We popped into grab breakfast here since it was close to our hotel. The check in was slow especially since there were tables available. I have to say that they made up for the delay on our initial impression. When the waiter came to get our drink order, we told him that we needed to order right away because we were in a rush. A few minutes after ours drinks came, the food was coming out. It was super fast and we appreciated that. The waffles were less sweet than I'm used to. The syrup was not sweet like regular maple syrup, it was more like honey. We got waffles, a crepe with Nutella and fresh strawberries, sides of eggs, bacon and sausage. Everything was good.

Nice brunch spot located in downtown Long Beach. Park in the parking structure right next to the restaurant they will validate it for two hours. It was easy to walk in. There is no way to make a reservation so you just have to show up. But trust me when I say the weight is worth it it is worth it. The service was very nice. Our server was able to answer all the questions for us since it was our first time coming. I had the chorizo and eggs with a half waffle that I asked for fruity pebbles, and one of my friends had the corn hash with eggs and the red velvet half waffle. Both were very delicious. I've also had their signature lemonade, which was also nice. We also order the chicken wings. Half Cajun and half buttermilk both were amazing.. Definitely will come back to this location soon to try out some other things.
This was a great find we came at the prefect time because by the time we finished it was completely packed. The gravy was so good I personally ordered the burrito, but we all know sharing is caring. Coffee was delicious it was a great balance of lavender. I turned it into an iced coffee at the end.

Wow, this one was hard. No one had Bone-In Chicken &Waffles and mimosas. I asked a couple of AI to no avail, Either Bone-In an no Mimosas or Tenders. So then I went to Yelp! Taraaaaa The place is Downtown Longbeach, Place Art-Deco? I had Cajun Chicken Wings with Waffles top with fresh fruit. My wife light eater had Scrambled eggs ( real eggs) and home potatoes.off course her Mimosa. They had Champagne from about $15 to $120 she settled for a regular Mango Mimosa. Service Excellent
Been wanting to try this place and during race weekend I met my friend there right next to the metro station. It was a little busy but my friend was already waiting for me. It's a nice open restaurant with a lot of seating and a covered patio outdoors. I kept my choice simple and had bacon and eggs and it was delicious. Fluffy eggs, plenty of bacon and crispy hash browns. The sourdough was good but I wished more butter was on them. My friend had the Ham, egg and cheese burrito which look well put together. It came with red and green salsa but the green was tolerable for both of us. I watched others get different things and they look pretty good. I will have to come back and try other dishes.

We were torn between the Cajun chicken vs the Texas fried chicken so ordering a side of the Texas style checked that curiosity box. The Lavender Latte is made with two lavender pumps but I requested just one and the lavender flavor was perfectly balanced ... not overpowering the coffee. Rode the Metro A Line to Long Beach for an outing with a Seniors group. Lunch was our last stop before heading home. We just so happened to land here. And what a pleasant surprise it was indeed. From the moment the 15 of us walked in, we felt very welcome. They immediately and very graciously began trying to accommodate us with prompt seating. I strayed from the table seating and sat at the bar. I'm so happy I did that. Franco at the bar was amazingly warm, friendly and made sure I had everything I wanted or needed. Our server, Daniel was just the sweetest as well. I ordered the Waffle Combo with 1/2 a waffle. It came with 3 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausage links. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! And the pricing is good as well. My meal was under $20. Such a great value. Now I want to bring friends and family here to try it out. It was that good. And the service reminded me of the "good old days" when great customer service was important to an establishment. Highly recommend!!!
Tried the Cajun country skillet it was so delicious. From the gravy flavor, to the Cajun chicken flavor, to the eggs to the house potatoes everything was delicious. It is a generous portion had to take the rest to go.
We had a great experience here. We had never been and were curious about some menu items. The owner took our order. He was very patient, answering all my questions and giving recommendations. The breakfast was great, but the standout was the carryout burger we got for our kiddo. The burger was phenomenal. Great service, tasty food, and an easy walk from hotels near the mall and convention center.

Food - the Cajun fried chicken & waffle is really good! The chicken is super crisp & the waffles here in general are delicious! Doesn't matter which one you get! LOL steak omelette was a 5/10. My nephew said it wasn't so tasty. The bacon here is pretty salty & not that crispy. Portion wise- I want to say it's overpriced for how LITTLE they give. As you can see in the photos. Service - came on a Saturday at around 9:30/10am. There was a decent amount of people but luckily we got seated right away! There is outside & inside seating. ONE thing I recommend is getting some blinds for the booth tables all the way in the back! We sat there & it was getting extremely HOT. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Eat here, you won't regret it. We had a combination of breakfast dishes and one lunch item - the steak sandwich with a side of salad. The breakfast items were perfectly done and they even split two of them up for us to share. Eggs and proteins were cooked just as we asked and then there's the star of the show: the waffles. These are some of the best "American style" (my terminology, not theirs) Belgian waffles I've ever had. They're light, fluffy inside and not very sweet- the ultimate Asian diner compliment. That's probably because they pair their waffles with everything from chicken to sausage to bacon to churro-ifying them, so a balanced base lets them use their waffles as the foundation for many different dishes. Ultimately what matters is the taste, and these did not disappoint! The steak sandwich was also great and delicious, meat cooked perfectly, with arugula helping add a flavor dimension to balance out the richness of the steak. The decor of the restaurant is a mix of modern industrial (like a breakfast Chipotle) and a hint of old American diner. It's clean and comfortable if a little lacking in pizazz. This is the first review I've written that uses that word. It will probably be the last. Anyways, eat here! It's great. read more

