Had a bug in my food, also the food was burnt the service was mean and also the ambiance was bad.

The quality of the food and preparation at this Panda Express location is consistently underwhelming. I usually avoid this location, but visited this afternoon (12/28), and the food my family and I received was very disappointing. My son ordered a kids meal with teriyaki chicken, half fried rice, and half chow mein. The chow mein was clearly past its serving time, and the fried rice was completely hard. My partner ordered a bowl with Kung Pao chicken and discovered chunks of orange chicken mixed in, which was concerning. I ordered the string bean chicken and was assured by the drive-thru employee that it was fresh, but unfortunately the string beans were completely dried out and the chicken was clearly past its serving time with a gelatinous film taking over a majority of the flavor. I will not be returning to this location as in my experience it shows constant inconsistency. In my experience, the two Panda Expresses in Georgetown are the only locations that consistently prepares the food well and is clean! read more

I had to return it although I was on my lunch break and it made me late! Not good! Very busy location that needs help! Clean interior. Over half the food wasn't prepared when we decided to order beef and broccoli they gave us more broccoli and very very little beef the manager Sergio explain that that's their policy to give 70% broccoli 30% beef. When we asked about all the other dishes that were missing he explained that if a customer wants one of the dishes that they could prepare it but we would have to wait. Panda Express is a fast food restaurant why would we have to wait for food. This was the bad experience Sergio the manager provided us with no solution. Do not shop here! read more

Service was good from the person taking my order... but the food and drinks were horrible. Kids meal had like 4 pieces of orange chicken and a bit of rice... you want me to justify this as $7??? I had fried (dried) rice with Firecracker shrimp and Shanghai angus beef which both are an up charge which is ridiculous .. My son had chow mein with a double order of Beijing beef .. Mrs. Texas had Spring rolls with fried (dried) rice .. We may try this location again, or perhaps the new location in Cedar Park. Not really worthy of a bookmark in my Yelp opinion. read more

On February 6, 2019, I visited this establishment and placed a to-go order for a family meal. I ordered the broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken, fried rice and noodles. The service was quick as there were few patrons in the establishment at the time of the visit. However, the employees working there seemed less than thrilled to be working. The food was as expected. The lower than average rating is accredited to the service rendered and the poor packing of the food. The food was held upright from the establishment to its destination, yet, the contents of the bag were all over the bottom of the bag making the containers they came in soggy and not usable. read more

Horrible location to walk in and order! I normally like to go inside and look at what I'm ordering, it's kind of their thing isn't? Anyway, food wasn't ready so it isn't a big deal to wait a bit, but went in to the restroom to wash my hands and as I came out of the bathroom the employee says to me " did you just use the restroom? You are not suppose to use the restroom " lol like seriously if you don't want people to come in put a sign on the door and lock the place. I ordered my drink and didn't get a straw, I asked for it and again I was given another order not to drink inside the store.... this place is way too strict for me. Went through the drive through yesterday (12-28-21) ordered a few double beef and broccoli plates with chow mein adding up to be $25. I live really close to this location and it didn't take me longer than 6 minutes to get home and I was disappointed with everything. There was approximately 4 good pieces of beef in their so called "beef and broccoli" and the chow mein was cold. I highly recommend not coming to this place if you're wanting a warm good meal. I never give places a hard time as I am a fast food worker myself and understand some circumstances but for food to be cold and barely have any meat which you pay for is ridiculous. I wish I could've taken photos but I had a hard day myself and at that point when I opened my plate I gave up and accepted that it was not my day. read more

I just recently had a poor experience with a promotion which left me feeling a bit sour. Spent 2.5 hours between trying to order on their site and picking up food. The site was severely overloaded due to the promotion. They said they never received my ticket and that I needed a receipt. When you have completed your order it says that you will receive an email with your order information. With the way the site is going I will probably receive that email tomorrow. I have to say Panda Express dropped the ball here in terms of policies. If you know there is an ongoing technical issue because of your promotion and because your servers and network is overloaded then you should probably error on the side of the customer. I've probably been to Panda a couple hundred times throughout my lifetime but now I'll be considering other options in the future. read more

