Yard House never disappoints! While this was my first time at this specific location, I've been visiting Yard House for years across different cities, and the consistency is impressive. It gets pretty busy, so expect a wait, but the host team is super efficient at getting guests seated quickly. The drinks are always fantastic, and the food hits the spot every single time. Highly recommend!
I was NOT expecting this at all. Yeah a chain. Yup it's Yard House. Not expecting much. Oh was I very wrong, let's get into it. Upon arriving we waited a moment until greeted. That's fine, no rush. Taken to our table with a party of 4. Our server was awesome. It's too bad I don't remember his name but the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Let's get into everything else. Ordered salmon, bacon cheddar burger and wings ( asked for Nashville hot ) and steak bowl. Salmon. On point. Cooked correctly, seasoned well, displayed perfectly. Was it amazing? No. Was it consistent and good? Absolutely. Bacon cheddar burger. Asked for medium rare. Ok I'm not kidding when I say this and it's odd to even say. But what an amazing burger. I would have never thought yard house would be a burger I'd remember. But it was. Cooked perfectly medium rare, seasoned to perfection. I asked for bbq sauce to put on it and it was PERFECT. Wings. Large wings. Seasoned well. Not much more to say other than consistency is good. Steak bowl. Asked for medium rare. Came out medium rare. Pretty solid dish. However this dish was lacking flavor/seasoning. Was it bad? No. Was it amazing? No. But not Terrible. Food: this location? Above average. Not the other yard houses. Not above average. Staff: amazing. Best server we've had in a long time. Decor: clean and basic. Cleanliness: very clean. Good location, enjoy!
It's Thursday afternoon and the place is packed! Super friendly and smiley waitress named Sam took care of us. She was amazing and gets 5 stars! They have dozens and dozens of beers on tap... and good ole mix of American, basic Mexican and pizza. There's a huge assortment of burgers. According to him, pizza was not great and too salty. Wife had a huge salad, quite generous, and I ordered the calamari and guacamole and chips. Son unit also had an enormous Bavarian pretzel... see photo.... it was good! Calamari was tender and delicious!
I visited Yard House today and ordered the Stacked Turkey Club, while my friend had the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak. The service was good overall. The host Denise was especially friendly and welcoming, and our waitress was attentive. Nothing was over the top, but everyone was pleasant. The Stacked Turkey Club biggest flaw? Was not the flavors, but the sandwich wasn't built in a way that made it easy to eat. Every time I picked it up, it started falling apart. The avocado slices slid out with almost every bite, making it pretty messy. I think pressing or spreading the avocado onto the bread instead of layering thick slices would help hold everything together and make it much easier to enjoy. The Korean BBQ Cheesesteak had really good flavor (but no cheese as stated in the name) the bread didn't quite work for the sandwich. It was very soft and had a texture that was too similar to the meat, so there wasn't much contrast. A baguette-style roll with a little more crunch on the outside while still being soft inside would have complemented the cheesesteak much better by adding texture and making the sandwich hold together better. The fries were one of the highlights, crispy, hot, and well seasoned. We also shared a sour beer that was excellent, although I can't remember the name. Even the pickles were surprisingly good. Overall, we enjoyed the meal, and the service was good. I just think a few small improvements to the way the sandwiches are assembled and the choice of bread would make them even better. I'd definitely come back and try something else on the menu.
