The reincarnation of ACTION PARK is in Leander, TX. This place isn't a bar--it's a live-action "choose your own injury" experience. Or if ur up for it - you can play "who can spot the most things out of plumb?" You don't just grab a drink, you embark on a quest. How will you injure yourself first at this bar / construction site. Let's talk about the playground--because yes, there's a playground. Nothing says "relaxing night out" like cracked slide equipment that looks like it's one enthusiastic kid (or adult, no judgment) away from becoming a physics lesson. Add in a generous sprinkling of rusty nails and broken glass on the play truck and you've got yourself a full nostalgia-meets-tetanus situation. And then there's the legendary pergola: beams casually chilling in what appear to be old buckets, held together by vibes, hope, and whatever higher power oversees questionable DIY projects. It's less "shade structure" and more "structural suggestion." Bonus points: there are plenty of places to smoke--like, plenty. If you've ever thought, "I wish I could light up while contemplating my life choices next to a semi-stable wooden structure," this is your moment. Honestly, it's kind of impressive. Charmingly unpolished. But impressive in the way a shopping cart going downhill unattended is impressive--you can't look away. Come for the drinks, stay because you're carefully plotting your exit route. read more

The first time we visited Nameless, it was just a bar. Boy, they have blown out the place with a second bar, pickleball courts, big-screen TVs, a stage, and two food trucks. There is also a small VIP area for their shows. Recently, they had Dale Watson and Jason Borland on stage. What! That was quite a score for this Nameless Bar, which is hard off Nameless Road. The Carnitas food truck was offering gratis Pozole and it was delicious, especially with all the toppings they provided. As a bonus, a mariachi band was playing. Truly a wonderful experience! Pro tip: Slow down and heed the signs that the Saloon is coming up. read more

Austin-Great big dive bar with lots of fun for the whole family! We went on an early Wednesday evening, so there was not a lot of people hanging out. I'm pretty positive this place gets rocking and rolling on the weekends. Great place and we will definitely be back. read more

I'm not feeling the vibe today. Bartender, not engaging at all. I had a beer. Good music playing at first and it just stopped (not a live band). It seems to be a spot for kids and families. With what seemed to be some adult activities , the bartender could be more informative, and welcoming, just a friendly hello is this your first time here? we have this, we have that, would've made a world the difference. Lot of locals hanging out. I saw a few other people come in have one drink and then leave. No one spoke to anyone. I saw a Mexican Margarita being prepared and every thing was measured. Personally that's a turn off. Again I'm sure it's a great place for parents to drink while their kids play. Not for me as a single mature adult. read more

staff was not welcoming at all. asked us twice if our reservations for the courts were made. We told them twice. As if they didn't believe us. We paid 20 bucks like everybody else. Just not warm or welcoming or friendly read more

Located on Nameless street, Nameless Saloon is anything but nameless when it comes to the view. Truth be told, I've never been this far out in the middle of nowhere in Texas before. But I will emphatically state when you let your eyes wonder and take in the majestic foothills and the horizon, it can be breathtaking. That alone is a reason I suggest trying this place out. I was coerced into giving this place a shot and in all honesty, I wasn't sure what to expect on May 4th (May the 4th be with you was the mini-event) at 5pm. I immensely loved the scenic drive that cut through hills and valleys with trees hugging the two-lane road. First there's a blink and you'll miss it turn with plenty of parking, albeit extremely muddy parking. Walking up the pulling my eyes away from the scenery, are a couple pickleball courts, two food trucks, a makeshift shipping container refurbished into a bar area with decking and bathrooms, several outside TVs, a courtyard, pin pong table, kids area and on and on. It would almost appear someone with extra pocket change decide to consolidate all of their passions and invite the public to participate. First the food trucks looked like they had good food however I had already eaten. There's a hamburger themed truck with many curious and fun options and a Tex-mex truck with a lot of favorite culinary staples. I'm surprised I was able to resist the smell b/c they were enticing. Next I bellied-uped to the bar to enjoy a bourbon and diet. I immediately didn't have the greatest of experiences as two honey bees thought my bourbon was interesting. Literally those two-winged nuisances dogged me all night and made me leave early. As for the drinks, they have a pretty good selection although I thought was touch high in price. Seating in the courtyard is ample for a lot of people right next to the stage. I guess I would best describe the experience as "come on down and get a little exercise, a little grub, some adult drinks, kick your feet up and listen to some music." A very downhome experience with nothing fancy at all. Moreover, considering it was Star Wars costume night there were a large handful of people in character. Overall, my experience was average considering the drive, prices, bees (although I hope this was a one off) and mud which was counterbalanced by the amount of activities, food selection, ability to kick back and the beverages. What took the experience slightly above average was the breathtaking view. That alone would entice me back. I'd give this place a visit if you like a plethora of activities to do on a lazy day. Perhaps I'll see you there. read more

We came at 5 pm with kids. Planned on watching the Cowboy game, let the kids play and eat. Both food trucks shut down for 2 hours!!! Don't come here if you are hungry. The Wagyu beef truck worker was incredibly rude once he got back. Drinks great, things to do amazing but when you advertise food at dinner time you should have some!! read more

