I am not a wing-aficionado and this was my first visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in probably 10 years. Our server was great and offered suggestions. Despite there only being 2 or 3 other tables, it was quite slow. The boneless wings were tasty although mired breaded than I expected. The spice level was perfect! Def a good place to watch sports with so many TVs! read more

First time to this location. The parking lot has ample spaces and we arrived about 1pm for lunch. We were seated immediately and the booth was super comfy. The ac was cold !! And there is a giant tv wherever you look. All the football and sports! Our server was super polite and quick to grab drink and app order. We had tea and water then ordered wings with fries. They have changed the menu and it's pretty impressive all the food optionthey have. Wings to burgers to salads they seem to have it all. The drink menu for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks is huge as well. I will try strawberry lemonade next time. The wings came out pretty quick and were hot and tasty. The fries were fresh and hot as well. We had a great experience and will be back. I hate to say but the service at most BW3s is usually horrible, but today it was great and so was overall experience. Like I said we will be back!! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to speak on. We sat at the bar, and Nicole was our server. From the start, her attitude was poor. Every time I tried to order, she would cut me off mid-sentence, making the whole interaction feel rushed and dismissive. The place wasn't busy, but she carried herself like it was, and I could hear her speaking to other guests the same way, so it clearly wasn't just us. I'm someone who genuinely likes to take care of people who take care of me, so I didn't want to give her a hard time but the service made it hard to enjoy being there. Unfortunately, the food didn't help either. The fries were cold and hard, the burger was underwhelming, and the wings weren't good at all. I still paid and didn't send anything back because that's just how I handle things, but overall, a lot needs to change here. I didn't realize this location had such a low rating until after I came in, and now I understand why.. read more

Not really happy with the new rewards system. You get more points but it takes more points to redeem for food. Also some of the items are either not available or are for example the burger only, not the lunch burger with fires and a drink. This causes you to purchase the fries and drinks separately and the burger alone is now more points. OK enough complaining, still really good food, just now more expensive to have lunch here. read more

Came in here after a game and sheesh. I understand how busy things can get when you have a quick turn around but every table was piled high with plates with the empty tables being used as busser stations. We waited 5, 10, then 15 minutes by the door with one other guy with multiple employees passing by and not one to stop and say give us a minute or we'll be right with you. Ambiance = messy & unkept Service = unattentive & non existent Food = wouldn't know how it tastes because we never got sat and left after 15 minutes! read more

This has become our new go-to wing spot! Angel and Zoe are great servers. The food is always fresh and tasty! I love the hot wings with lemon pepper fries. Great place to catch a game or fight with a fun crowd. read more

Went in and waited 40 minutes to be sat, waiters walked by and constantly ignored us. Tables were covered in empty cups and plates causing seating to take even longer. Fries came out stone cold and mozzarella sticks were hard. They brought everyone's food out except for a few people, then made everyone else wait forty minutes for their plates. We ordered dessert for a birthday and it took 36 minutes to come out. People were just standing in the kitchen talking instead of doing their jobs. Our waiter was cool, but even he was getting upset by the hold up. Would not waste time or money at this location. Overall, Food= not good. Service= slow and un attentive. Ambiance= Messy and unorganized, sensory overload. read more

AVOID! Stood at the door for 20 minutes before I had to turn around and leave. Workers walked by and refused to make eye contact, even ignored my beckon with eye contact. At one point, I walked to the bar - turns out empty tables served as bus stations full of dishes. Multiple people came and left. Multiple servers laughing at the drink station though. Manager should be fired, the incompetence runs high here. read more

I'll never get the negative reviews of this place. Bar service is fast and efficient. Solid staff, great Mango Habanero wings... cold beer. Semi-recently renovated! Maybe because most reviews are 12 years old + Amazing weekly specials BO-GO, plus a rewards app to accrue points. It is not trying to be Alinea, people. Go get your sticky fingers on! read more

Disgusting wings. So dry and not edible. Cold fry's. Gross tator tots. Carrots and celery were delivered slimy. Will not order anymore from this place. Yall used to be good but have gone way downhill read more

