A cocktail at The All Good place

First time here last night. The All Good has good vibes. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is clean and modern. The drawback is the menu is limited even though you can have a single, double or triple, it is only a smashed burger. The burger is good and if you just want a burger and fries, then you are in luck with all being served out of a food truck. The service is excellent. Last night I met Celeste, Lydia, and Brooklynn, three sweet ladies waiting on you from stretching to draw beer to shaking and stirring drinks, even the burger truck has great service. There are some game consoles and lots of TVs to watch. So if you just need a burger or drink, then head on over, because after all...it's The All Good place in Cedar Park!

The All Good is located in the old Whitestone Brewery space. They did a great job with the remodel, both inside and on the large patio. When you enter, you will notice that it's bright and there are TVs everywhere. The All Good is kiddo and pet-friendly. When we visited, the families were occupying the patio area, as there is a chalk wall and some games to keep the kiddos occupied while the parents enjoy their libations. There is a full bar offering some high-end bourbons, tequila, and excellent local craft beer drafts. Do check out their specialty drinks. The Paolma and the 40 Yard Dash were our favorites. Hungry? The award-winning smashburger JABS (Just A Better Smashburger) is on-site, and the burgers are very good. Our double-patty cheeseburger was gooey-juicy and wonderful. Service at the bar and table was very good as our server regularly checked on us. I had a great conversation with one of the bartenders regarding how they were pedal to the metal to be ready for their grand opening. He also said that they are planning to have the NFL Ticket by the 10/4 weekend! One thing that they need to take notice of is pet owners allowing their dogs to walk on the tables. This has to be a safety violation; if not, it's just gross. The All Good goes right into our rotation as a sports bar, craft cocktails, and delicious burgers.

Very cool place to get a drink and a great happy hour. There is also a burger food truck on premise

Awesome place. Great burgers and not just a beer place. Very personable service. Did I say it wasn't just beer? It wasn't just beer.

You can mix and match pretty much anything. Is it a bar? You could say that, any of the beers in the cooler can be consumed on-site; there's picnic tables both inside and outside and there's bar type games: pinball, foosball, darts that you can play while you hang out and drink. They don't have a kitchen but there's always a food truck right outside or you can bring your own in. I've never been for bingo or comedy nights or anything like that. I come for the brews, chill out and eat good food; it's kind of like being in someone's rec room but with way more beer. My only real knock is the corkage fee, if you're going to drink on-site they do charge $2 bucks per, which doesn't seem like much but it adds up.

Clearly, not at all, because the place was packed. Either at capacity or about to go over. We secured a little standing spot at the bar and enjoyed our little brews. As we looked up at the TV, the original Leprechaun movie was playing. The staff were very friendly and moving around at the speed of light to get everyone their green dyed beers. There was over an hour wait for food due to how obviously busy a bar is on International Wear Green and Drink Beer Day, which didn't concern us because we had already eaten. For everyone else, sucks to be them. Our Guinnesses were good, and I really have no complaints. The location is quite narrow, but they make the most of it. There is a ton of beers to choose from, but I only had the Guinness because, well, celebrating a commercialization of Irish culture. I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.

They were out of the first beer I ordered (martinhouse columbiana) so I decided to try them bourbon menu instead. I was excited to try cypb for $25 and they were out of that too. What is the deal with their menus never being up to date?! Beer selection was fairly limited too, about half of what the other locations used to have on draft and really no craft bottles or cans. Well, we decided to get some food since it was pouring outside so we couldn't leave easily. The bartender said the Brussels sprouts were the most ordered shareable so we ordered them. They had bacon but they were so overcooked that every bite tasted like really burned bacon. I was going to try to send them back but our waitress never asked if they came out OK so I just let it be. Overall, very disappointing visit.

Unfortunately, we missed meeting up however my friend and I did get to check out the venue, listen to a couple of the bands and try a light dinner. The bands that we heard were Lew Apollo and Brother Thunder. The ambiance was great - the place is open to the sky and the benefit of great weather made it a fantastic day to be there. At our arrival, the crowd was minimal. We were able to sit near the stage and enjoy the music vibes. After reviewing the menu, we went to the bar to place the order. I decided to go with 2 chili dogs, and my friend ordered the steak sliders with waffle fries. They give you a number and when the board lights up with your number, then you go to the pick-up window to get your food. There was maybe a 10-12-minute wait. I thought that prices were very reasonable and the taste was good enough. We learned that the Rustic Tap is an LSU bar and they host a lot of the game watches. The live music is played in the back next to a pit that usually has people dancing but also serves as a great place to watch sports when they seldomly don't have live music. This bar covers a lot of bases whether you're there for music, sports, or just to drink. Speaking of drinks, the waiters are friendly and they have a good amount of options. We've only ever gotten beer there so can't say much about whether or not they have a heavy hand when they pour. And speaking of music-- The vibe was straight fire. They were blasting 80s and 90s hits with the actual music videos playing, and I swear for a second I forgot where I was. I thought I was in a time machine, or at least in some kind of retro-themed VIP lounge where everyone has good taste. The nostalgia was hitting harder than the cocktails. The decor? Chef's kiss.
