The hostess wanted to ensure I had a good dining experience. I said I would be good outside since it was really busy inside. She offered to move me inside when a table was available. However, last night the temperature felt good outside and I ate my meal there and made some new acquaintances by doing so. The server was also good checking on me and quite knowledgeable of the menu on portions, size and the way things were prepared. There is plenty of parking, but you may have to walk a little. Brandon called me to schedule the installation but there was an issue. He told me that they don't pick-up the item at Home Depot and it should have been delivered to our home. He told me that it's a $50 extra fee if they have to pick up at Home Depot. I told him that the sales associate made clear to us when we purchase the toilet that the installer will pick-up the item at the store. He said that he needed to call and verify Home Depot but never got a call back. Gina, same company, called back that afternoon and said that they will pick up the item when I told her the issue. She got me scheduled. Kevin was the plumber that showed up to install our toilet. Kevin was great. From initial call to let me know his arrival time to installing the toilet, he was very professional and courteous. He cleaned up after installing the toilet and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Kevin is an asset to this company and make this company on my list for future plumbing work.

They also have a $25 credit if you eat/drink at their bar/restaurant. Isn't that cool? They have a pretty cool swimming pool too. I was happy to find sunscreen available at the pool! I almost always order room service, and it's consistently fresh and delicious. This time I had the wedge salad with shrimp and glasses of wine, and everything was perfect. The following evening, a coworker and I enjoyed drinks and shared a slice of cheesecake at the bar downstairs, and it was another great experience. The biggest reason I keep coming back, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They consistently go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable. I highly recommend Archer Hotel to anyone staying in the Domain area, whether for business or leisure.