I visited this waffle spot twice, once for dine-in and once for a to-go order. The dine-in experience was fantastic. I loved the clean, spacious interior and stylish decor. Our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Cajun chicken wings and waffle. The wings were freshly fried hot, juicy, and crispy but they were a bit lacking in flavor. The waffle, though, was amazing: light, fluffy, crispy on the outside, and served hot. Just a tip: the powdered sugar and butter look beautiful on top, but I recommend getting the butter on the side so the waffle doesn't get soggy too quickly. The honey lavender latte tasted great, just very sweet. Unfortunately, the next morning's to-go order wasn't as good. I know it's tough to keep quality high with takeout, but the waffle was soggy, the eggs were hard, and only the bacon stood out. The breakfast feels a bit pricey for what you get, but it's a nice occasional treat. read more

This restaurant is in downtown Long Beach. A garage is conveniently located next door. The restaurant has cute decor and indoor and outdoor seating. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The waffles were delicious. The chicken fried steak was pretty good. The eggs and potatoes needed seasoning, but I understand that most breakfast restaurants do not use much seasoning. They provided three different types of hot sauce, so I was satisfied. read more

Hands down one of the best breakfast meals I've ever had in my life. We came on a Monday morning at about 1030 and it was not too crowded. It definitely started to fill up after 11 AM. Our waitress was super nice and had recommendations for us. I decided to go with the waffle stuffed with sausage. It was the best waffle I've ever had in my life. My spouse had the chicken and waffles. He could not stop raving over how well the chicken was cooked and how delicious it was. Next time we are in Long Beach we will definitely be back. We stopped into this place because it was next-door to our auto rental location. It's one of the best breakfast places we've ever been. The waffles are massive, but so incredibly light. Honestly just alright for a breakfast spot. I ordered the avocado toast which was tasty although kind of small. Also got the home fries which were very underwhelming. Kind of tasted just like soggy potatoes without much flavor. Should've just gotten fries as a side instead! My latte was very pretty, served in a mason jar with these nice layers of espresso and milk, although it was a bit too sweet for my taste. All in all, not a bad spot for brunch although I'm not sure I'd go back when there are other spots to try. read more
Are these the best waffles I've ever had in my life? Absolutely. Do they also have delicious lattes? YES! I was blown away by my experience here and couldn't believe how delicious the food was. I ordered a vanilla oat latte (10/10 and taste like it came from a local coffee shop), the sausage infused waffle (100/10), a side of fried chicken (9.5/10, so juicy and well seasoned) and the breakfast potatoes (would skip). Overall everything came out hot, fresh and delicious. Service was great and everyone was kind and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and more spacious than it looked, but they should get some fans to deter any flies coming from outside since the door was open. Been waiting for the place to open up and finally had the opportunity to go! I got a Waffle Combo with Strawberry & Nutella toppings. This comes with 3 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 sausage (I had them substitute sausage for more bacon). Partner got Cajun Fried Chicken and Waffles with 3 eggs. We overall like the food, definitely would go again. They are ADA and dog friendly. They also have indoor and outside seating. Service is on top of it and accommodating as well. read more

Okay, this place is very good, in comparison to the other eateries out there, the price range is pretty competitive with most Breakfast spots. Only here, you definitely get value for you're money! For instance, they're waffles you get two whole waffles, which is considered a half waffle, then there's the full,which is four squares, they are light and crispy and so ever delicious! And the bacon Omg! Freshly prepared thick applewood bacon, and if you Iike cornbeef hash, it's very good as well! Coffee is delicious as well. Now parking is a little tricky, there's a under ground parking structure with an elevator, you take a ticket and the restaurant will validate up to two hours for you, so that's a plus for them, as you know how hectic downtown parking can be. The restrooms are nice and clean. The overall customer service is great as well, they give you a very warm welcome through the front door, I was greeted like a queen lol! With that being said I would return again and again! And by the way they can accommodate large parties, this time it was 15 of us. read more

This restaurant had ample parking and was in a location that was super close to the beach as well, which is always a nice addition! The breakfast was quite good as we both had the fried chicken and waffles, and although the batter on the chicken was different from the usual places I'm used to, it was good. Just took my boys out for breakfast after a week--our first stop was a Yelp event! I tried to find a chicken and waffle spot, but Google misled me. Heads up: it's actually right across from the Metro at 1st and Pine, not next to the comedy club. Once we got in, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady who apologized for the wait.
