The Ceviche took us back to our fond memories of having one of our favorite fish ceviche on the beach vacationing in Mexico. It was not fishy and well balanced with the fresh citrus base and lightly sweetened. The fresh chips give the bite a perfect crunch. We also got their beet and feta cheese salad, which was on their daily special menu. It was refreshing and love the added bitterness from the arugula. It wasn't the best we've had but we still enjoyed it. Service is always superb and their waiters work so well together supporting the tables without missing a beat.

My boss not only fired me but he didn't even pay me me my full check and I didn't do anything wrong. The crazy part i use that money to get back and forth from Saint David's in Austin,and I live in Killeen. I needed the money I worked for. I have proof of me being at work and I have proof of my boss telling me he would fix my hours. I was emotionally drained so I couldn't take proper action. Undeniable evidence. Ive been reaching out to everyone I know on legal advice. And I finally found an angel I am going to sue this company I only wanted my $400 check. My lawyer who after seeing my evidence took my case said I can pay him after we win and 400 dollars is a joke compared to what I will receive granted the circumstance. My father's illness has nothing to do with this company but I worked to pay for rides so I may be by his side during his last day. I was robbed I have proof. I hope justice will be served. And I hope no one ever has to go through anything like this. God bless.

We were set up in a ballroom on the second floor with access to the terrace, and the weather was perfect to be outdoors for a bit as the sun was setting. The food was really great too, which is not something I can say for all hotel catering services. My favorites of the evening were the shrimp tarts that were part of the passed appetizers before the buffet-style dinner, as well as the shrimp kebabs (shrimp weren't overcooked!), the garlic mashed potatoes (super garlicky, which I love), the beef tenderloin (cooked a perfect rare and so tender), and the butternut squash soup. My husband also highly enjoyed the fresh wedge salad with blue cheese dressing. We didn't stay the night here, but the experience we had was amazing, so I can imagine the accommodations are equally delightful.
