So it's pretty disappointing when we find out it's closed every time we try to visit. The first time we tried to come it was on Memorial weekend. According to Google it closes at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm on Sunday not knowing that Google showed the incorrect hours. Fair enough since it was a holiday weekend and we should have called ahead to ask about their hours. The second time we tried to come, we tried coming on a Sunday again. We called a day before so we could double check if they would be open. They told us on the phone that they would be open. Their hours on Sundays are from 10am-2pm. We show up around 12:30pm, but they were closed again even though their sign said they close at 2pm on Sundays. Needless to say this will be the last time we try to come here.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for lingering during the festival. The wine selection was excellent, with something for even for the most discerning wine connoisseur. Our sommelier highlighted a number of awards that Georgetown Winery has won for their wines. Our sommelier was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to share samples of their wines. It was delightful speaking with the sommelier regarding Georgetown wines. The peach wine was our favorite. If you want to learn more about wines, a tasting at Georgetown Winery is the way to go. We arrived early and were immediately seated and brought waters and menus. The ambiance is very nice; relatively quiet with an upscale vibe while still being casual. I had previewed the menu online and knew I was going to order the Bi Bim Bap in a hot stone bowl. My wife wanted the Sea Bass and we had 1 appetizer of salmon sashimi (4 pieces) to share along with a bottle of Reserve Kendall Jackson Chardonnay. Our server was attentive and funny. He made sure we were taken well care of. The salmon sashimi (I forgot to take a pic) was amazing. Four nice size pieces of buttery delicious salmon with just the right amount of fat lines served on a bed of shredded radish and pickled ginger. The wasabi paste was very strong, and mixed with the soy it made for a wonderful pool for our salmon to swim in before being devoured. Our entrees arrived after a bit and were masterfully presented. My Bi Bim Bap was sizzling in the bowl and was topped with a beautifully cooked over-easy egg and accompanied with a small dish of gochugaru chili paste. My wife's sea bass was a beautiful presentation of the fish along side some sautéed green beans and white rice. I was provided 2 spoons to mix my Bi Bim Bap, a nice addition as most every place I've ever ordered it I was only provided a fork. My dish was amazing. Full of crunchy veggies, slices of tender beef wonderfully seasoned, and the crunchy rice on the bottom from cooking while still in the hot stone bowl. The flavors were amazing and exactly as I had hoped. My wife's sea bass was served with a wonderful glaze and the flakiness of the fish, the glaze, and accompanying sides worked perfectly together. We didn't save room for dessert (but did finish the Chardonnay). While the prices were a little higher than I expected, we will most definitely be back again to try some of the other dishes.
