It started with a craving for shrimp toast, which I hardly see in Chinese restaurants anymore. But I love it. So I did a search who has shrimp tacos because I really wanted some. And surprise not far from me. It was the four seasons, and they had it. It was one dreary day, rain on and off and I decided this is what I wanted. Drove up the street about 15 minutes and found the four seasons. It shares a parking lot with the business next-door. And pretty much that's all that's around there. So I parked the car and walked in. There was only one other table occupied, and the woman told me pick whatever table I wanted. When I sat down, she came over with the menus and asked me what I'd like to drink. Got the ice tea and started looking over the menu. I then ordered the shrimp toast, and the chicken and hot garlic sauce. As a lunch special it comes with soup and an eggroll. After ordering it, I sift my tea and looked over the place. It was pretty spacious with lots of tables. While waiting for the food, a couple more tables filled up. It wasn't long before she brought out my shrimp, toast and wonton soup. I picked up the first piece of shrimp toast and took a bite and it was so good. Another couple of bites and it was done. Next I tried the one time soup, the broth itself was richly flavored With two wontons in it. The wontons were firm and the filling was delicious. I would've been perfectly content if my lunch was just to shrimp, toast, and soup. Then the chicken with hot garlic sauce came out. I have had this at many other Chinese restaurants and it has been good but this one was wow. Lots of chicken on it good flavoring and if you'd like a bit of spice and heat this had it. I finished and paid a very reasonable price. I hate to say this, but I came back again a couple weeks later, and had the exact same thing all over and it was just as good. When I go again, I plan on getting the egg foo young, which is another hard to find Item on menus nowadays Shrimp Toast Shrimp in hot garlic sauce

Hubby's Combo Lo Mein- he didn't care for it.

We ordered online and it was very simple . We had no problems at all with their ordering system. I have not been inside the restaurant since it changed hands and became Four Seasons so I really can't comment on the decor. I don't usually take delivery, but I did this time and they were very prompt. The reason for the three stars is because we had a 50-50 experience. I ordered the cashew chicken with fried rice. I found it tasty and although it wasn't the best I've ever had. It was good. My husband ordered the Combination Lo Mein-it was shrimp, chicken and beef in a brown sauce with lo mein noodles. It was quite dark looking. My husband tried a couple bites, but then informed me he felt it wasn't edible. He didn't care for the taste at all. They did send the chopsticks I requested and we received fortune cookies for dessert . I am honestly, not sure at this point whether we will return. I'll have to play it by ear.

My family and I love ordering Chinese food from here for a couple reasons: 1.) COST - Affordable (We've been to other Chinese restaurants in the area and seems overpriced compared to Four Seasons) 2.) FAMILY-OWNED (SMALL BUSINESS) - I fully support family-own and operated businesses and the owners here are always working hard to serve up orders 3.) SERVICE - Food comes out quick! So if you're hungry, lucky you! 4.) AMBIANCE / CLEANLINESS - We have yet to dine-in, but the place always seems clean and the space is decent to accommodate large parties 5.) FOOD QUALITY - This is what I would describe as American-Chinese food. It's good, but don't expect traditional/regional Chinese dishes. Overall, Four Seasons is a family favorite, it's our goto when we crave Chinese food. We've had out-of-towners who also thought the same

    Moo Goo Gai Pan

The Moo Goo Gia Pan is very good. You get a lot of vegetables: Mushrooms, Snow Peas, Bok Choy, Bamboo Shoots, and sliced carrots. The white meat chicken is thinly sliced and plentiful. Comes with steamed white rice or for a surcharge, fried rice. In a very light but tasty clear sauce. The Chicken Lo Mein is also very tasty. Lots of delicious noodles mixed with green onion, cabbage, and carrots. The portions are ample and you can expect leftovers for later This location is under new management with a new menu and the taste and quality shows it! We will certainly be ordering here again!

Delicious food! Good portions and prices. Large hot and sour soup was SO tasty and abundant. Amazing Egg Foo Yung and crab rangoons. Wait staff was very attentive and polite. Will go back again soon!

