They checked for me and the manager came over to apologize for the order being incorrect. I was happy to pay for a new order, but he told me not to worry and they will take care of everything. He even threw in more fresh fries for us. I started crying because this was a meal I was taking to the hospital for our family and some soup to encourage my uncle to eat something while he's been sick in the ICU. The manager (I believe his name was Christopher) told me his son was born there and said we were in great hands when I said what hospital we were at. He came back with a little stuffed cow that said "eat more chick'n" and we laughed because it's now in my uncles room encouraging him to eat. He also had it paired with a giftcard and said "whenever he feels better tell him this meal is on us." He had no idea my uncle has terminal cancer by the way..
