So, after a long day of moving, my friend and I decided that we were hungry for some wings. Neither of us had ever been here before and I probably won't be back again, which is a shame, considering that wings are one of my favorite things to eat. So, when we got there, we were seated by the bar. The waitress was nice...at first. We ordered appetizers and they came out pretty quickly and were pretty decent. I ordered regular wings and my friend ordered boneless ones. My order was fine, but hers had a pool of grease at the bottom. My waitress was never the one who brought us anything and we had a really hard time getting refills. She also never asked us how our meal was and someone else had to bring us the bill. She did pick up our payment and brought us our receipt, but never once thanked us for coming or even acknowledged us. That tells me that we weren't really welcome there and we certainly won't be back. read more

The honey mustard wings were breaded nicely and tasted pretty good. On par with most of the same type of places. Maybe better than other honey mustard wings. Although Not a large selection of sauces, but lots of other stuff on the menu if wings isn't your thing. I prefer buffalo wild wings because the service here was less than adequate and bww offers a far greater selection of sauces. My wife and I just went there on a busy Friday night so I tried to be patient with the horribly slow service. Our sever greeted us and took our drink order immediately. Upon returning with our beers we said we needed a couple minutes to look over the menu and that was a HUGE mistake because our waiter (and don't get me wrong he was a really nice kid) didn't come back for another twenty minutes. He took our order and then about fifteen minute later a young girl quickly dropped off our food and left. We sat there for about an hour. I slowly ate my food because I needed a beer and some extra wing sauce. Our server did not come back to us at all while he did visit other tables repeatedly. Another waitress brought us our check and rang us out. I was not pleased. I put the rest of our food in a box and took it home to finish my dinner where I could just get my own damn beer. Now, about the food; overall it was pretty good. The hot wings were quite tasty. The parmesan garlic wings were completely worthless. Just sprinkling common canister powdered parmesan cheese on greasy wings and serving it to me is an insult to my palate and my intelligence. That's not even trying. Aside from the wings; the ribs were tender and delicious, the curly fries good, and the garlic toast was terrific. If I just could have gotten a second beer, and some real sauce to dip those horrible parmesan garlic wings in (to actually give them SOME flavor), I would have been a happy patron, but unfortunately we were treated like we were invisible. I will not be back. We should have gone to the BW3s up the street on 35 S Frontage & Parmer. We wanted to try something different when we should have went for something good, safe and familiar. Wings N More is the perfect example of losing business. Namely: Mine. Ill never go back there after being treated like a moron. And *THEY* are the ones who wasted 35$ of food! Used a Restaurant.com gift card (also pretty scammish except for a few places) but after ordering, driving there, waiting and getting ready to pay was told my discount wasnt eligible because of some fine print "dine in only unless otherwise stated" But all the other Wings N More discount amounts DID specify it was NOT eligible for to-go. Leading me to believe that the amount I purchased was indeed eligible for to-go. But no, the cutesy and fakey syrupy sweet Manager quickly pointed out the fine print and refused to offer the discount. Her phony "HI! How are you??!" greeting when she obviously knew how she was going to handle the situation, and her "youre such a moron" smile that never faltered was infuriating. Just a $10 discount off almost $40 of food. So I walked out. Wings N More would rather lose a customer and throw away 40 bucks worth of food than offer just average customer service and keep the customer along with making $30. Do you want people this dull making YOUR food? Can they even follow the instruction on microwaving their frozen chicken wings before bringing them to the table? read more

