The fries are sooo good. Fresh and not over salted. The music was a little loud but a decent playlist and better than nothing. Shout out to Andrea M. She is such a pleasure to have an interaction with. The cream of the crop when it comes to service. I wish more customer service was available like her.

Love this place! The free peanuts are amazing and the unlimited toppings is great. The burgers are a bit pricey, but if you like yours all the way, I think it's worth it. I recommend you ordering the small fries if you want fries, because the portions are pretty large. One thing I did want to mention, though, was the customer service. It was not that great. The man at the register made annoyed faces when we had questions about the menu. We decided to try the Cajun fries, only to find out that they would be too salty for our liking. we asked the person at the counter if they would take our fries back and exchange them with the regular fries, and the hospitality simply wasn't there. maybe that's something they should work on.

I got the cheeseburger and it was my first time at Five Guys. I didn't realize the regular comes with two patties. If you want a single patty, you have to get the "little cheeseburger". This burger is sooo big-it could have last me two meals but I believe in finishing food while it's still fresh so I ate it all They did mess up my order-I asked for pickles and they didn't include them. I heard them talking about the pickles and did wonder if they were referring to my order Cheese is gooey just how I like it and you can get as many toppings as you want. Definitely expensive for a burger but it is so good! $10+

bacon cheeseburger with all the way ingredients. Top right is what is it just plain cheeseburger with grilled onions, double patty.

Follow up visit with friends. Friendly service, fresh food (given that it is all fried). Huge portions - so be mindful of what you order. Added some additional photos for those who might be new.

Wow!! How did I forget about 5 Guys Burgers & fries??? I was at Cheesecake Factory and waited over 15 mins for a pasta dish & it arrived cold. I closed out my tab, walked out and directly across the parking lot I see 5 Guys Burgers. The service was awesome. They are all really nice people, they greet you when you come in, you can see them make your order & they do NOT skimp on the fries! Mickey D's & whataburgers are frie cheats....!!!! I ordered a regular cheeseburger and it was made with love it was so tasty!!!!! I could only eat half and I have a ton of fries leftover to warm in the air fryer. Tip: Air Fryer is the best way to warm up your left over burger & fries, just take off the cold parts. The place was nice and clean. Although they are out of Dr. Pepper & Diet Dr. Pepper and some other flavors. They had root beer and that was a nice walk down childhood memory lane. Overall I will definitely be back. I posted this review before I have ever read other comments. Be positive & give back! Karma

    Burger & Fries $20

Like so many people I heard about Five Guys hamburgers before but had not gone out of my way to try it. Over the weekend I ended up at the Arboretum right by it, so I went in to try a burger. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger all the way had a large order of French fries. The thing that shocked me was that the total for my bill on that was almost $20. That being said I did get quite a bit of food for the price. But I still consider this place somewhat overpriced, and if I decided to go back, I would know better than to order a large of anything for just one person. Overall, the quality of the burger was not bad, but it was nothing to write home about, and the French fries were good but they were not crispy, they were kind of soggy to be honest. They were not bad tasting though. This was a rather average experience and a somewhat overpriced product,

My overall impression after going here for lunch can be summed up in three words: pricey, decent, and greasy. I'm not a big fan of this chain because of the average-quality to high-price ratio, but I had a free $8 to spend at Five Guys (thanks to a Chase Pay promotion--which you guys should look into!) and decided to give it another chance. Compared to other Five Guys locations, this place is larger and has nice, large windows to sit next to. Their food, like all Five Guys locations, is on the pricier side of the fast food burger spectrum and a basic burger (with tax) was all I could afford with my voucher. One perk that separates it from other fast food places, however, is their free burger toppings--you can add as little or as many of their topping choices (eg, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños, green pepper, relish) for no extra cost! The burger itself was dry on the inside but greasy on the outside and soaked the bottom of the brown bag instantly. As for cleanliness, this location is a bit worse than others. We arrived at noon (an hour after it opens at 11am) and several of the tables were dirty and the bathroom was messy (during my visit, the women's bathroom had a bucket of dirty water and a mop in the center of the floor).

The lovely woman who helped us during our last visit also gave Zoloft a pup cup, so they've consistently shown kindness to our little family. They even gave complimentary vegan cookies to guests when we arrived (not sure if it was a special promotion, but such a thoughtful touch!). And the ice cream... WOW. Made with lentils, and honestly some of the best ice cream we've ever had--rich, creamy, and unforgettable. Friendly staff, delicious food, thoughtful service, and creative plant-based treats. The menu mostly offers burgers, but there are a couple other offerings like a cheesesteak, partner, etc. The staff were very friendly and precessional. I really appreciated that they double checked everything in our to-go bags against what we ordered just to make sure we had everything. Everything was bagged, and the orders had the individual order and special order requests written on top Everything tasted great. The burgers were classic burgers, slightly messy, but very flavorful. The fries weren't quite as crisp as I like, but they were seasoned well and tasty Some tips: Consider ordering online so you can have your meal ready when you arrive The burgers/entrees don't come with fries, so, consider ordering a couple fries to share. One order of fries is more than enough for 2 people to share. To do this just make your meal a combo on the ones you want to have fries. Combos also come with a drink, but it's not a fountain drink it's in cans which they also bag for you Cheers!!

This was by far the best meal I've had all week. The cheeseburger was outstanding. The bun was perfect--soft, and held everything together without getting soggy. The meat had incredible flavor, juicy and well-seasoned, and the divine (I'm assuming that's the special sauce or topping?) absolutely blew me away--it took the whole thing to another level. The fries were exactly how I like them: thick-cut, tender, not overly crunchy or crispy, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite was spot-on. Service was excellent too--friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. Shoutout to the team for making a conference-weary traveler feel right at home. If you're anywhere near Jimmy's, do yourself a favor and go. I'm already thinking about coming back before I leave town. So well done--thank you! Highly recommend. 10/10 would eat again.

Recently, I went back after not having it for a while, craving that same experience... but unfortunately, it just wasn't the same. The flavor and quality that made me come back before just weren't there this time, which was super disappointing. I honestly left feeling a little sad because I used to go there all the time for that exact reason and took a 30 min drive to try it again. On the positive side, the staff is still amazing. Everyone was really friendly, and that part hasn't changed at all. And I did grab one of the locally made sweets from the fridge, and that was actually really good.
