    Mexican Burger with egg

New favorite spot!! I brought my family here from out of town to try something new. Short wait on a Saturday afternoon but it definitely gets poppin' in here! The inside is so trendy and the servers were very helpful with breaking row the menu. I highly recommend the chilaquiles with the Longhorn sauce, it was so creamy and had the perfect about of spice with every bite. My family did say their plates tasted amazing so that made us very happy we all enjoyed it here. I'll definitely be back during the week to try more things off the menu!

Came here on a Friday a little before noon. They were already pretty close to maxed out on seating. The space is fairly small so if youre coming near a peak time I wouldn't be surprised if you encounter a wait Id had this spot on my list for a while, chilaquiles feels like one of those dishes Tex Mex places all have the same one option available for, so seeing a place with such a wide variety of options really stood out. Given the volume of options going for the divorciados to try two flavors seemed like a no brainer. I went for the Smokey chipotle and mole and thought they were both great! Super flavorful with a nice, but not overwhelming kick. I added eggs because chilaquiles, but even without the egg the portion size was hefty. I definitely want to come back soon to try more flavors Overall this spot lived up to the hype and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Los Chilakillers is a must try! The food is out of this world. The Chile con queso is a great starter as an appetizer. And the chilaquiles are next level. Great service as well. We're definitely going back!

Chilaquiles Divorciadios With the Lamar (Mild Guajillo Sauce) and 620 sauce. The Lamar sauce was mild (as described) whereas the 620 was very spice forward for someone like me who doesn't eat much spicy food. It was tolerable but my mouth did tingle a bit! I appreciated that I was able to get my chilaquiles with no dairy (no cotija, Monterey Jack, or sour cream). A sad life without cheese but having places that understand food allergies really helps! Torta with 620 sauce for the chilaquiles inside. The tort had steak inside which my partner really enjoyed. The torta was MASSIVE! It was enough for him to save the rest of his torta to have for lunch (after already eating about half of it during breakfast) The waitress was very attentive and would come back often to refill the coffee. I didn't expect the charge for black coffee- so something to consider if you're headed here for breakfast and your coffee fix.

Came back after a few years around lunch time. The menu seems to have changed since my last visit. Not in items offered, but the physical menu. It was less descriptive and a bit more confusing than I remember. I ordered the 620 Chilaquillas with over medium eggs as a topper. The good coffee I was given was in a really big mug!! It was very good. The food came and it was absolutely delicious! You get some crunchy and some wet chips in an incredibly good red sauce... the melted cheese on top was fantastic! The beams were great and went well with the bolillo roll. Do yourself a favor and ask for some salsa.. delicious! The only issue I had was the REALLY LOUD MUSIC playing over the speaker... man too loud! It seemed weird enjoying my delicious Latino themed breakfast while listening to Brittney wailing about how she did it again!! Turn it down a little please. The servers were very nice and attentive!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this place has to have the best pastor in Austin. Meaty and juicy. Yum. It's tucked away in a shopping center off 35/parmer. The taco is filled with pastor too, they don't skimp out. I love this place, it's small great music great staff.

Such a great experience! The food was absolutely incredible and the chef was walking around checking on everyone. Highly recommend!

Always great! Food is always delicious. Service is great. The restaurant is small so there's usually always a wait, but always go with that in mind. Ambience is friendly and music is always on. Brunchy vibes. 100% recommend!

Can't speak on the service, I ordered through DD. This was a great value for the price, large portions and good for a hangover lol very authentic and delicious!!

    Longhorn Chilakillers Level 2

It's truly a must visit spot in Austin, TX!! I had an excellent experience at this restaurant full of history. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the Longhorn Chilakillers Level 2 were outstanding. For the quality you get, the prices are very affordable plates could be enough for two people. Every bite reminded me of breakfast at a mercado in Mexico, authentic, comforting, and full of flavor. I'll definitely be coming back, and recommend as a can't miss when visiting Austin, TX

I ordered the migas, and the amount of onions in the dish was overwhelming--so much so that it felt like I had ordered a plate of onions rather than migas. The masa cakes were definitely the standout item and were absolutely delicious. However, the rest of the dish fell short. The sauce was extremely rich, making it difficult to enjoy or finish the meal. That said, the restaurant itself is adorable, and our waiter was fantastic. The service and atmosphere were both great. While this breakfast wasn't a hit for me, I'll still return and stick with favorites like the fried green tomatoes and taquito salad, which were excellent during my previous visit.

Their burger is easily one of the best I've had in Austin, especially paired with their thin, crispy fries. It's my go-to order almost every time. One thing I love is that they switch up the steak portion of the menu a few times a year, and it never disappoints. Right now they have the steak au poivre, which is incredible, although I'm still craving their steak frites and hoping it makes a comeback. The escargot and French onion soup are also favorites of mine. At this point, June's has become a staple in our house--usually with a couple of Diet Cokes and either the burger or whatever steak they're featuring. A few of my friends swear by the chicken sandwich (fair warning: it can get a little messy!), the half roasted chicken, and the tuna crudo, so you really can't go wrong no matter what you order. On top of the amazing food, the staff is always incredibly kind and welcoming, which keeps us coming back. I definitely recommend making a reservation since it tends to get pretty busy, especially during peak hours.

You have to scan a QR code upon arrival to get in line, thought that was weird that the host didn't just add you to the list- anywho. We ordered the prima dora omelet which would have used more filling but it was over all good, the black beans we ordered in the side , we possible the best black beans i've had. While Magnolia Cafe is a longtime South Congress staple and a beloved Austin spot, my visit didn't quite live up to expectations. I met a group here for a pre-show meal and appreciated being seated promptly upon arrival, even though my entire party had not yet arrived. I ordered the chicken caldo soup, which was not served with avocado. The waitress did not check in with us immediately after the food was served but when I inquired about it I noticed there was an up charge on the bill for avocado. I recommend allowing the substitution of the tortilla chips with avocado in the future for a healthier alternative. However chicken caldo traditionally cones with avocado. I also tried the Mag nachos, with tortilla chips topped with black beans, cheddar/jack cheese, jalapeño, tomato, green onion, avocado and sour cream. These were very tasty and unlike the caldo, was served with avocado. The food took a while to come out and the service felt slower than expected. Magnolia has a great reputation, so I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations.

It's a small space, with only around eight tables and a tiny kitchen behind the counter. It's a bit hard to locate from outside. There's no big sign on the window indicating the restaurant's name, just a plastic A-frame sign outside the building's doors. When I got there, four of the eight tables were empty but the dirty dishes had not yet been cleared. It took close to 10 minutes for the tables to be bused. Because the kitchen is so small, I'd recommend going up to the counter to order as soon as you get there.
