I'm sorry y'all I do not get it. We went because we used to be obsessed with Recuerdos, I was craving their fajitas and queso. We planned to sit inside but my word, inside was disgusting, so loud, and full of unsupervised young kids. We ended up sitting outside, no one said a word to us, not a word. We figured out how to scan the menu and order. Food came and the queso was more like beer queso you want for pretzels it was not recuedros queso just for those going for that. Kids meal was $10, came with fries and 2 chicken tenders, they were thin one of our girls wouldn't eat them, no drink that we know of as no one helps us. The tacos were packed in a tin and were so greasy it ruined the other tortillas. My carne guisada was huge chunks of pure fat. We left after spending $100, tipped 15% because I couldn't bring myself to do less but other than someone running the food to us the did nothing. We did self serve water and the flies were so bad (as to be expected outside) we had to just throw away stuff as we were "done" with it so nothing for them to even clean up. We left disappointed and hungry. I truly do not understand where the 4-5 stars are coming from. Service was non existent, atmosphere was run down and dirty, food was sub par at best. Two stars only because of I was in my mid 20's and looking for a place to watch a UT game it was totally my vibe. But other than the Vision it is a 0-1 star for me. Ugh I'm so sorry :( maybe we just had a bad experience.

Really cool spot to watch games. The food looked great and heard good things but wasn't there to eat. Watched some football and had a few drinks. They had a huge tv in the back where there's plenty space to lounge out. Good draft choices and mixed drinks. The service was excellent and kind. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

I have three words for you: Chicken. Shit. Bingo. Chicken Shit Bingo is not a game of strategy. This is not a game of skill. This is a game of pure shit luck, and the fun is absolutely fowl! The rules are simple: Each player buys a number, which match a numbered square on a board inside a chicken pen. When the time comes, the chicken is placed in this pen, which will at this point be surrounded by the bettors, all hoping it will grace their square with it little "deposit." And then... everyone waits for the chicken to crap. Once it does, the winner is determined by the number of the square the very first turd lands on. You can play Chicken Shit Bingo here every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.

This is a great place to go if you have children with you. Not only can you bring kids but you can bring your dogs too! There is an outdoor area where you can sit with your dog and listen to live music while your kid plays arcade games inside! It is kind of self serve unless you order food or drinks but then they drop it off to your table and walk away. No one checks on you which I found lovely so you aren't pestered but obnoxious service staff. Parking is ample but it can be tricky if you go on a weekend. We always have a great time here and their drinks are pretty reasonable, about $5 for a beer or if you want a mixed drink $13. They also have chicken poop bingo twice a month which I will definitely be attending soon!

Food was okay. Grilled chicken sandwich, fried chicken sandwich , and corn dog. Chicken breasts were really thin.

Located in downtown Round Rock, this place kind of reminds me of a Rainey Street bar, but way more casual and family friendly. They have a great outdoor area with lawn games and big TV screens to watch some sports. They have a great beer tap selection and also serve standard bar food. The food is pretty average and I would come here more to hang out and have a beverage. We've been here twice and it is more enjoyable during a non busy day when it is not crowded. The other time we came was during St Patty's day and it was way too packed - not really enjoyable for families. They also have an indoor arcade area for the kids to keep them occupied. Bar tenders were friendly.

Fun place for all, but very family friendly! All the main parts are in the back- green lawn space and covered back porch. The inside is devoted completely to the arcade. Food options are typical bar foods: easy finger foods like chips, dips, chicken tenders and more. We stopped in to try some appetizers and drinks to enjoy a lovely afternoon. It was packed but the service was quick and efficient. It has a very fun vibe and live music on the weekends. There are also HH specials and mimosas too. Check the small signs by the bar bc we missed it. You order off the QR code driven app tied to your seat under the covered patio but there is a walk up bar if you are sitting on the green lawn. Support local! .

This place is super cool for the parents that like to get out and enjoy a cold one but can't get their babysitter to come through. The bartenders were all really friendly and made the drinks fast. My favorite was the pixie stick. I liked that you can pick your table and order straight from the QR code stickers at each table. The drinks were coming out fast and they didn't seem to mind the chaos the two under two crew brought in. Can't wait to go back when it's cooler.

This place was chill. It was a rainy day when we came so really no one was there. So we just let our kids run around and get wet. Drinks were good. Music was good. We got some motz sticks just as an appetizer and it was disappointing only like 5 small ones for the price . It's got a cool arcade there too where you can drink and order drinks at the window. My kids had a good time and all the games in the arcade worked without problems . We'll be back !

Located off Anderson Mill in the corner of a strip mall is a bookshelf with a door on the right side. If you cannot figure out the entrance, there is a doorbell to ring as well. I believe it is owned by the same people who own The Mill bar right next door, which makes it feel like a cool bonus space. My friend and I sat next to a faux fireplace, where we were greeted by the only bartender working and placed our order. Once he opened the tab, it was disappointing that he never came back to check if we wanted another drink. It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it. It is a very relaxed space, but once the speakeasy gimmick wears off, it does not have much else going for it. It is still a cool place, but I am not sure it was worth the lengthy drive to get there. There was over an hour wait for food due to how obviously busy a bar is on International Wear Green and Drink Beer Day, which didn't concern us because we had already eaten. I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.

Whenever we go to Round Rock we always say we should stop at this place and never do. They've got this really interesting outdoor patio scene happening that we've wanted to be a part of (you know, hanging out and relaxing with a beverage). Today (5/7/26) we got the chance to do it. We walked in the front door around 4 pm and there were maybe 2-3 people sitting at the bar. Decent enough looking bar interior. Kinda rustic meets dive. We immediately went out a door on the left of the entrance that led to the patio. It felt like the best kind of playground. Lots of room, colorful tables and chairs, an outdoor stage, an exterior walk up window to the bar, cool lighting, and so on. I was like a kid in a candy store! Loved it. My boyfriend and I decided we'd use the outdoor walk-up to place an order and sit outside. I told him I wanted to grab a couple of quick pics. While exploring the patio, there were three men outside as well. One looked to be a maintenance or perhaps construction worker. I figured he was doing repairs or maybe there after work. All of a sudden, one of the men asks if they could help us. My boyfriend simply said, "oh she's just grabbing a couple of pictures before we order". The second man in the group told me I couldn't do that. I thought he was kidding. I kind of chuckled and told him, "it's so cute here I just want to grab a couple of pictures before we order and it's a public setting". The construction worker guy pipes in that it's private property. I told them I didn't mean any harm and that I was excited to be there and I wanted to capture it for my memories and for a Yelp review. The first guy told me I "wasn't going to do that". Folks, I was flabbergasted! Everyone in Round Rock is so polite and kind and this was nothing short of bizarre. When he said that I said "ok" and we walked back through the bar to leave. I apologized to the bartender that we wouldn't be ordering after all and told her what happened. She just kind of looked at me. Pretty sure she was in a state of shock. She said nothing at all. A customer sitting at the bar kept shaking her head in disbelief at what we'd just experienced. I mean isn't the idea of being in business to have customers? Especially during a slow time when you don't have a large customer base present to generate income? Honestly, as I type this, I still can't believe this situation took place. I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews but sometimes you just don't have a choice. Needless to say, The Long Branch Saloon will NEVER get a dime from me.