I ordered wings for pickup. The individuals serving were very nice. Once I arrived home and opened my wings, I thought they might fly away the amount of feathers that were on them. Now I'm used to one MAYBE two feathers but this was wild for a five piece. Yuck! If the location wasn't so far I would have asked for a refund. read more

Bad service but good food. It's tough rating somewhere you consistently get bad service. Why would someone keep going there is most people's question. I like wings. If you like wings and can get them to go that would be good. The only problem with that is that I've also had crappy service there too. On my last visit I did a to-go order but it was so far past its estimated completion time I decided to sit and get an appetizer while I waited. Once I got my food the said I couldn't eat it there or they would call the cops on me. I kindly told them I waited over 45 minutes for my food and just wanted to eat them there now. I kindly asked for a manager and I assume none were there so the waitress eventually told me I couldn't do it again in the future. As far as ambiance most BWW locations I go to have older TV's and our relatively worn out from years of people being there, this location is no different. I can't recommend this place but I can tell you the Pepsi is ice cold and the wings are tasty. read more

The food is perfect for what this place is-wings and comfort food. I was in the middle of moving and you know how stressful that can be. I needed a fried sedative and my choice was onion rings, wings, mozzarella sticks, fries and some nachos. I went home and slept like a baby after. Jessica was great, she ran around to get us everything we ordered. Place is fine, food de stressed me for few hours. read more

I ordered Wild Burger through DoorDash: Bacon Smashed Hatch Burger $15.49 4/5 Looks great, I eat with my eyes first. Good bun to meat ratio. Smashed patties delivered with the caramelized beef edges. The patties could've been seasoned a little more. It was super hatch forward, which I loved, but I didn't taste one hint of bacon. Pricey, it should be closer to the $10-$12 range. Potato Wedges with Desert Heat $3 4/5 Worth the price. They looked a little sad but they were cooked very well and the dry rub added a great heat. Wild Chicken $10.49 1/5 What's wild about this sandwich is that they charge more than $3 for it. It's a small chicken slider with a little buffalo sauce. For $3 I'd give it 4 stars. read more

Love bww this is a good bdubs foods always good and fast love it here the bar tenders are always friendly

Best Wings in Town! Absolutely delicious wings--hands down the best in town! Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and always fresh. "If it's not one thing it's another". I try to be a regular but it's breaking my back. If you place an order give them 30 extra minutes either picking up or dinning in always expect and extra wait on the service. If pick up says 4:00 its 4:30 and they'll come out with 4 different pick up bags. Always always check your food it's become a regular occurrence to walk back in the store almost immediately because they forgot something. Just today my order was to pick up at 4, Im just getting home at 5. Save your time and your money before they both go cold. read more

Service was terrible and the TV volume was as high as possible. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told it would be 10-15 minutes.

l when I called because they messed up my order that I had delivered. I had ordered my comfort food due to rough day and when I called to have it fixed she hung up on me . Again I called back she acted like nothing and with no care in the world again I requested it to be remade and I was willing to come pick it up. I'm here now and still she is rude and not giving a care in the world. Shit service if you can't be nice and fix situations then you should not be in a line of work where you deal with people on the daily read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Cashier was rude and disrespectfu - Chicken Wings Near Me - Austin, Texas

These current insane wings prices made me look elsewhere for cheaper wings which led me here. Well, let me just say, you get what you pay for! I ordered the spicy garlic and mango habanero sauces. While both flavors were actually tasty, they really skimped on the sauce and they ended up being dry (see pics) so I wish they were saucier. The chicken weren't cleaned too well and still had feathers which is really unappetizing. And the following day, I was feeling somewhat under the weather stomach wise. I would say look elsewhere if you are really craving wings. And if you have to eat these wings, chug some beers first and maybe eat in a low light environment so you don't get turned off by the visible feathers! I probably wouldn't be back. read more