Attending a conference nearby and having a team dinner. We were a group of 15 people. Attentive and prompt service by the 2 waitpersons with all our drinks, appetizers, main entrees, and desserts. Absolutely amazing! Food were good portions for sharing. My main dish was the delicious lobster garlic noodles. The tuna stack was equally scrumptious. An amazing team outing dinner. This was my first time going to this location. It was fairly busy for a Thursday night and almost every seat at the bar was filled. It was a bit loud in the bar area, but that's to be expected. The bartender/s were very attentive. Food and drinks came within a reasonable amount of time. The selection of craft beers was fairly impressive with lots to offer any beer aficionado or newcomer to craft beers. I ordered their Hibiscus Mule-ish that was very delicious for a Mocktail. The Small Cobb Salad w/ Grilled Shrimp; if that was the small I can't imagine what the large would have looked like And I ordered one of the Bavarian Pretzels with Beer Cheese & Stone Ground Mustard Togo. The Pretzel itself was delicious, but unfortunately the Beer Cheese left a lot to be desired. It was much runnier than I would have expected and I'm pretty sure the ABV was somewhere around 8% haha. The fermentation kind of just took over the entire taste....more beer than cheese if you will. I would have either loved a thicker, less alcoholic Beer Cheese; maybe even a Queso dip (yes, I know that wouldn't be Bavarian, but it would taste hella good with that pretzel ) The only other this was the parking situation is kind of annoying as you have to pay to park anywhere close. Yes, they validate; but you'll still have to pay to exit (no cash btw). So I will definitely be going back!
Stopped by the Yard House at Shoreline Village in Long Beach for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Never disappointed by the Yard House. I had a wonderful cheeseburger, my husband had salmon and we shared a caramel butter cake dessert. Everything was very delicious. There is some construction going on right now to revamp the pier at Shoreline, but there's still plenty of parking and it's still a cool place to hang out during the construction. I can't wait to see what the pier updates will look like.
Just had another amazing time with my friend. Kimmy was awesome. She made sure to sever us from her heart. Nice , quick and friendly. Food is always delicious and a nice hit, I tried out the beer sampler for the first time, it's really good. Yard house is still the best place to chill.
I visited Yard House in Long Beach, CA [401 Shoreline Village Dr] on Wednesday, 05/13/26 around 8:00 PM. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the hostess. There was up to a 15-minute wait, which wasn't too bad. I ordered the following for dinner: * House Salad (starter): made with mixed greens, baby tomatoes, carrots, white cheddar, hard-boiled eggs (added modification/extra charge), no croutons, served with extra ranch dressing. * Chicken Enchilada Stack (entree): prepared with corn tortillas, pasilla peppers, jack cheese, pinto beans, sour cream, chipotle & tomatillo pepper sauces, fried jalapeño. The house salad tasted freshly crisp, with all the delectable vegetables and the addition of hard-boiled eggs. The ranch dressing and black pepper both pull the entire salad together for satisfaction in each bite. The enchiladas were dynamite and addictive. The chipotle & tomatillo pepper sauces were beyond flavorful. The portion of the dinner plate was filling. Overall, the dish was enjoyable. Samantha ('Sam') was my server throughout the dining experience. The service provided was decently courteous and satisfactory. The entire atmosphere was inviting, with a plethora of tables and chairs available inside as well as the outdoor patio area. The menu was extensive with a variety of choices. The food was generous with portions and adequately priced. This restaurant is located within the Shoreline Village of Long Beach, which offers gorgeous views of the Rainbow Harbor + Queen Mary. Having dinner at Yard House met expectations. I recommend stopping by this restaurant.
This is the original Yard House with about 180 tab beers! The service is impeccable. They're so kind, they let you try as many beers as you like until you find the perfect beer. We were there at happy hour which was a beautiful thing, who does love a deal! The chicken nachos were awesome only $8! Our server Jeanette was bubbly and so accommodating! We're getting a Yard House at the Legends in Sparks, NV right by our house so I was excited to have a prelude to the opening! The food is great, the beer is better, and the service is amazing! Came here for happy hour. Sliders: I must have been in a burger n fries mood because these were my favorite. Calamari: decent. Can't complain. Buffalo boneless wings: we thought we ordered the ones with the bones but boneless we got. We didn't feel like sending it back so we just ate them. They pretend decent. I'm not a big beer drinker but will definitely come back for happy hour!
