Plenty of parking. We entered through the outside area, which they had semi enclosed and it was very hot in there on a beautiful 80° March day. We ordered our beers at the bar, waitress was knowledgeable on her beers, she let us taste a few . Friendly, engaging did not offer us a food menu. Didn't see any laying around either. Maybe they stopped serving food. Didn't realize they had a jukebox for music because it's way on the other side as you're leaving the back door. That was very unfortunate. Not much of a vibe today.

Leander Days with Dale Watson.. Texas Honkey Tonk!.. The market is serving up great drafts and mixed cocktails. The Beer Market even when busy during the festival is great.

Local down home vibe with decent bar food and cheerful bar staff. The drink specials are amazing and plenty of seating inside and out. The covered patio is a hit. It's street parking but not usually too hard to find a spot. We had a Philly cheese sandwich and toasted ravioli with a Greek salad. I didn't realize the salad was so huge or I would have just ordered the salad alone. The food comes out hot so I assume they make it fresh. We love to come at least once a month.

It's a local watering watering hole in "downtown" Leander. Why the double quotes around downtown - because there isn't much happening in downtown Leander. Anyway, cannot comment too much on food as we only had an appetizer and it was alright. Beer and wine are served in a plastic now which is less than desirable. Not sure how it was pre-Covid. Staff was fast and efficient but I don't think I could describe them as warm or friendly. They weren't rude either. Decent amount of variety. It's charm is that is local and has the hole in the wall personality. We plan on returning.

We stopped by yesterday around 3:30, they had a handful of customers and it appeared to have 1 bartender/server. The bartender was super friendly and accommodating, definitely a plus. The Bloody Mary was fantastic, I could've had several haha! The Mexican martini was pretty good and the honey cider on tap was delish and light. The only negative was the fact that they use plastic cups, some drinks just taste better in a cold frosted glass. We ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella and tomatoes and the fried pickles, both were good. The place looked clean and they have a jukebox that we used and the bartender did turn up the music a little bit as per our request, I'd definitely go back.

There's a large row of coolers that run along the right side with a wide variety of styles/breweries and even NA options-and the back has a lot of European and domestic 'whales' that run high price tags but are harder to find. You can mix and match pretty much anything. Is it a bar? You could say that, any of the beers in the cooler can be consumed on-site; there's picnic tables both inside and outside and there's bar type games: pinball, foosball, darts that you can play while you hang out and drink. They don't have a kitchen but there's always a food truck right outside or you can bring your own in. I've never been for bingo or comedy nights or anything like that. I come for the brews, chill out and eat good food; it's kind of like being in someone's rec room but with way more beer. My only real knock is the corkage fee, if you're going to drink on-site they do charge $2 bucks per, which doesn't seem like much but it adds up.

I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.

We hosted our son's first birthday party here this weekend, and while we originally reserved space for a much smaller group, our guest list quickly grew to more than 60 people. The Aviator team handled it so graciously and made everyone feel welcome without missing a beat. They were incredibly accommodating from start to finish, allowing us to bring in decorations, balloons, and our cake and cupcakes to make the space our own. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Every single person was friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure both we and our guests had everything we needed. They even let us hand out drink tickets so we could keep our bar tab within budget, which was such a thoughtful touch and made planning so much easier. The food, as always, was a huge hit. We had countless people comment on how good the pizza was, and the space couldn't have been more perfect for our Top Gun-themed party. We had lots of little ones celebrating with us, and the outdoor playground kept them entertained for hours while the adults enjoyed the great beer selection and watched the World Cup match on the TVs. It really was the perfect setup for guests of all ages. We can't thank the Aviator team enough for helping make such a special day so easy and stress-free. We'll absolutely continue coming back as regular customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aviator to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed place to host a gathering or celebration.