We started coming here for the Tuesday Wing Deal. The Bartender, Nicole always takes care of us, she knows our order and what we drink. She made it her mission to give the best service we've ever had anywhere. This is what keeps bringing us back. She also gives all customers in her section the same special service. The wings are really good but the service is top notch! Kudos to Nicole! We'll be back next week! read more

Went in on a Monday during lunch. Arrived at 1pm. Ordered by 1:05. We walked out at 1:45 since they never came with food. Completely unacceptable when there was literally only 1 person dining in and a couple had just left. Came in at 12:40 am. They close at 2:00 am. Every server ignored us, bartender was sitting in a booth and completely ignored us while eating chicken wings. Will never be back, thanks for nothing. read more

We've been going to this location for years. Today we met our friends for a Birthday celebration and were treated awful. Service was slow and orders were either wrong or missing something. We didn't make a big deal about it. Aretha at the hostess desk was wonderful and she was sent over to tell us we were cut off. We spoke to management and were told our waitress didn't want to wait on us anymore. We were very nice and polite to her in spite of her attitude and crappy service. We had a full meal and a few beers. We were not intoxicated at all. I saw her hanging out in the bathroom with another girl. She wouldn't even credit any of our 17,000 points towards the bill. Many times the bathroom stinks so bad you can smell it at the table . I don't usually complain however We will not be returning. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

This place is extremely bad. Is very dirty, personal is unfriendly and incompetent. They said the lobby was close because it was a slow day and don't realize is because their service is terrible. Never again. I was ready for some wings with the wonderful Mango Habanero sauce (yep I like it spicy ) so headed to this location . It has been a while and I was hungry . Well, well, well I think it will continue to be a while . They sat us and promptly forgot our existence. We gave staff 20 minutes to take order before we gave up and exited . We ended driving up to Round Rock to get some wings at a place that rhymes with the words Banker Star . They don't have anything approaching the Mango Habanero but they sure had attentive wait staff. Food was ok and they were short staffed. 2 couples left before ever ordering because no one ever came to serve them. Thankfully our waitress was nice which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. There was 1 waitress, 1 bartender, no hostess and no one manning the Togo area. Plus all the tables had dirty dishes indicating no one was bussing tables. Out our all our food and drinks I would say my favorite thing was the tater tots. read more

On 8/12/2033 from 7pm-9pm we (4 adults 1 child) were at this location. We received poor customer service from our server, the appetizer portions were comparable to a kids menu choice, they were out of at least 5 different liquors needed to make drinks highlighted on the drink menu, the drinks we did order had little no alcohol in them at all (tasted like just juice), it took 36 minutes for our food to be served after ordering. I tried very hard to get our server to even smile just a little. She seemed very irritated with us and life in general and we definitely felt it. The food tasted very good other wise this review would have been zero stars. It was just an unpleasant experience all the way around. I have a copy of the receipt if needed. Please let me know. My daughter went by to pick up a bunch of chocolate cakes for the family. While she was waiting, the front desk person made a rude comment about my daughter. Saying she was a fatty for ordering all those cakes. (She's normal size) Not only once, but 3 times. Out loud in front of all to hear. My daughter is very meek. So she didn't say anything. I told my daughter to never buy a thing from this place again. Anyways, that evening, I took the cakes back and gave that B a piece of my mind. Will never step foot in a BWW again. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to! I came in tonight to pick up my phone call order and I was shocked at the speed and hospitality and Joe and his team. I felt like I was talking to a friend while waiting for my food and he was able to gracefully help me sign up for the rewards account! Wings were lukewarm. Super inconsistent sauce on every order on our table. Some smothered, others had barely any. Fries were good and hot. Bartender has a terrible attitude, and I bartended way too long to be dismissed the way she did. I never would've never been tacky to a customer...all I asked for was a cup of ice, which I never got because she said she'd have our server get it. She wasn't busy enough, the entire restaurant wasn't busy enough...I saw a server eating, and another leaning next to the well drinking a soda. Our server was kind, but very green. No knowledge of beverages. We had to ask for silverware for our salads, never got boats for bones or napkins. I got up and got beverage napkins to make it work. Manager stopped by, but didn't get our joke about waiting for water. read more
