Love this local place! Locally owned by the nicest people who are at restaurant most days. The food is really good, our favorites are the eggs Benedict, veggie omelette, carne asada plate, breakfast quesadilla, turkey bacon, and some vanilla ice cream w espresso and Pistachios for dessert. Aperol spritz, wine selection, and vodka tonic is perfect! Everyone is so friendly... Harrison our most times waiter is a local guy and very on the ball! This place is our go-to place and the new secret Friday night Jolly hour is a plus! Can you tell we love it.

The first time we were here, we were greeted at the door. Staff is amazing, really friendly, and very familiar with their menu. The food was great--French toast tasted like cinnamon churro. Steak and eggs were cooked perfectly. Plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside. Reasonable prices. Very nice restaurant.

STEPH JUDGMENT: Good food and even better service. Let's Yolk About It had some great reviews so the hubby and I decided to take a walk to Belmont Shore for brunch, something we seldom do. It had a cute and comfortable ambiance and a good number of vegetarian/vegan offerings. I got the Classic breakfast (2 eggs, veg sausage, breakfast potatoes, wheat toast with housemade berry compote), and a cup of their regular drip with cream, which was great--a big step above diner coffee. The veg sausage was a bit overdone and the potatoes could've been crispier, but the flavors were good. The hubby got the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup combo, which he enjoyed. The service was friendly and delightful. It was a great first impression; we will be back.

Amazing breakfast and lunch spot with delicious food, generous portions, and fresh ingredients in every bite. I was really surprised about the great taste of the chilaquiles. Highly recommended!! The customer service was great, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Great atmosphere and an overall fantastic breakfast experience. Again, Highly recommend!

After watching the sunrise, my husband and I were ready for breakfast and ended up at Let's Yolk About It--such a cute name! We arrived right when they opened and were greeted by a really nice waitress who made us feel welcome from the start. The space has a refined brunch vibe with beautiful colors and a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. The drinks were good, and I liked that they offer both alcoholic options and mocktails. I had the breakfast charcuterie, which I really enjoyed, and my husband was happy with his dish as well. Overall, it was a great start to our morning, and I would definitely come back again.

Classic breakfast place with classic selection of breakfast food. You can't go wrong by choosing this place. This is my second time here and it was very memorable. The lavender mimosa is so good, would definitely recommend! The food was delicious and out service was good.

Let's Yolk About It is a local breakfast and brunch spot in LB Belmont. They have a succinct food and drink menu. We came for brunch and tables were full thus we sat by the coffee bar. We ordered coffee, pancakes and veggie burrito. Their food were tasty and warm; coffee was okay. Service was slow given that it was peak hour for brunch. Prices seem fair for the area. Staff were affable and professional. Parking lot and side street parking are available. Overall, we had a good brunch and liked our food.

I've been wanting to try this place since their door first opened however long ago, and I finally got to try it yday 02/10/26. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu. Our server (I think her name was Tricia/Trixie) agreed with our order and said they were her personal favorites. And she was spot on! The Chilaquiles was my favorite. The carne asade on top was good. The fried French toast has good too. I liked how it was crispy, and the compote was smooth and not overpowering. Can't wait to try other things off the menu! Recommend!

Food was amazing and the service made it even better. Bri was super helpful, checked in at the right times, and made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. We tried the breakfast quesadilla and it was the star. Crispy tortilla, loaded filling, and it came with salsa and sauces that actually add flavor (not just "there because breakfast"). Also had an omelet topped with avocado that was fluffy and filling, and the latte was smooth with solid foam and latte art. Great spot for brunch in Belmont Shore. I'd definitely come back, especially for that quesadilla.