Went here for lunch for a coworkers's retirement. You park in a parking lot after an arm gate. I didn't pay attention to the parking lot or how much you have to pay or if there's a certain amount of time for free after validation. We all sat outside. Service was good. Food was ok. Nothing bad and nothing too out of the ordinary for a lunch experience. Wouldn't have been my first choice for lunch but I do enjoy their happy hour once in a while. I did get the fish and chips and was surprised at the portion. For lunch? What in the world haha.
Came here on a Wednesday night and the place was pretty busy but not a long wait. We waited less than 10 mins for a table for 4. Our server Sam was nice and friendly. We ordered the sesame seared ahi tuna, fish and chips, the Thai pork chop, and the enchilada stack. The food took about 20 mins to come out but we took less time to finish it all. Great place to watch football! Frankly, I was surprised that the Yard House is still around. This is the "OG" one I went to way back when places like this were just taking off. It seemed like for a while they were popping up all over the place... and then they weren't... The beer list is still undefeated... be careful about the Half Yard though -- my wife had to drive after that LOL! The food is solid, pretty good but waaaaaaaay overpriced. We got the queso dip, tasty, lots of tortillas included. I got two tacos - the shrimp and fish - good, but at $9+ each I couldn't get over the sticker shock. The dessert was a brookie! I'd never heard of it before, but here has it been all my life!! A brownie and a cookie mixed together... where have you been all my life! Parking is expensive though, even with validation when you factor in the length of an NFL match. All in all, still a great place to grab a drink, I'd probably eat elsewhere if I were you. read more
This spot is located at the shoreline village so theres parking just dont forget to validate your ticket. And if you parked at the pike parking structure (like i did) they dont validate so go to famous daves or chilis to do so. Came around 1:30pm on a friday w a party of 4 and not long of a wait. Our servers were great shout out to Austin, he was training and did amazing. Go easy on em Brian but great job as well. I came in hangry so everything will taste good. However, the mediterranean salmon ($28) was a MISS the fish itself was ok but the veggies underneath was bland needed a lot of salt and hot sauce. I also ordered their spicy garlic edamame which was pretty good better than most sushi spots which was the only thing i really enjoyed. Love this location! It overlooks the boat harbor, which makes for such a great view. The drinks and food were amazing, and the ambiance really elevated the whole experience. Yard House is never disappointing, and this location adds an extra layer of charm. read more

I come here all the time for happy hour and it's the best! Our server today was Justin and he was the absolute greatest. We got sat at 5:56 and he ran over to take our orders to make sure we got happy hour pricing. He was so attentive, made sure we had everything refilled, but what really set him apart is that he brought us an extra entree to try just because he thought we would love it! It was the cheese curds with caramel which I promise, don't knock it until you try it. I will be back just to have Justin as our server! read more

Beautiful view at enjoy lunch. The food was all enjoyed. The spicy tuna stack was fresh, flavorful and enough for a meal. I was surprised it did not come with some sort of chip. Our only disappointment was that 3 of the original 5 beers/ciders we ordered were ultimately unavailable. We found other options that were delicious but it was a setback. I've been to this particular location quite a few times now. The food is always really good. I think it's best to come earlier in the day because at night it gets pretty crowded, even the parking lot. I usually have good service here. Seating is offered indoors and outdoors. There are high tables, regular tables, booths, and the bar. I like being seated outside so that I can have a view of the boats and people watch. There are umbrellas and heaters outside. My go to is definitely the nachos, lobster garlic noodles, and the filet mignon. I tried a coco passion drink for the first time and it was really good. It's an alcoholic beverage but tastes sweet and very much gives vacation vibes. It reminds me of a piña colada, but not blended. I will definitely be back, thank you! read more
Love that Long Beach has a Yardhouse! Happy hour is my favorite, select apps and all pizzas are HALF OFF! Same size portion too. I crave the ahi poke nachos so I had to come get my fix, the sangria's are also delicious, and of course tons of beer options. We sat at the bar and all of the bartenders were helpful. read more