Drove by this place a few times since moving to the area, but had not tried it. So, my husband and I found out they delivered (not thru an app, but actually from them directly). I always check on Yelp first for reviews, and all seemed good. What I was most excited to see was two things you don't see on a Chinese menu anymore...Shrimp toast and Egg Foo Young! So, I ordered Edamame, Shrimp Toast, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef with Beef Pepper Steak and Egg Foo Young. Edamame, was good. Sweet and Sour chicken,, was just "tempura" type batter over chicken (did not get vegetables ), so was not impressed with that item. I just picked up chicken and dipped in sweet and sour sauce. The Shrimp toast was great! Both of us gobbled that up first thing! My husband loved his beef pepper steak, and actually finished it all (he usually saves half for next day). But, the best part was the egg doo young! OMG...so crispy and HUGE pieces! Now, I could only eat one (they give you two and some broccoli, don't know why), and liked it better with the sweet and sour sauce! But, OMG, i got the pork flavored one...but the bean sprouts, carrots and cabbage just stood out! I was in heaven! There were many things on the menu, will try next time. But, will always come back just for the Egg Foo Young alone! MMMMMMM

Have been driving by this restaurant on Bagdad for a while, from the original Great Wall to now renovated Four Seasons. I was curious on how a Cantonese restaurant will sustain in business here in Leander. I decided to give it a try first with a takeout order for pickup. The lady who picked up the call was enthusiastic and welcoming. I asked for anyone who can speak Cantonese, out of curiosity, and found the owner who could, to make myself familiar again with the dishes and see how the owner may respond. Based on their menu on the website, under chef's special, I ordered in Cantonese the salt and pepper squid and sweet and sour pork who should be traditional Cantonese favorites. I was graciously told not to get the pork dish as it is made in a more westernized method. Surprised to me that she was candid about it and she recommended some other dishes that might accommodate for my small kid. We ended up trying the sesame beef. In 20 minutes were ready but I was there 5 minutes early to check out the place. It was close to 8 on Wednesday's night and sadly to see only a table of guests dining in. The staff was very nice with a big smile. The owner was chatting with the guests and when my order came, she walked over and we chatted for a minute. The food smelled great and the fragrance filled my car. The squid was fried lightly and crispy stir-fried with jalapeño and red chili pepper and onion. It was not too salty or spicy, just right. The beef was fried, doused in a tangy and vinegary dark sauce, with some steamed broccoli sesame seeds. The breading was not overly thick. In my opinion the food and services were great that hopefully more are willing to give it a try. May the business flourish and attract more customers, as dine-in Cantonese restaurants in Leander are scarce.

Lunch special Sweet and Sour Chicken- comes with egg roll, your choice of soup, and rice! So good!

We've eaten at Hao Hao several times now, both dine in and takeout, and it has quietly become one of our regular spots. The location is easy to get to with good parking, which already makes it a win. The bright open sign was a smart addition and definitely draws your eye. Inside, the dining room is smaller with limited tables, which actually gives it a more relaxed, quaint feel compared to larger, noisier places. They offer both Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. I am not especially familiar with Vietnamese food, but I enjoy Chinese and have struggled to find a local option we really like. Hao Hao has filled that gap for us. Across multiple visits, we have tried a variety of dishes and have yet to have a bad meal. Somewhat unexpectedly, the fried rice is excellent. It even reheats well, which is not something I usually say about fried rice. This visit was with my parents. It was a little louder than our previous visits, likely because kids were out for the holidays, but still enjoyable. We started with fried dumplings, edamame, and ribs. The dumplings were nicely crisp without being greasy or water logged. I am not a rib person, but my significant other orders them every time, which speaks for itself. I shared the chicken egg foo young with my mother. This is my third time ordering egg foo young here. I usually get the vegetable version, but the chicken was just as good. Not many places serve egg foo young anymore, likely because it is messy and time consuming to make, but it remains one of my favorite dishes. Portions are generous. Two large omelets, plenty of sauce, and lots of fresh mushrooms. My mother's boyfriend ordered the pho and was very positive about it. The portion size alone was impressive. My significant other ordered the shrimp with black pepper salt and talked through the meal about how good it was. Service is table service and the staff have consistently been pleasant and easy to interact with. Food was a bit slow this visit, but that was unusual and they were clearly busy. It did not detract from the experience. Overall, this was another great meal. Reasonably priced, generous portions, and reliable quality. We will absolutely keep coming back.