Let's Talk About Yolk in Long Beach was the perfect post-race brunch spot after my husband and I ran the Holiday Half Marathon and WOW, it did not disappoint. I ordered the huevos rancheros with steak on top, and it was absolutely delicious. It was a bit spicy (I drank about three glasses of water ), but totally worth it. So much flavor. My husband and son both had the steak burrito, and they really enjoyed it. My friends also ordered the huevos rancheros and devoured their plates. The place is very cozy, and the Christmas tree by the door really set the holiday mood you could feel the festive spirit as soon as you walked in. Even though the restaurant was packed, the customer service was amazing. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and even spoke Spanish to us, which was a lovely surprise and made us feel very welcomed. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a big plus, and it was clear this is a popular spot for brunch and breakfast. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

We found this cute little spot we found while searching for a brunch spot after an impromptu beach day. They have a tiny outdoor space so we were able to bring our dog along. We were greeted and served right away. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a mocha latte. I'm not a big fan of arugula but it paired well with the aioli. I wolfed it down in minutes. The service was awesome and will definitely come back next time we stop by Long Beach

Located on 2nd street in LBC in the Belmont Shore area.. The Service was good. And food was good. I had the crab Benedict.. there was a lot of crab.. no skimping here! My friend had the carne asada and eggs.. very flavorful.

Another first for me, we rode our bikes here on sunny Thurs morning for brunch. We sat outside and Trinity took care of us. We got the breakfast melt, the crab Benedict with tatters and a side of carne asade as well as the guava pineapple spritz and the pistachio latte. Everything was great, the sandwich was melty the carne asada was flavorful and juicy. The spritz was very refreshing as well. Very cute brunch option, I'll be back to try the sweet breakfast items

A very welcoming vibe upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly couple who answered our questions about popular drink flavors. We decided to go with a Hot Cinnamon Dulce Latte and an Iced Blueberry Lavender Latte. While waiting, there were plenty of chairs, tables, a comfy couch and even a bar area to sit and relax. Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me! I stopped in for a coffee and a side of bacon, and my total was almost $20. For such a simple order, that's hard to justify. I understand food costs have increased, but the pricing feels excessive compared to other local restaurants that serve quality food at much more reasonable prices. My biggest concern, however, is the impact the business has had on our neighborhood. Since Zuzu's Petals opened, we've noticed a significant increase in litter, much of it appearing to be food and drink packaging from the restaurant. Weekend traffic on the sidewalks has become overwhelming, customers often park in alleyways or in unsafe locations, and it has made our neighborhood much more difficult to navigate. We brought these concerns to an employee, but were told there wasn't much they could do. If this business truly wants to be part of the community, I hope they take more responsibility for the impact they're having on the surrounding neighborhood. Encouraging customers to park responsibly, helping keep the area clean, and offering more reasonably priced menu options would go a long way toward building goodwill with the people who actually live here. I always want local businesses to succeed, but right now I can't recommend Zuzu's Petals based on both my experience and the ongoing issues it's created for nearby residents. Also beach cleaning isn't cleaning our neighborhood. That's no support to our neighborhood. Maybe have a neighborhood clean up day instead.

The menu has a ton of really detailed options, each drink with its own depth. The menu changes seasonally but what doesn't change is the smoked old fashioned - a must-order. They smoke your drink in a glass container using applewood chips; it's quite a show and it also does make the drink much more enjoyable. Ask the bartender and they can also help guide you to a drink - I've done it a couple of times and always pleasantly surprised. Next up, the food! The hummus was very flavorful and paired with an amazing fluffy pita bread. The truffle fries were solid but the plate was HUGE, definitely needs a friend to share. The Nashville wings are the star of the show. I cannot stress this enough, this is worth a DRIVE for. The seasoning really does remind you of Howlin' Rays (the highest compliment) and the chicken is extremely crispy yet insanely juicy. The pickles and ranch that it comes with pairs so well. Do note that they are tossing it in pork fat, which enhances the depth but also makes it a little greasy at the end. I also wished they'd warn you this and offer to order it without it; especially for those who don't eat pork or for those trying to cut some calories. There's a happy hour menu too!!! So you can get drinks and food even cheaper. I cannot stop thinking about this place. It's such a sleeper. Head to Midnight Oil after a visit to continue your night.

One thing I would call out is to double-check that your drink is made with the alcohol you requested. I watched him make it and had to ask our server to confirm what was in the drink. To their credit, they remade it with no issues, but it's worth paying attention if you're particular about your spirits. The staff was friendly and welcoming each time I stopped in, and while service ran a bit on the slower side at moments, they stayed attentive enough that it never felt like a real issue.