Let me just start by saying I was blown away by The new items added to the menu. I am a vegetarian so I was very pleased. My Husband and I love to sit at the bar. There is a bartender by the name of Kat. She is absolutely phenomenal. She makes the best Mexican candy I've ever had of. Would like to also drop a side note top-notch management as far as I'm concerned, the general manager, her name is Jennifer if you go and do not meet her you miss out on a great conversational list. Great place with awesome location. We normally come here for their vegetarian options (garden) and also the cool ambience. They normally have great service but it was a bit choppy this time. However the food made up for it. I had a low calorie meal which was excellent. Will definitely recommend this place due to location and great menu. Only negative is the parking situation and that you have to pay for that as well. Just feels cheap!! Hence the four stars. read more

Yard House in Long Beach is a solid 4 star pick when you want to watch the game, grab a drink, and actually eat something good instead of just "bar food." Came here with my girl to watch some basketball, so we grabbed seats at the bar. We started by splitting an order of wings half lemon pepper, half Korean chili garlic. The lemon pepper was good, but those Korean chili garlic wings are special. I was honestly surprised by how flavorful they were crispy, saucy, and a little addictive. I paired them with a blonde in a half yard, and she went with a pink dragon margarita both drinks were solid and easy to sip on while we watched the game. For mains, she had the cilantro lime chicken, which she said was solid, and I went for the truffle cheeseburger with added mushrooms and a side of onion rings. The burger definitely hit the spot it was rich, savory, and exactly what you want with a beer. The onion rings were crispy and golden, the perfect side to soak everything up. Service at the bar was on point friendly, attentive, and they kept drinks and food moving even with the game on and the place busy. The location is spectacular! It's right on the wharf near the Pike Outlets. There is parking nearby and a couple of parking structures as well. If you have a boat, there is also a marina nearby to park. There are other quality restaurants and businesses nearby making this a very active area. We sat outside on the patio. The views of the sunset hitting the ocean were incredible. Near the evening, it got a bit cold outside so they turned on all the heaters to make the outside more comfortable. The service was immaculate. Our server came by multiple times to ensure we were well fed, warm, and doing okay. We sat in a large party and our food was still able to come out quickly, I'd say in about 15 minutes. The food was delicious. They have that same Yard House flavor that is just tasty. The onion rings were crunchy and warm. The pizza was packed full of flavor and cooked to the exact temperature. The portions are about average for a restaurant. Stopped by on a Saturday evening around 6:15 with a party of 10 and the wait time was 1hr 40 min. There is a lot of parking and they do validate but I'm not sure how many hours! We ended up paying about $10 at the end. I tried the Strawberry lemonade which was okay. I would probably get something different next time. I feel the food came out at a reasonable time, didn't have to wait too long even with a big party. I tried the chicken tenders and fries and omg they may have been the best chicken tenders I've had. Very juicy and crispy. The fries, well they were fries! Hard to mess up. The servers were also very attentive. This is a place to fall into a pattern of eating the same thing over and over again. However, today we pushed ourselves out of our comfort zone. My sister ordered the pizza and I tried the pork chop which comes with "basil cilantro cauliflower 'fried rice' with mushrooms, snap peas, bok choy, carrots, red onion, baby broccoli, spicy honey sauce, crispy garlic". We are now convinced we will keep trying new things when we come here because they were BOTH REALLY YUMMY!!! Susan is AMAZING!!! She was able to provide us good suggestions which translated into a good meal and she made our experience here one of the best we ever had (even though we always seem to get really good servers). It's like any other YardHouse with a bar in the center and booths and tables throughout. It's a good place to watch a Ravens game! We ALWAYS return!!! Try it and let us know what you think! read more
Love coming here for happy hour to get their $9 chicken nachos. The nachos are huge, I never finish them when I come alone. They are super delicious and come loaded with all the toppings. I also got the Pineapple Express. I expected it to be pretty strong with both vodka and rum in it, but surprisingly it wasn't very strong at all. They probably did not add much alcohol. The food is typically good here, but it can be a hit or miss with the cocktails. Service is usually really good with friendly and attentive servers. read more
