    Shrimp lo mein Egg roll
    Cece H.

I ordered from here tonight cause I was in the mood for some Chinese. I ordered shrimp lo mein, egg rolls and bout & sour soup. The hot and sour soup wasn't my favorite. I think the green onions threw me off. Everything else was really good and fresh. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for my food. It wasn't really busy inside. It's a nice place and they were playing some good music for the customer eating inside. I will definitely be back for more

This was supposed to be a noodle. And I don't know what it that. Stir fried noodle to be exact.

I ordered food from this place almost every week, and my order came wrong and then I called them to let them know, what they can do for me and the guy on the phone told me there is nothing he can do. So I paid for something and got other and the taste is awful this time. Maybe the chef today was tired or they changed. Very upset about this.

First time trying out Fortune Garden through DoorDash delivery; it was still hot and tasted fresh upon arrival. I got sesame chicken, steamed rice, and wonton soup. My boyfriend got Chicken lo-mien and egg rolls. The egg rolls had a weird aftertaste, but otherwise, nothing wrong with our food at all. They offer lunch specials; mine was the sesame chicken plate and it comes with a choice of soup for about $15. And they have some apps that are B1G1.

Shrimp and vegetables with a custom-made sauce with white rice on the side. It was fabulous!

I went here for a late lunch. It is a very nice restaurant in the shopping center across from H-E-B. I walked in and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We were the only people in the restaurant. We were seated promptly. This restaurant serves both Vietnamese and Chinese food. They have a generous menu. I was able to alter my dish to make it sugar-free. I was very impressed, because even though none of the sauces on the menu were sugar free, The server communicated my food restriction to the chef, and the chef made me a wonderful sauce with soy sauce which he mixed with corn starch to make it thicker. He then poured it over shrimp and vegetables and gave me white rice on the side. It was absolutely amazing! I totally took note of how he made that sauce, and I'm going to make it at home! I felt this was over and above, because they could've easily said, no I'm sorry we don't have anything sugar-free, but they did not! My meal was so generous that I brought half of it home to eat later. The prices were quite reasonable. We bought three main dishes, and including Tax , my bill was less than $50. I will definitely be back!

    Pho Tai with added shrimp

For the moment we sat down our waitress was very attentive. My friend Cecelia got steamed potstickers and I ordered egg rolls as appetizers. They were hot and well seasoned. I ordered pho with well done steak and shrimp can't lie I was praying the broth was good. This broth was so flavorful and rich I instantly fell in love. The pho was hot but I could not stop eating it! My friend got shrimp friend rice and said it was good too. This place is a hidden treasure that I'm glad I found!

    Jasmine tea: very weak

This place has good food, I ordered the Bun Cha Gio with Thit Nuong. The dish was served in a great portion. My friend ordered Pho Tai Chin and another friend ordered Mongolian beef. Our order came out quickly, however mine did have a piece of plastic in the food! I didn't point it out as I didn't want to cause a scene. But there should be better care when it come to preparation. Also, the jasmine tea I ordered was very weak, just a teabag in a teapot. I could have brought that from home. I probably won't be here often, as there's lots of other Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

Noodle burnt on the outside with no sauce on the inside.

I've ordered from this restaurant before. Usually not bad althoigh my husband says their chicken is subpar (tastes like low-grade meat). But I liked them enough to order again. I work long hours and tried to place an order for delivery. They closed before my runner got there (within their business hours). So I tried another day to call in an order for pickup. They quoted me $21 for the exact same dish. $4 more than what it cost for delivery. I questioned the price and she said that's the price. I told her what happened with my precious delivery order. She didn't even address the issues I'd had, simply stated again that that was the price. I canceled my order. Thought maybe third time was the charm so I placed the order for delivery (the cheaper price) and it arrived this time. And while the flavor was goood, my pan fried noodles were dry/burnt with no sauce in the middle. In fact, about half of the noodles were CRUNCHY. Guess I'll keep looking for my go-to Asian restaurant. This place doesn't seem to care about the quality of either their food or their customer service.

