Ordered around 1:45AM, well within good ordering time, and they never showed up, and their phone as disconnected around 2:45AM, approximately 15 minutes after they said our food would arrive. Great place for lunch, horrible place for late night snack. Made us give credit card info up front prior to ordering, may have to do a credit card chargeback in the morning. Buyer beware. read more

Not too excited about Dough Co. Having tried 3 or 4 of their different calzones, they all seem to be pretty similar: meat, cheese, maybe 1 or 2 types of vegetables. The ingredients are of good quality, but I feel the business is only existing because they deliver until 3 AM. Also 7 dollars for a calzone is way too much. 4 dollars for a batch of 3 big half-baked cookies is even worse. Unless it's too late in the night to go somewhere else I'd say skip Dough Co. read more

Its a crime to go to Eugene and not get the dough co! its amazing. I love the taco one its amazing. the calzones are much bigger then you expect and even more delicious. Luckily I have to go to Eugene this weekend I think I will try something different this time! :) read more

All in all, Dough Co. is worth what you pay for. That being said, a calzone will run you $7.25 which is pretty cheap for the amount of food you get. The calzones aren't what any fine diner would choose to eat, but to a broke college kid with out money, time or a worry about health facts the calzones are a delicious and tangible commodity till the deliveries stop running in the wee hours of the night. In addition to the 30 flavors of calzone, Dough Co. also sells a variety of freshly baked cookies and milk. While the food isn't great, most customers go in knowing all too well that they'll regret the decision in the morning when they see the empty box of a dead calzone with spilled milk and cookie crumbles on the table, but that night when the delivery comes and you take your first bite is bliss and well warrants the 45 minute delivery wait, the morning guilt and the price. read more

Great idea but really basic and not fufilling overall. Dough had not risen, not chewy and puffy more like hard bread, not much spice and meat ball was really just ground beef w no garlic or onion or spice. Marinara very bland. So if you love italian calezone seek elsewhere.. read more

Pretty expensive for how little food you get. It's also not very good food. Dry and tasteless. The cookies are equally tasteless but kind of alright. If you are a downtown Eugene business, don't risk having Dough Co deliver to you. I was in a downtown business conducting a significant transaction when a Dough Co delivery person arrived with an order for the business. The Dough Co delivery boy interrupted the transaction, interjected himself in the conversation, and made a disparaging remark to me. The business receiving the delivery thought it proper to apologize to me for the Dough Co delivery boy's comment. I cannot risk a Dough Co person doing that to my clients, Therefore, my employees will no longer be allowed to order from them at work. Worst business I have ever received anywhere. The staff are rude and quite frankly will not do a damn thing to help you. There deliver radius is a joke and the staff will most likely laugh you off the phone or hang up on you if you want to use this service. Literally there is a three block radius around the store. I would, however, like to add that Dough Co's deliveries have rescued me from my hunger late, late at night quite a few times. Dough Co is SUCH a lifesaver. I'm vegetarian and lactose intolerant but I can actually still eat here... I just ask them to make me a vegan calzone. I think the dough has a little egg in it and they point that out to me but it's easier than trying to explain my situation otherwise. The fact that they are open until three am is just perf for those finals nights where I was so stressed that I forgot to eat dinner... or any old late night where I am not about to cook for myself. We were on a road trip from WA and stopped here after seeing some great reviews. My husband got the combo calzone, my kids split a cheese, and I got pepperoni, bacon, and cheese one. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten and my family all agreed! They let you add and omit things at no extra charge as well. There isn't anything other than a great variety of calzones and cookies. There is unmarked parking on the side of the building which we missed. they are courteous, the place is clean and delicious! we are so glad we stopped! read more

I'll start with the good. The calzone I ordered was the pepperoni and mushroom. It came after exactly 45 minutes which was the estimated delivery time (pushing it a little). The dough was cooked beautifully. A thin crust on the outside with pillowy softness inside. The cons, unfortunately, over shadow it's dough. The filling was incredibly bland. I expected some spice with the pepperoni but ended up having to check with every bite that there was even any pepperoni in there. Honestly, I could barely even see it. It was 75% mushroom. There was too much ricotta, which is a cheap, tasteless cheese. It could've been better had they put some sauce in it and added more pepperoni and mozzarella. Looking at the pictures, it seems what i got was the same size as what everyone else gets. This is disappointing and tells me the population of Eugene has never had a calzone before. Sure, 7.50 is cheap, but you can get twice the amount of food from a food cart. read more

I got the calzone with meatballs in it (can't remember the name at the moment). It wasn't that great, but not bad. Super dry. I'm glad I asked for two cups of marinara. A lot of food to eat. I've heard the cookies are good but I didn't try them. All in all it was decent, but not for me. I just don't like how dry the calzone was, and the meat inside seemed more like ground hamburger than a meatball. read more

Calzones are one of my favorite foods, so when I was visiting Eugene and saw a calzone place, I knew I had to stop by. I really liked that they had 30 or so different calzones to choose from. I decided to go with the cheese bomb calzone, which consists of: mushrooms, onions, peppers, and three different cheeses. Overall, it was decent. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing. The calzones are always amazing....but tonight I tried ordering delivery and got hung up on!! I've ordered multiple times during late night study sessions and have always had a great experience. I'm an architecture student with plenty of late nights on campus and have had many deliveries to our building without any difficulty, which is why my classmates and I love ordering from them. Tonight the man who answered the phone questioned my address multiple times, which I gave to him along with directions, and he blatantly ignored me and then hung up. Great service everytime, always on time with food (if they say 20 minutes it'll almost be exact timing) The calzones are always amazing fresh and hot, and my personal favorite are the cookies. I'm yet to try chocolate chip but when oatmeal was amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. read more