I order from Postmates and was very disappointed. I live very close yet when the food arrived it was barely warm. Also I'm pretty sure the food was microwaved from a previous order since the sauce was splattered everywhere in the take out container. The buffalo sauce was meh and the chicken wasn't crispy. Wandered in here one day for lunch from nearby Dell. Lunch was definitely disapointing and has been on other visits as well. They are pretty busy at lunch and I get the impression that they cook a ton of wings in advance and then shake them with the ordered spice flavor at time of order. This is fine if you happen to order right after the wings were fried but not so good if you show up 15 minute later. Inconsistent at lunch for sure - I wouldn't recommend it. For dinner or later, have had wings from good to excellent, usually leaning towards excellent and fresh. They seem to cook to order at dinner as they aren't nearly as busy unless there is a big Aggie game on. I guess the chain owner is an Aggie, so this place is full of them on game day. Makes for some fun if you are a Longhorn. :) Wings are tasty and sauce is typically well distributed/shaken onto the wings as opposed to being dumped on top (like BW3 often does). Interesting flavors and really good home made blue cheese. Fried pickles are really good as an appetizer as well. They claim to have a 70% drum to wing ratio, but I think it is closer to 50/50. Great specials on drinks and appetizers during happy hour and all day happy hour on Sundays. A good selection of domestic draft beer as well. If you like wings, definitely worth a try. Lots of sports on here, but seriously owner guys, who doesn't have high definition these days!? Also, the 30" LCD TVs suck, not as bad as the projection TVs you still have hanging around from the 80s, but almost as bad. You should invest in some nice 50+ inch plasmas to get a better crowd in here on game day and definitely need HD. Yes, it really does look that much better and everyone knows it now... Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Costco - Vizio is your friend. read more

This place has tasty wings although I didn't think there was anything that really set them apart from Pluckers or any of the other wing places I have been to. The biggest thing here is that it is a more formal inside setting than most wings bars which are more oriented around a sports bar type feel. Eating here feels more like you are at a Chilis or something. For wings they have the standard range of hot sauces which were OK. The best sauce I have had here is their Chipotle Ranch which had a nice kick to it to go with the creamy ranch flavor. read more

I love this place - it definitely doesn't get enough credit. Their menu covers all the good eats you would expect and many you wouldn't. Their service is friendly and their prices are *cheap*. I also love this place on Atkins, because they don't batter their wings and you can order them dipped in friendly flavors beyond your basic hot/medium/mild. Really good food (as always). I have eaten here more times than I can count and have never had a bad meal. The ranch & blue cheese dressings are made fresh and really tasty. The breading they use is great - onion rings, chicken tenders & fried pickles are all amazing! I also really like the mac salad, creamy and crunchy but not bland. The wings are always hot, fresh, and nice size (bigger than some places). Not much healthy here, but really good for a fried meal. I will definitely be back! I just finished up, I thought the wings... Although a bit small were great, on point with what I recall from my college years. The blue cheese is still amazing, and the fries... well they could have been crispier and seasoned a little better but they managed to find their way into my mouth. Never again. Since my craving was wings and I knew there were places near me, I decided to try Wings 'N More. I went online to check out the menu so that I could call my order in. Since I had some time before my tv show came on, my boyfriend and I decided to dine in. As I pulled in the parking lot, I started having second thoughts. The parking lot looked as if it has never been clean. The inside was nothing to brag about. It reminded me if an old truck stop. Sadly, I wasn't greeted by the hostess. She simply asked, "Two?" We went to our seats and waited for at least five minutes before our server arrived. I would have understand the wait if they were actually busy. It didn't take long before our order came to the table. We ordered the garlic cheesy bread, the chicken tender wrap, and a wings and tenders combo. I have to give them an F for presentation. The garlic bread was good, but very funny at my table as we looked at the big slice of cheese on top to make it "cheesy." The wings and tender combo was very bland. We ordered the Bahamas jerk wings since we saw it said new next to it. I guess they forgot the Bahamas jerk. Luckily, I had some blue cheese dressing to dip my naked wings in. My wife I and have frequented this place during football season and have enjoyed the fried food and drink specials. Decent wings and ok service when seated at a table watching games... Fast forward to present... Yesterday (7/2), I had a random hankering for some fried, salty snacks and a beverage...what I got instead was indifferent attitude at the bar. My drink had been empty for several minutes and I was ready to pay (didn't want to further inconvenience anyone) and the barstaff would rather I dissapear than to even look at me. My bartender finally picked up my credit card, ran it and quickly plopped it down in front of me without even a thanks or goodbye. This is pretty messed up as I am in the service industry and treat anyone who is providing me service with the utmost respect and friendliness. I don't intend on going back any time soon and will not be shy about warning anyone else I care about to avoid being treated indifferently for wanting to spend their hard earned money. This was our first time at this particular location. Have been to the Bryan/College Station stores many times. We were very excited to have wings n more local. We ordered fried mushrooms to start with. They were extremely bland an undercooked. I ordered 10 wings and my husband ordered 15. I ordered 5 Lemon pepper and 5 Chipotle Ranch. I GOT 5 Lemon pepper and 5 mild. I'm not picky, so I just ate them. We also ordered beers. Which easily took 15 minutes to come out. Unacceptable. Our food took quite a while too. But it was hot and tasted okay. But the service was probably the top 5 worst service I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. After our food was served, our waiter stopped by our table 3 separate times to drop stuff off and didn't say a word the entire time. Just unacceptable. He only asked how everything was as he was asking if we wanted the check. If you're looking for good wings, drive the 5 miles up the road to Pluckers in Round Rock. read more

