The broth is so full of flavor I almost didn't add any sriracha (but obviously I still had to because what's pho without a little spice!?) The meat was tender and delicious. Accompanied by crisp bean sprouts and crunchy jalapeños. The only con I can think of is that it came with lemon rather than lime but all in all, I cannot recommend this bowl of pho enough! Flat wide noodle combo BUT I asked for "extra extra spicy " and to add egg. Not only did they handle my special request but there was a huge amount of meat and vegetables. They definitely didn't skimp on this order. Flavor was spot on and now I have lunch for tomorrow, too. If you're nice and always remember to tip your staff, you can get some real hot mustard instead of the silly packets of sauce. I'll definitely be back to try some of the daily specials!