I uploaded their recent menu items as they have a new staff and are still in the process of training them to serve their whole menu again. I always order a side of Goi Cuon Nem Nuong with my respective entree as well. The Sugar Cane Juice is absolutely delicious, fresh, and not too sweet. The service here is always friendly, attentive, and timely. Nice relaxing atmosphere with television and restaurant music for your dining experience. Definitely recommend for all my fellow Vietnamese food lovers!

I ordered their pho with meatball and 2 orders of their beef on the side. Their pho only has one size which I assume is their large, cuz it's huge! It comes with 3 meats of your choosing. I thought I ate a ton, but when I was close to full, it looked like I didn't eat any at all. My husband ordered their B1 grilled pork and fried eggroll vermicelli bowl. Safe to say, this place has texas sized portions! We will definitely be back cuz I always crave pho when it's rainy season. There were only 2 servers who were constantly running around, due to a large party; but they were very attentive. Lots of seating, pretty spacious restaurant!

The…read moreThai basil leaves were absolutely ginormous, and they gave us plenty of them alongside very fresh limes, which I appreciated. The bowl itself came loaded with meat--they definitely weren't skimping to save money here. The meat-to-noodle ratio felt great, and every bite actually had substance instead of leaving me fishing around for toppings. As for the broth, I landed somewhere in the middle. It wasn't quite as clear or light as I personally prefer, leaning toward a fattier, milkier undertone that almost reminded me of a Vietnamese pho take on tonkotsu. The flavor itself was undeniably very good, but the richness may have been a bit too much for me personally. One way I usually judge how much I love a pho broth is whether I want to sip the bowl down to the very end, and this one wasn't quite light enough for me to want to do that. I've had richer and deeper pho flavors elsewhere, but I still appreciated the flavor profile here and could absolutely see why this place is so popular. It feels hearty, comforting, and satisfying in a way that clearly resonates with many people. Despite how packed the restaurant was, the atmosphere ended up being surprisingly pleasant. Service moved very quickly, which honestly impressed me given how busy everything felt. Even with the crowd, I didn't dislike the spacing or setup at all--the restaurant still felt comfortable, and the sound of people enjoying their food all around added to the lively, welcoming energy rather than making it feel overwhelming. Overall, Pho Phong Lưu ended up being one of those places where I completely understood the hype, even if it didn't become my personal favorite pho spot. While the broth leaned richer than my preference, I still enjoyed the experience and definitely look forward to trying other dishes next time.

And honestly it's better than any fancy restaurant out there. I love the amount of plants in the space and the TV plays cooking videos and it's so nice to watch while waiting for your food! Speaking of waiting for your food, the food comes out super quick! Within 1 minute of ordering my drink, it came out! And a couple minutes after follows the food. The service is amazing as well, the servers are super sweet and are very quick to serve you and get what you need. The menu offers a bunch of things, appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and the drinks! I love how the desserts and drinks are also Vietnamese (most of the time I notice restaurants tend to have the basic selection of fountain drinks and desserts, but this restaurant has a wide variety of drinks and desserts so you can try something new every time you come here!) Most of all, there's a bunch of vegan dishes which I absolutely love. The food is always delicious I've been trying the vegan dishes recently and I love them a lot (as someone who doesn't like vegan dishes normally)! The chicken pho is also so delicious it tastes better than I make it at home! So much flavor. The drinks are so good as well. They also give you a big portion and I normally have leftovers, but the portion size is amazing for the price that you pay. It's definitely more affordable and such a bang for your buck. This is definitely a spot to try and trust me, you'll probably fall in love! If I was an Austin tourist I would definitely hit up this restaurant. I could go on and on about this restaurant.

We ordered the lemongrass stir fry vermicelli (lemongrass stir-fry on top of vermicelli bowls filled with fresh herbs, shredded lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrots, and crushed peanuts. Served with a side of house sauce with chili and pickled carrot) for our child and didn't realize it was spicy. She ended up downing an entire glass of water and couldn't finish her meal. The bun rieu broth was lacking in flavor and there were barely any crab cake pieces. It was disappointing since it looked like it was one of the top mentioned dishes on Yelp. The bu luc lac was decent and hubby enjoyed his dish.