When I lived off Wells Branch this place was one of the few that did deliver to my neighborhood but being I am a devoted Pluckers Club member I saw no point in trying a new wing place. ;) A friend of mine finally suggested this place and kept saying how great the fried mushrooms were and her teenage daughter loved the fried green tomatoes. I am definitely a fan, I think the mushrooms are one of the best I have ever had, the batter they use is what makes everything so good. I am not a fan of the fries but love the onion rings. My children love the food and they give them a dessert with the kids meal!! AWESOME! They have a different special most days from 4-7pm, I think everyday except Saturday. The beergueritas are also amazing, be careful though they are strong. We usually sit in the same section, near the bar area and we always get the same waiter, the one time we didn't, our service was terrible. But we know now to always ask for the same guy, I will update with his name later. Everyone has different experiences, we actually enjoy this place very much. I plan to visit them during football season but will probably stick with Pluckers (bigger tvs). read more

I used to be a regular here at G's 'N More (my favorite broken sign) back when they had 45 cent wings and tenders on Monday and Tuesday. At that point, I could justify eating small, mediocre wings since this place happens to be really convenient for me, and they were cheap. But now 45 has become 50 and 60, and it is no longer worth my time. Most of the sauces taste the same, and whether you get fresh wings/tenders is hit or miss. Seems like they cook large batches and then throw them on a warmer. Beer prices aren't great, which is fine since no one wants to drink beer out of a big-ass goblet anyway. I first came to this place in 2007 when I moved to Austin and went there often until I got on a project that didn't make it feasible to go for several years. Now I'm working in N Austin and am able to hit them up often. My one disappointment at my grand homecoming (hahaha) was that they no longer served Mountain Dew. My friend and I were crushed. Other than beer, nothing goes better with wings (or anything for that matter) than Mountain Dew! It was still on the menu and we asked our server a couple of times within a span of a few weeks about the Dew. My friend finally went and found the owner. We demand the Dew! John stated once the Big Red is tapped out, the Dew will return. A few weeks back, we went again and John kept his promise. The Dew has made its triumphant return and we are steady customers again. I frequent here for Sunday brunch. Excellent chicken and waffles and my daughter loves the pancakes. If you're here in the afternoon they have enough wing sauces that you're bound to find something that you like. I highly recommend the portabelo quesadilla. It's delicious. The wait staff was really slow and a bit rude during the summer time, but it seems like there have been a lot of changes, and things have drastically improved since then. The Jets fans that meet up on game days are definitely loud, but if you're a football fan you'll love the atmosphere. It makes you feel like your actually at a game. Not only are they charging $1.50 for water but we sat unattended for 11min. No offer of drink order or anything. It Monday $0.75 cent tenders night. But NO, they are out of tenders. We are on our lunch break and had to wait to order our bottled water and then told no tenders on tender night. This restaurant is Always slow, but every time I give them another chance they almost impress me with a new level of inadequacy. read more
