The inside (a beer lovers dream)!
    Courtney B.

With nearly 9,000 thousand craft breweries spread out across this great nation, the options to wet one's craft beer whistle in this country seem to be endless. If you reside in Central TX, The Brewtique may be able to meet your need to try craft brews from vast amounts of regions! The Brewtique allows you to grab a beer/cider/water from the coolers to drink inside, and as they don't have a kitchen, you can either bring your own food or grab something from the food truck outside (Rogues over the Perogi, that review is coming up next). If you don't want to hang out and play a game of table hockey while you sip your brew, you can also take your craft brew to go! The service here is always great, and the location hosts various events throughout the year to include game nights, movie nights, game nights, comedy nights, and many more. This place has something for everyone, including those who are seeking to purchase CBD products. #supportlocal

The best place to buy craft beer in or near Austin, period! They're pretty good about posting new releases on social media and do so weekly. You can look at their inventory along with untapped ratings on their website which is helpful. I love that you can buy singles so you get to try a lot of things and the markup seems better than other craft beer stores I've been to. You definitely should go check it out and say hi to Scott and his wife.

Oodles and oodles of cold & juicy craft beer

This is like a neighborhood mini mart except instead of junk food and paraphernalia- you just have a HUGE selection of craft beers and some mainstream options. There are even a few wine bottles hidden in a corner. How it works: walk in and buy your beer in singles, to go packs, or make your own to go pack. If you want to enjoy a single in house and hang out with some other cool folks- they'll pop it for you for a small corking fee. If you don't know what you want- tell them what you usually drink. They'll find you something amazing. It's a great way to try new pours without committing to a pack. You can start a tab and keep the party going. If the food truck is there (Rogues) you should 100% get the pot roast pierogies- you can thank me later. There are some free arcade games, board games, televisions and foos ball. There's a covered patio if Texas weather allows it and corn hole. Follow them for events like indoor comedy shows, mural painting, etc. Super clean bathrooms and free water to stay hydrated so you can drink more beer. Super friendly and locally owned.

Review time kids!! So the bride is out of town for business, what does any good husband do???? He meets some buds for suds!! We all met at another place for happy hour when bud 1 recommend this place for some take home treats. I mean, come on, we know a beer-n-burger nut like me can't say no. This place is totally chill with a few picnic tables to relax and converse with friends. There is also a couple of other chairs if that's your thing. Sampling on sight is totally cool too. On to the selection of beers. All I can say is,if you can't find something here that you would like, go home, empty handed and admit you have no taste. That's right, I threw the blame squarely on you! Why? Because they must have better than 300-400 different beers to choose from! Now go, prove me wrong and try that chocolate oatmeal stout or triple ipa !!

One small part of the cooler selection. They carry a huge variety from all over.

I really can't say enough good things about the Brewtique. They have an amazing variety of drinks and they're always bringing in new items. The team is incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about their products, and all around just a couple of really cool folks. Just tell them what you're in the mood for, and you'll absolutely receive a satisfying recommendation. They're dog-friendly both in and outside, and are super welcoming to well-behaved pooches. They also do some really cool charity events on behalf of some great organizations. There's almost always something going on in the evenings -- live music, comedy shows, football games, game night, beer tastings. They also have some neat retro arcade games and board games on hand to entertain. There's always a reason to pop in and have a drinks!

I love this place! If you are new in town or you are looking for a place to pick up some good brew, this is your place. The prices are perfect for what you are getting and if you have questions the knowledge, staff and owner are amazing. You can also buy and drink your beer while playing pinball. My wife bought a picture of David Bowie there for an awesome price. So if you are new in town or just in the area this is a place you definitely want to stop by and have a beer. Cheers

What can I say about Brewtique that hasn't already been said? Great and various beers available here keep me coming back and back. Mgmt is top notch, friendly, and above all knowledgeable. I am always impressed with the ambiance. It feels like a great big community. Service with a smile and a laugh makes my trip there memorable. Also they have great events, live music, and board games to boot! 3 cheers and a beer for Brewtique.

Beer coolers always cold and always great selection.

It's a small local brewery with a really nice community feel. I especially love that it's kid-friendly, which is something you don't always find at breweries. It makes the place feel more relaxed and welcoming. The food is decent, and the beer is delicious. Their beers have that true craft beer taste, which is something I really enjoy. I've tried many of their beers and have brought friends here to hang out as well. My favorite so far is the coffee stout. Overall, Slackers Brewing is a great local spot with good beer, a friendly vibe, and a welcoming atmosphere.

I popped in with a few friends and it was a mixture of NA beer, regular beer and mimosas. After pouring the bubbles they asked how much OJ we wanted and that was great to get as much or little. I found the vending machine very interesting as it held different packets of various items. Legos, Main Character Energy Starter Pack (no clue what's inside), Mystery Socks, Pokemon, etc. Unique for sure. they had a fuzzball table, along with picnic seating inside, a bar area with maybe 10 seats or so and then the brewing equipment then the door out to the patio. Yes, it's a converted parking lot..but hey, what can you do in suburbia? Anyhoo, there were also an inside area for kids and and outside play ground ish, with these different huts. They had various games and we picked up Disturbed Friends. Now this game was definitely 18+ cause these cards were raunchy! OMG too much fun.

Located off Anderson Mill in the corner of a strip mall is a bookshelf with a door on the right side. If you cannot figure out the entrance, there is a doorbell to ring as well. I believe it is owned by the same people who own The Mill bar right next door, which makes it feel like a cool bonus space. My friend and I sat next to a faux fireplace, where we were greeted by the only bartender working and placed our order. Once he opened the tab, it was disappointing that he never came back to check if we wanted another drink. It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it. It is a very relaxed space, but once the speakeasy gimmick wears off, it does not have much else going for it. It is still a cool place, but I am not sure it was worth the lengthy drive to get there.
