AMAZING. I think this is the best fish and chips that I've ever had honestly. The hospitality is amazing here. The hostess was so sweet and my waiter was amazing as well. He was a black man I wish I could remember his name but I went and if you see this thank you, you were amazing. I would recommend the entrana steak, so very flavorful paired nicely with crispy shoestring fries and chimichurri to bring out a pop of flavor. Honestly the meat was tender and juicy. This dish is authentic Argentine just like mom and dad used to make! We also ordered the lomo saltado which was heavenly. The sauce was rich with flavor and the meat was tender and juicy. Ordered Lomo Saltado, Greek Salad, and Fish and chips. Fish and chips were good except for the dish not being very hot. It kind of felt as if it has been out for awhile so it lacked that fresh, just off the fryer, taste. Despite that, the fish inside was nice and the batter was nice and crispy. Greek Salad was amazing! Loved everything about it from the feta cheese to the fresh tomato and olives. We had no complaint about the salad. Our problem was with the Lomo Saltado. All I could taste was celery. My friend refused to eat the dish after one taste. I didn't want it to go to waste so I picked at all the meat pieces but afterwards, I needed to get something to get the celery taste out of my mouth. Other than the Lomo Saltado, the other two dishes were adequate. What makes up for it all is the view. The beach is right in front so we had the view of the beach as we dined. The prices are a bit on the pricier side, but I guess you pay for the view. The ambiance is nice and fun with a bar in the center and plenty of outdoor seating. Only downside was that the music was wayyy too loud. I probably won't be back for the food, but I might consider coming back for the overall view and vibe. read more