We went for the first time to patio-watch football on a beautiful day, while the kids play! Tons of outdoor entertainment, TVs, giant blown up water slides, big bar games, multiple food trucks - wagyu on wheels and a taco place that was decent. Friendly and accommodating staff at multiple bar set ups. We met friends up there and had a great day. Dog friendly as well! read more

LOVE this place! Such a cute place outside of the city and perfect to hangout with friends and family. They have 2 bars, a stage for live music, pickleball courts and other yard games and a playground for kids. They also have a few options of food trucks here. I have been here for live music on a Saturday night and also played pickleball during a weekend afternoon. Pickleball courts are great and well shaded. This is definitely gonna be the new hang out spot. I live in the Leander area and have been trying to make it out here since they've opened. I finally came this weekend for the HooDoo crawfish boil and I'm obsessed. The playground is amazing for the kiddos, there's two bars so you can always have a cold beer. They have amazing selections for beer and of course carry my favorite one. MJ was our bartender and dude she's amazing! As soon as she saw us walk up those stairs she knew what we needed and was killing it through the rushes of the day. I will for sure be coming back on the weekends with my nieces and nephews. read more

Nameless Saloon really is a one of a kind place. Family friendly sports bar with a main bar that has a giant LED TV screen and other TV's to watch sports etc. The kicker is the parents bar! If you have kids and want to meet up with other families and friends this is the place to be! Full parents bar, bounce house, tree house, playscapes and other games while you relax under a giant oak tree and have a drink or food from the 2 or 3 food trucks on site. The bartender showed us how to order drinks from our table and delivered them to us. They have a stage for live music on most weekends and lots of fun events planned. Cant wait to come back ! Saw Jason Boland and had a great time ! Thought the place had a good vibe . Hope they get some more big name acts booked . The only thing I can suggest is to pour a concrete dance area ... dancing in the gravel sucks . Had some food from the wagyu food truck , food was ok- I thought the guy working it was a little rude but that's not directly on the venue but they need to know what's up. read more

JP was so sweet! Greeted us with a big smile and gave us a whole rundown of the place. Food truck, pickleball courts, playground, little arcade, second bar, and more! Great music playing! All of the above! Amazing hill country outside venue. Great atmosphere, service, drinks, and accommodations. Enjoy it for yourselves!

Shady! CHECK YOUR BILL prior to leaving. I am a local and have been here twice. Besides the fact that the entrance/exit is a death trap for their guests and anyone driving along Nameless Road (yesss, let's add alcohol to the mix!), I had two extremely questionable experiences here and I've only been twice. Visit one: The first visit was to watch a UFC fight. The bartender Hawk helped me. She warmed up after awhile and became friendlier as the night went on. When I went to check out, she handed me a screen to approve and she had already selected a 25% tip. Um, no. Please don't do that. I will select the tip, thank you very much. My bill was also much higher than expected, but I *rarely* treat myself to a night out and was feeling generous and gave her the 25% and didn't question the charge. She then says, "is it your first time here? Oh no! I thought so! Tell us next time so you get 15% off." Um, what? So you overcharged me, over tipped yourself, and then tell me I could have had 15% off as a first time guest? Niiiiiiice. Visit two: beautiful fall day, my roommate is insane, and I needed to get out of the house. I wanted to sit outside, so I stopped by the saloon. I ask Tony if he can make me an aperol spritz. He says, "uhhhhhhhh, sure? I'm usually the bar back, but yeah, let me try." He looks around and can't find aperol, so I say "nevermind...are there specials for the football game? I saw a sign as I was walking in." He says "yes, $20 for a bucket of beer." So...I ordered that. I enjoyed my bucket, watched some chicken bingo, and closed my tab. I close out with Tony and as he's fumbling with the tablet, I say "oh! And it's my first time here! Hawk told me to say that this time so I can enjoy 15% off because she wasn't able to apply the discount last time." He says, "oh, no. I just closed it out. I can't change it, but no tip was applied, so it's all good" ummmmm...ok? I didn't have any cash on me so I told him we'd figure it out next time. Mind you, I never once saw/held/approved/signed for any charge on the tablet. The following morning there is a charge of $40 on my credit card. $40 for a $20 bucket of beer? How is that possible? I emailed management (twice) with zero response. I am disputing the charge with my cc company. I will never come here again because I'm trying to enjoy myself and not be taken advantage of. Feels super shady. As others have mentioned, it seems like a great spot for families (eat/drink while your kids are playing!), but CHECK YOUR BILL before you leave and make sure you are extra careful entering and exiting the parking lot if you value your life. read more

My boyfriend and I came to visit the Nameless Saloon while visiting from out of town. MJ was our bartender and by far one of the best bartender we have ever had! Nameless has absolutely become my happy place. Between the atmosphere, food, and awesome service- this location has my absolute loyalty. I can't wait to see the new stage up and going. read more

Okay first of all. This place is SO cute, and the location is awesome because it's set back away from other places. There's 2 bars, a huge "yard" area with pickleball, food trucks, ping pong and other stuff. The playscape is so awesome for the little ones. This place really feel like the "backyard bar" you never want to leave. MJ is an amazing bartender, always remembers what my group is drinking, and even when it's crazy she serves it with a smile. 10/10 PLEASE check this place out if you're in the area! read more
