There were plenty of open tables, but they stuck us right next to the kitchen door. That was somewhat annoying. We went on a double date on a Thursday night. It was so busy, they were on a wait. Adorable decor/ theme. When we did get seated I have to say the service was incredibly slow. Both the bartender and our server were very nice, but we waited nearly an hour and a half to eat. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. I ordered the chicken sandwich with pimento cheese, bacon, and slaw. I would order it again in a heartbeat. The onion rings were perfect. My husband liked his smash burger a lot too. What a fun place. Great outdoor area for the kids, inside is big and airy. We ate outside on a beautiful afternoon. Had the classic cheeseburger which was cooked extremely well. Just slightly pink inside, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato. Delicious. I am not a potato lover, including fries- but the fries here are in another category entirely! They are super seasoned and crispy and they give you a ton. I found myself eating a LOT of them. They have a full bar but I don't drink. My great granddaughter (she's 1) seemed to love her very nicely fried and crunchy chicken tenders and she was into the fries as well. The portions are generous! Lots of TVs and variety to watch-- plus they were Johnny on the spot with changing the channel as soon as UT ended to make sure A&M game was on & World Series too. Waited for several minutes to be acknowledged at the desk to order. Ordered and was told I had to go to the bar to get the Dr Pepper and beer I bought at the front desk. Waited in a 10 minute line just to get drinks because bartender had no help and was more concerned with people sitting at the bar instead of the 8 people waiting for drinks in front of me. No Dr Pepper behind the bar. Guy taking order said fountain was broken in lobby, but not at bar. Bartender said his was now broken. Just got a coke instead. Food came out and just set on the table. Wasn't able to ask for ranch because the guy took off. Instead, I went and knocked on the door of the kitchen to get the cooks to provide the ranch. Our family goes here often. It is very safe for little kids and comfortable for adults. You can dine inside at tables or at the bar or enjoy the nice patio and huge yard which tonight was complete with heaters! Very nice evening there and as always our food was great. The servers have always been warm and friendly and accommodating to all our requests. The facility is always clean and well maintained and it is always a pleasant place to gather! read more

They've really missed the mark here. We came out to try it even though it had poor reviews for customer service and food. That's exactly true. Food was mediocre and very overpriced. Had to ask for different chips as they were stale/unedible and had chunks of seasoning stuck together etc. Staff was generally uninterested and seemed bored when we asked for certain things like new chips, napkins, a plate...water. Went outside after eating and tables were dirty. Just not cool to have to pay such high prices to just do it all yourself. Shouldn't have to clean your own table at a minimum. The camp theme on the inside is amazing and activities outside include wiffleball, ping pong, cornhole, connect four and a live music stage! The drinks were delicious and we loved the variety on the menu. We started with the fried green tomatoes, followed by the salmon and chicken fried steak as entrees and 2 signature cocktails. Banana pudding for dessert. Such a great addition to the west side of Georgetown! Looking forward to the live music. read more

We went here for the first time about a month ago and it was excellent.. unfortunately after tonight we won't be back. It took an hour to get 3 dishes. My husband and son ordered the burger. It was cold, tough and the bun was hard. I ordered the shrimp appetizer. It was $16 and came with 4 small shrimp. The corn shells were burnt and cold. The shrimp still had the skins on them and I had to peel them which was not in the description. They were out of half of the things on the menu. Then someone brings your food from a very limited menu that was prepared by Chef Mic..rowave! I had grilled and microwaved shrimp tacos with stale tortillas and an extremely spicy sauce on it. My husband had chicken fajitas that were $23 and it consisted of one chicken breast! My son got yesterday's microwaved buffalo wings. There's not much to do about it when they already have your money! Someone brings your food out but you never see them again! We had to get our own drinks. We called well beforehand to let them know we were coming with 50+ people--and they tried to force us to commit to a buffet at a much higher price than the menu. Thought we'd try this super new place today. Super cool! We have four little ones in our group and they loved running around the completely fenced in, turf yard. Mixed review here: I know they're new, so we expected hiccups. However, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food (just my boyfriend and I at the bar). Overall though, her here are my thoughts (buckle up): Cons: we waited forever for the food. Thankfully my boyfriend and I had nothing to do and no children in tow, so we didn't mind waiting it out. His steak was 8 oz at best, not 12 oz. My chicken sandwich was pretty burnt and came with stuff I asked without. Main kicker was the food taking a whopping 1 hr 40 min to get. We did get queso in a good time due to our bartender, but we got the queso app twice because they forgot to put it in originally. Fries were meh. We got asked many times "did you order ___" as they were trying to figure out who's food belonged to who. Also wished they had more of a local craft beer selection. Plus, could've been nice for management to come around and check on people, they were definitely aware of the situation. Pros: the place is adorable. Great venue, great menu. Our bartender, Tyler, was phenomenal. He was super honest about wait times/kitchen mess ups and checked in often. He even got us a discount at the end of the night. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, we would've closed out and left angry. So, huge props to him for being very personable, honest, and accommodating! I'm all about honesty. If you're honest and accommodating, I'll come back even if the experience wasn't the best. Will we go back? Yes, but maybe after a month or two to give the place time to sort through the issues. Waited 10 min to see a waiter. We waited an additional 30 minutes for our drinks. So 40 minutes before we even got a water. Had to ask for one bc we didn't have bar drinks. Food was 50 min from arrival. Not good. Not good to wait that long. My salad was the wrong salad (only 3 on the menu). Kids meal missing half of the order. Appetizer came out with the meal...guy ended up taking the off the bill, then they took the salad off . Never saw our waiter again until the end. THEN he charged us for the other table's bill. Yep. We ordered the pork katsu sandwich, and the entire thing came burnt, as well as the onion rings (which we paid extra for.) they even got our order wrong at first and didn't fix it after being reassured it would be fixed. Went here for dinner last night. I was very disappointed. I usually get the salmon but it's no longer on the menu. I decided to try the fish and chips. Terrible! The fish was like a flat piece of cardboard; it had no flexibility and no flavor. The "chips" or fries were just okay. For $10 I had a glass of wine - but it was less than 4 oz.