He was congenial and hustling. But it appeared they didn't have enough staff and they weren't well trained (a management issue). I had to ask separately to get sweet and sout sauce with my egg roll, had to ask a second time for my crunchy noodles, and had to ask separately for soy sauce for my entree. The sense was that the server had to take care of way too many tables. Just too few staff, and insufficient training. The othet negative is that they charge extra for little add ons that most places include. On the other hand, the food was pretty good. I want this place to succeed. I did enjoy everything I ordered. Had Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Egg Drop Soup, Crunchy Noodles (that cost extra - most places don't charge for these), and Shrimp and Lobster Sauce. And it was Friday evening rush time. Just need for management to more fully train staff on how to fully take care of customers. I do like the food here. I wish they would improve the othet service related details.

So here's a quick lil announcement though. The wait for the apps was short, but the wait for my main dish was 15-20 minutes I don't think my wait is Normally that long but just a heads up. This is the cost of cheap but great quality food. For the appetizers I got the spicy shrimp and the steam chicken dumplings. They both came out really hot so be careful lol. Man the spicy shrimp was very delicious and spicy! But not too spicy for me because I'm use to it but if you're not a spicy veteran this does have a good kick. I loved the sauce and the lettuce, which i used pieces of it to scoop and eat my shrimp in whole. This is a 5/5 recommend The dumplings came out in a pair for like 4-5 dollars I think. It was very hot and soft. The only thing tho was that the meat inside the dumpling was a lil dry compared to a lot of Asian restaurants I've tried BUT it tasted good and was flavor. 4/5. I got the Ox tail Beef broth soup and the Nasi Padang. The ox tail was very good, it has its spices but it's a simple soup with the meat, the potatoes and chopped up tomatoes all thrown into the bowl, with wontons. I used the side chili they gave me, lime into the soup. It was so much to eat for me including the rice with the bowl. Of soup was a lot. Because it was ox the price was a bit high so like 19 which is reasonable. The broth was great, it's simple yet very delectable. The Nasi Padang, was a curry based plate with two types of meat, shredded beef and chicken, two different curry flavors. One was sweet and the other was tangy which was different. It wasn't my favorite but the ox tail definitely beat it. Overall this place was really good and something yall should doif you wanna eat out on budget but good.

We arrived around 7:40p Saturday evening and this spot is bumpin busy and very lively. The outdoor patio was even packed. We were so lucky as a walk-in party of 2, a table was being cleaned so we were able to be seated quickly. Our server brought us each a tablet to order our food. I ordered the cucumber salad and general tso chicken with fried rice. My man ordered 2 lbs of live mala style crawfish $18 per pound (min 2# per order) with 5 shrimp. He also ordered the sesame chicken dish. Our food came out within 10 minutes, super fast. The crawfish took a little bit longer because I believe they make it fresh. Here's where it gets interesting. My man said his mouth was tingling and his tongue felt funny and when he took a drink of his tea it tasted super weird. Come to find out, the crawfish mala sauce has Szechuan peppercorn which has a numbing tingling effect to your tongue and mouth. We did not know this before we ordered. So He thought he was having an allergic reaction to something. We asked our server and she explained a traditional mala seasoning. I highly recommend that this is listed on the menu item as a forewarning to those that have never had the Mala live crawfish here before. Sadly, there were a lot of crawfish wasted tonight because He wasn't able to eat them all That seasoning just did not agree with his mouth or taste buds at all. :( But....The general tso and sesame chicken dishes were tasty! Another call out, We both ordered ice tea at the beginning and it came out pretty quickly, But no one returned to our table during our time here to offer refills or to check in on us after everything was delivered. I understand the restaurant was busy when we arrived but it slowed down while we were there. We may return to this location if we are in the area to try other dishes but unfortunately, he is unable to eat the live crawfish due to that one seasoning. Everyone was super friendly and I recommend trying the restaurant if you haven't before it.
