Dinner took over 2 1/2 hours, and food came out one or two plates at a time over the entire evening--even though we all ordered at the same time. Some people had finished eating before others had even received their meals. I ordered the nachos, and they didn't arrive until 2 1/2 hours after we sat down. Waiting that long for nachos is simply unacceptable. We were repeatedly told the kitchen was backed up because they were busy and because items like the chips were "homemade." They absolutely were not--they tasted like standard bagged tortilla chips from the grocery store. To make matters worse, the food itself was mediocre and not worth the wait (the one standout was the fried okra). Between the mishandled reservation, the excessive wait times, and the disappointing food, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.
