We stopped in this past weekend for Rockabilly Brewery's soft reopening. They've been closed for months as they build a beautiful upper bar area. It looks great and you can tell it's only going to get better. They have a nice beer selection and food trucks on site. We didn't get a chance to eat but we will be back again soon to try the food. The owner (Jerry) was there and super welcoming. We got to chat with Justin the GM, again, a friendly and welcoming group. For those of us in this area we have very few local brewery selections, this one has the potential to be one of the best and hopefully bring more to the area. The location is prime due to new residential growth in the area, it's a good opportunity for locals to support a small business. More pictures to come!

Very chill hideout. Love the beers and the view. Great place to listen to some live music and kick back and enjoy a relaxing vibe. I hope this see some good rockabilly bands there as this place grows the following. Parking can be challenging so bring the sedan and leave the truck at home. Outstanding BBQ food truck there too! 5 Stars for coolness factor and good days ahead!

If you are looking for a cool new place to hangout this is a great spot. It was our first day trying it out and it was also probably the hottest day of the year. The place is very private and is small but charming at the same time. They have bands scheduled on the weekend afternoons so that will be great to try. This place reminds our group of the Hippo Hut that was off of FM1660. If you want to support small local businesses give this place a shot.

Great spot with sweeping views and a robust tap selection. Cheery service is just icing on the cake. Would return & recommend!!

Staff is super friendly. Great beer selection. Also have wine and ciders that are always good. AWESOME views from the upper deck but also have a lower deck that is super cool. Tons of parking. Trees and nature to look around. Couple of overlook spots from the top of a gorgeous hill in Hutto. Also has a big playground for children to enjoy. Bbq and food trucks on site are delicious. Host lots of events for fun. Also have fans to combat the Texas heat.

Has potential but needs work! I visited opening weekend and several times since. They do have things need to be worked on. I appreciate the attempt to market to families but their half baked attempt clearly shows. I see new tables, lighting and stage but second hand playscapes with exposed nails, spiders and a bounce house that has not been cleaned for some time. There is also exposed decent sized rocks from the ground. Also some chairs seem to be giving way so cannot even sit back without it falling over. I definitely won't be back until some improvements have been made. The live music is great but beer/wine selections are ok. BBQ truck serves delicious ribs, turkey, brisket and sausage.

Great new outdoor venue. My kind of place. New to the area and barely seen the sign for this place. Their beer is selection is small but expected for a new brew garden. Starting off is tough. There is plenty of outside seating. Could use more shade if you're there in the middle of the day but we got here as the sun went down, so we were fine. Had a guy playing live music. I thought he was great. Played a mix of country artists. I will be back.

Too many kids running wild and throwing Jenga blocks. Good beer but not really an adult bar.

At the time this establishment was built, we lived nearby and were extremely excited to have an Irish option so close. We've been several times and enjoy ourselves a lot. I will warn anyone reading this far in, though, that this isn't the place to go for really authentic "Irish" food. It also isn't where I would go if I wanted a nice, full meal. Their menu is full of good appetizers that pair well with their brews, which is what they do really well. A couple years ago, we celebrated a milestone anniversary here, but this time we stepped it up a little: we got a little private table inside a barrel in their courtyard, and it was a very cozy and wonderful setting for our anniversary celebration. The very best thing about this establishment, however, is their service. My husband always plans ahead for our anniversary celebration, and has worked closely with the management of Cork and Barrel on more than one occasion to make our evening extra special. From flower delivery directly to our table, to a private location so we could visit uninterrupted, the staff has always been very accommodating and helpful in making his vision come to life. We will continue to be loyal patrons of Cork and Barrel. If you haven't tried them yet, you should.

Ticked away in a little complex without 79 visibility along with a couple of other places that don't seem to get much traffic either. Finally made our first visit so we could try "the best fish & chips" in the Austin area. I was surprised how big it was, they have a patio, a bar area and lots of tables I was shocked as from the outside it looks tiny. Service was fantastic which was shocking with them closing soon. The service was enough to want me to go back hopefully for us in this area they end up somewhere close by as I know how hard it is to find good workers. Pretzels were good! Onion rings were our favorite! Their version of the Philly was just okay, was very plain with not much flavor hubby didn't even finish half. But the star of the show was the fish and chips. My son was over the moon! Couldn't even finish half of it and he wanted to haha. Sad to see they will be closing their doors but hopefully the owner has something else up his sleeve as they were onto something with this place.

It was cooked well, if a little too much breading for my taste. The chips were really good. The tartar sauce was different than I am used to, a little runny and pink tinged, but it was good. The mushy peas were yummy and added an authenticity to the dish. I didn't really use the curry sauce that also came with the dish. To me it doesn't go with fish or chips. I did taste it, and the flavor was great.

I also like the layout of this 54th St. because the dining space is spread out and separate from the bar area but there is a lot of bar space as well depending on what you are looking for. This is a newer restaurant so the design and decore is more of a modern elegant look. I like the fact that you can order off of the happy hour menu in the bar or dining area and they have a lot to offer on their happy hour menu, including drinks and appetizers. At the time I visited, they offered a separate menu that allows you to pair up with another diner at your table to order a combination of select meals, appetizers, drinks, and desserts for a really good combination price. We chose a combination that gave us each an alcoholic beverage, a shared appetizer, and two entrées. We shared the gringo dip and chips and for my entrée I had the chicken bucatini. It was a delicious blackened chicken and pasta in an alfredo sauce and it was delicious. My daughter had a soup and sandwich combo. That was a very generous portion for the price point as well. There are definitely deals to be had but more importantly, I found the food and service to be spot on and it didn't break the bank.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon with a group of three and had no wait at all, which was a nice bonus. I'd say this place is a step above your typical neighborhood Applebee's or Chili's, so it's a little pricier than those spots -- but you can taste the difference. For an appetizer, we ordered the chips with Gringo Dip, which is one of my favorites. I usually go with the Rattlesnake Pasta (it has a nice little kick to it), but this time I tried the Gyro Pita with fries. The portions were generous, and the gyro was delicious and very filling. I'm personally not a big fan of lettuce in my gyro, but it didn't take away from the overall flavor.
