Okay, this place is very good, in comparison to the other eateries out there, the price range is pretty competitive with most Breakfast spots. Only here, you definitely get value for you're money! For instance, they're waffles you get two whole waffles, which is considered a half waffle, then there's the full,which is four squares, they are light and crispy and so ever delicious! And the bacon Omg! Freshly prepared thick applewood bacon, and if you Iike cornbeef hash, it's very good as well! Coffee is delicious as well. Now parking is a little tricky, there's a under ground parking structure with an elevator, you take a ticket and the restaurant will validate up to two hours for you, so that's a plus for them, as you know how hectic downtown parking can be. The restrooms are nice and clean. The overall customer service is great as well, they give you a very warm welcome through the front door, I was greeted like a queen lol! Been wanting to try this place and during race weekend I met my friend there right next to the metro station. It was a little busy but my friend was already waiting for me. It's a nice open restaurant with a lot of seating and a covered patio outdoors. I kept my choice simple and had bacon and eggs and it was delicious. Fluffy eggs, plenty of bacon and crispy hash browns. The sourdough was good but I wished more butter was on them. My friend had the Ham, egg and cheese burrito which look well put together. Been waiting for the place to open up and finally had the opportunity to go! I got a Waffle Combo with Strawberry & Nutella toppings. This comes with 3 eggs, 2 bacon, and 2 sausage (I had them substitute sausage for more bacon). Partner got Cajun Fried Chicken and Waffles with 3 eggs. I ordered a vanilla oat latte (10/10 and taste like it came from a local coffee shop), the sausage infused waffle (100/10), a side of fried chicken (9.5/10, so juicy and well seasoned) and the breakfast potatoes (would skip). Overall everything came out hot, fresh and delicious. Service was great and everyone was kind and attentive. The restaurant itself was clean and more spacious than it looked, but they should get some fans to deter any flies coming from outside since the door was open. From the time I entered til the time I exited this spot was great. I came through the parking structure entrance and was warmly greeted, and instructed to sit wherever I liked. After doing so I was greeted (by whom I found out later was the owner) as well as Valerie, my waitress shortly after. We did need to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but when we were seated we got a very good location in the back of the restaurant and our server was very helpful and friendly. I guess we are more pancake people, but we figured we should order the waffles at a place called "& Waffles" and boy! We were surprised. If all waffles tasted like this we would be waffle people. The waffles are firm on the outside but then it melts into a buttery, delicious and soft center. I ordered mine with blueberries and syrup on the side (had to ask for no sugar on top, I am not a sweet breakfast person) and it was the perfect combination. It came out pretty quickly and the meat wasn't dry at all. And the cajun breading was abundant, breaking off and adding spicy crunch to every bite. The waffles themselves were perfect, slightly sweet, fluffy. I understand a bit better the obsessions with chicken and waffles: a bit of chicken, a lot of the breading crunch, with a large piece of fluffy waffle and a good amount of sweet syrup...it's a great bite.
