    Pho Togo

Great flavored Chinese fusion restaurant in Hutto. What I really appreciate is how fresh the food tasted and you can't go wrong with good flavored Chinese food. I wasn't blown away how good umami flavored food was but it was savory and what I would expect from a Chinese restaurant. I ordered Togo pho, I was good, I liked how not oily the broth was, the beef was a good amount togo. Underneath the beef is sliced brisket and meatballs. Good flavored pho. The Pat Thai was good. Nice bouncy noodles with the tang of the ingredients. Good soy and tamarind flavor, sweet from sugar. I definitely would have loved more egg and bean sprouts. The lobster sauce with shrimp was good. Creamy clear sauce with a mild flavor, more chestnuts than shrimp, the shrimp wasn't over cooked, it was perfectly good so firm and sweet. And the lemon grass beef, the star of the show. Nice tender beef slices, raw onions with the spicy red pepper flakes. It was to me more spicy beef than lemongrass beef. But overall great dish

General Tso's chicken( basically chicken nuggets with very little sauce) all bread. Lo mein noodle - no flavor Egg rolls- Good, fresh & crispy Shrimp Spring Rolls - ok I will not be back. This place was once good.

Better as a take away place. Better as a take away place. Have been wanting to try Fortune House specifically for Pho. Walked in to find it's pretty much a self-service model in that you place your order via iPad or a real person, get an electronic beeper, sit anywhere and wait for your beeper to sound. They have a pretty extensive Chinese/Vietnamese menu but I was interested most in the Eye of Round Pho which I ordered along with hot Jasmine tea. The order came out fairly quickly and the portion was a good size. I was asked during ordering if this was take out or eating in and I said eat in. Oddly enough my soup was in a plastic take out type bowl and the bean sprouts, etc. we're stuffed in a sandwich bag. I asked for chili oil or saracha and was told "it's in the bag." Not so only the hoisin sauce. Anyhoo the Pho was delicious with ample lean beef, flavorful broth and decent noodles. Prices were comparable locally. The place was nicely decorated but the ambiance was not very warm since it seemed like their focus was on take out and not much customer interaction. This will probably be a repeater for me but since everything is totally disposable, it's hard to support that very often.

Ordered food to go instead of dine in. Got the garlic beef, sweet and sour shrimp, Lo mein, crab Rangoon and some egg rolls. To be blunt it just wasn't good. Food was soggy and overall just didn't enjoy it at all. Egg rolls were ok, in general just but won't be back. Restaurant was clean although you order from a kiosk rather than a person. It felt as if I ordered Chinese food from a vending machine and the quality tasted like it to.

Crab Ragoons, Shrimp in Lobster sauce and general Tso chicken

I found this place while going to HEB for some shopping. It has a Panda Express feel but the food was pretty good. It came out quickly and had a lot of flavor. I got the Shrimp in Lobster sauce and the General Tso chicken and Crab puffs for an appetizer. Everything was super tasty and can out quickly. The place was pretty empty so plenty of seating. If you are in the are I highly recommend checking them out.

    Kimchi fried rice - combo

Ordered through Grubhub. Took about 30 minutes, super quick! Order was all correct upon delivery. Bao buns were just ok but should have expected that with the price. Not as fluffy as Bao'd Up. Kimchi fried rice combo was delicious and had good amounts of kimchi and meats. Kung pao beef was the best part of the meal, we got lo mein noodles with it since we had already ordered the fried rice. Plenty of onion and bell peppers came with it. Egg drop soup was like any other, a little bland, but that's ok. Vegetable egg rolls were small but good and came with sweet and sour sauce. Not too greasy which is always a plus. Overall good spot for delivery. $50 including tip/delivery has turned into plenty of leftovers for 2 people.

If you're looking for asian food, I would go some place else. The food is not authentic, but it works if you want something quick and easy.

The inside was vey inviting and tastefully decorated. We had the Beef Bulgogi Bao, this was really yummy. The bao was soft and delightful. The beef had a sweet bulgogi glaze that worked really well with it. The rest of the toppings added a nice balance without overpowering the meat. My only wish was that it was 4 baos and not two since they are so small. The highlight was the Firecracker Shrimp. Be warned this is not a spicy dish like you might think from the name. The crispy shrimp was crunchy and not soggy at all, it felt pretty clean and not greasy. It came with salad, rice and a spicy soy sauce and it was just so good. With 12 shrimp, it's definitely shareable between 2 people. Lastly we had the Vietnamese iced coffee which was $6. It tasted like Ovaltine and was mostly ice with just a few sips. I wouldn't recommend it unless the cup size is increased or the price is decreased. So overall, it's a bit pricey. The menu was also a little confusing. We checked online prior to coming and they had a lot of stuff but when at the restaurant, there were only a few items listed which caught us off guard. We actually ended up ordering the wrong item (firecracker shrimp when we actually wanted dynamite shrimp, ultimately it worked out cuz it was delicious but the problem still stands). So those are the only cons I can think off. Other than that, The place was fantastic. Did not think Hutto would have a place of this caliber. We will be back to try the rest of the items, it all looked so good. Definitely will be a repeat customer. 4.5 stars rounded up for now.

I'm from San Francisco and travel to New York monthly for work, so I'd consider myself a bit of a foodie, and this place delivered. Austin really needs more Asian street food spots like this. We were honestly shocked to find something this good in Hutto of all places. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming to our two toddlers, which made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely worth a 5-star.

But it also has egg and scallions and pate; overall the combo is satisfying. Separate from takeout, we decided to go for an early dinner. Their Crab Vermicelli Stir Fry is surprisingly sweet, with sweetness as a prominent flavor. It features plenty of crab bits. I also grabbed a Skillet Combo. It came with two runny side up eggs, pate, two types of cured pork, beef gravy, and a handful of cilantro. The baguette came on the side, as did the mixed salad of lettuce and tomato. The salad had some dried shrimp, fish sauce, and a slightly sweet dressing. The restaurant itself is located in the Chinatown Center on N Lamar. It's a small corner shop. Lots of mirrors and glass. The staff are friendly enough. Unfortunately, they've closed, and it looks like another restaurant will be opening up in its place.