Panda Express at University in Round Rock is run poorly. I have had multiple poor experiences here but because it's close to the house I keep coming back. Well as I sit here for 10 minutes waiting on some chow mein, this is the last time I'll come to this location. Also, how do you not have rangoons or egg rolls? Throughout Austin in January not one store had them?!? We shall see if the owner or manager responds. Looking for fast food Chinese, don't come to this Panda in Round Rock. I'm done with this Panda Express. They always give crap for portions and the staff is usually rude. The last time I went, which will be the last time I ever go, I asked for honey seasoned chicken on my rice bowl. I was told they were out and not bothering to make anymore for the day. Even though they were open for another almost 3 hours. So instead I asked for the fried almond chicken, that is their current promotional item. My order was handed to me with literally 4 pieces of chicken on it. I asked if I could get a little more and was told no, that's the portion. So I'm paying $9 for a bowl of rice? Then drove by today on my way to another establishment next door and saw people trying to get in but the doors were locked at 6:30p. They close at 9p.. And the drive thru had ten people in line. My wife and I have had issues periodically in the past, but tonight takes the cake. The parts of our order they botched were the rangoons and the chicken egg rolls. The rangoons were grossly overcooked; super dark brown, crunchy to the point where my wife could not finish one of her all-time favorites. The chicken egg rolls must have been (over) cooked by the same person; they were very dark and crunchy and had black spots on them. To top it off, there were no sauces given for neither the rangoons nor the egg rolls. Customer service (the team lead) was at least willing to remake the things they messed up on. I think retraining is in order though. It's great they offered for us to come back and have the items remade, but I'd rather not be in this position in the first place. It's a waste of my time as I am now traveling twice for the same meal. Lastly, I didn't appreciate being told that a manager wasn't working tonight "so I'm your best bet" (by the team lead). That was rude and unprofessional. When team members see their leader behaving unprofessionally, it makes them feel that it's okay to behave in the same fashion. The "actual" manager should fix that. On a good note, the orange chicken was very good which is why I rated 2 stars. read more

Husband ordered a family feast and an additional large side of honey walnut shrimp. First thing I noticed as soon as I opened the containers was that they weren't even close to being full which really frustrated me. Second, we went to eat the food and it tasted like it all wasn't cooked right or had been sitting for hours. The beef with mushroom dish was tough like we were eating something worse than beef jerky. The honey walnut shrimp was barely coated, and the chow mein was 90% veggies. Cabbage piece was as big as my palm, onion pieces were like it was quartered...my family and I love Panda and we usually get it for special occasions and whenever we have a hankering for it. This definitely made me not want to get panda from this location, and potentially any other if we are going to get containers less than full. read more

The Round Rock Panda Express should be closed. This location is truly a sad case. Every time we go to this location, we are disappointed. Per Panda Express employee, "we're never this busy." (There were six customers inside, half of which were already sitting down eating, and the drive through was broken.) The location keeps its outside lights turned off after 7:30pm, which gives the impression that the restaurant is closed. This gives the impression that the workers inside want to drive away foot traffic. Lastly, they never have sweet & sour sauce. read more

This was my first time at this location. I have no complaints. The food was good and the people at the register were friendly.

I often go here for the speed and convenience...and generally i like the food. That is where the positive stops for me. Every time i order from here i order a double order of teriyaki chicken. When i dine in, i have no issues with getting the sauce to go with my chicken. When i go thru the drive thru window, however, majority of the time they forget to put my teriyaki sauce in the bag. its not teriyaki chicken without the sauce! Secondly, majority of the times they have remembered to put the sauce in the bag, its been only one container of sauce, and it usually ends up spilled all over everything in the bag. I dont complain much, but this is an ongoing issue and needs to be fixed. read more

I park and attempt to open 2 doors(which were both locked) and got stared down by the employees inside. I assumed I just had to use the drive thru. I was trying to avoid this since it was easier to just place an order and run in to grab it. I love Panda Express. This is my first time to the new one that opened by the casa. Prompt and friendly service. I am trying to cut back on carbs, so I tried the veggies as a side instead of the noodles. They were really good, the only complaint I have is they need to cut their broccoli in smaller pieces, they were huge, 3 or 4 bite chunks. As usual, the mushroom chicken was great. I snuck a bite of hubby's orange chicken, it was awesome! I am proud that I didn't eat the cream cheese rangoons he had, but they sure looked good! read more
