I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to speak on. We sat at the bar, and Nicole was our server. From the start, her attitude was poor. Every time I tried to order, she would cut me off mid-sentence, making the whole interaction feel rushed and dismissive. The place wasn't busy, but she carried herself like it was, and I could hear her speaking to other guests the same way, so it clearly wasn't just us. I'm someone who genuinely likes to take care of people who take care of me, so I didn't want to give her a hard time but the service made it hard to enjoy being there. Unfortunately, the food didn't help either. The fries were cold and hard, the burger was underwhelming, and the wings weren't good at all. I still paid and didn't send anything back because that's just how I handle things, but overall, a lot needs to change here. I understand how busy things can get when you have a quick turn around but every table was piled high with plates with the empty tables being used as busser stations. We waited 5, 10, then 15 minutes by the door with one other guy with multiple employees passing by and not one to stop and say give us a minute or we'll be right with you. Not really happy with the new rewards system. You get more points but it takes more points to redeem for food. Also some of the items are either not available or are for example the burger only, not the lunch burger with fires and a drink. This causes you to purchase the fries and drinks separately and the burger alone is now more points. "If it's not one thing it's another". I try to be a regular but it's breaking my back. If you place an order give them 30 extra minutes either picking up or dinning in always expect and extra wait on the service. If pick up says 4:00 its 4:30 and they'll come out with 4 different pick up bags. Always always check your food it's become a regular occurrence to walk back in the store almost immediately because they forgot something. Bad service but good food. It's tough rating somewhere you consistently get bad service. Why would someone keep going there is most people's question. I like wings. If you like wings and can get them to go that would be good. The only problem with that is that I've also had crappy service there too. On my last visit I did a to-go order but it was so far past its estimated completion time I decided to sit and get an appetizer while I waited. Once I got my food the said I couldn't eat it there or they would call the cops on me. I kindly told them I waited over 45 minutes for my food and just wanted to eat them there now. Potato Wedges with Desert Heat $3 4/5 Worth the price. They looked a little sad but they were cooked very well and the dry rub added a great heat. These current insane wings prices made me look elsewhere for cheaper wings which led me here. Well, let me just say, you get what you pay for! I ordered the spicy garlic and mango habanero sauces. While both flavors were actually tasty, they really skimped on the sauce and they ended up being dry (see pics) so I wish they were saucier. The chicken weren't cleaned too well and still had feathers which is really unappetizing. And the following day, I was feeling somewhat under the weather stomach wise. I would say look elsewhere if you are really craving wings. We didn't make a big deal about it. Aretha at the hostess desk was wonderful and she was sent over to tell us we were cut off. Veteran's Day (NOV 2024): Management didn't staff for the Vets Day rush. Waited to be seated 15+ min. Rushing waitresses passed me 3X politely saying, "someone will be with you." Seated at a sticky, wet unclean table w/o menu. Waited 15 min more w/o service then grabbed a menu from another table. I finally called a waitress when I realized nobody noticed me.
