Great spot, fast service and the food was delicious! Definitely will be back to try more stuff! If you are looking for bottomless mimosas too this is the spot to go to! $15 for bottomless! read more

My eggs Benedict was great but my potatoes some were cold and place seems nice and clean and very friendly staff

The service was great but the food left much to be desired... I had the eggs Benny which is supposedly their specialty and it was definitely not special. read more

Outstanding breakfast/brunch spot. Delicious food and great prices. Anuhar, our server, was terrific. Hands down my new favorite spot for brunch in Denver. read more

Absolutely the best breakfast!!! Ordered the breakfast quesadilla w bacon and loved it. Also ordered a waffle w whip cream and strawberries and it was wonderful. I loved this place! read more

One of my favorite breakfast places. And I love breakfast. Everything is great: food, coffee, atmosphere, location and staff. Even the art they display is awesome. Highly recommend. read more

Great food. Wonderful service. Awesome and affordable drink options. Cool spot. Loved it.

Breakfast was ok, onions - potatoes not quite cooked enough. However the service was awesome & the coffee divine!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was anything but disappointed! Comfortable atmosphere and our waitress was friendly, professional and prompt. I ordered the fiesta skillet, which was so good. And the best part was it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch or lunch!! read more

Awesome place to eat !! Everything was good from the hot tea, pancakes, omelet. Definalty recommend

Loved this place! Had a nice omelette and the water was great!! My new wife had the crapes with Nutella and cream cheese. The parking next-door was great although it was $17 for the day it was easy to find a parking spot. read more

This place is incredible. First time to Denver and we searched breakfast places close to where we were staying. After being told another place would have an hour and 20 minute wait, we made our way down to Delectable Egg and it did not disappoint. Super good food, great service, awesome vibe. Totally recommended. read more

Stumbled upon this place. Immediately were sat and a server came over to us right away. We both ordered the Green Eggs and ham with house potatoes. Delicious!! To drink the pumpkin spice latte and a hot chocolate. Quick service. Great food! Would love to come back and try more items off the huge menu! read more

I made a brunch reservation for 6. The short of it is, we left without eating. Hostesses were pretty awful. After waiting 45 minutes past our reservation, the hostess had no idea what time we'd be seated and we saw several parties of 4, 5 and 6 without a reservation being seated in front of us because they had us pegged for a specific table that was celebrating with gifts, paid the check and looked in no hurry to leave. They're lack of flexibility to seat us at a different table was absurdly incompetent. The food didn't look good enough that I'd try again to deal with the hostesses. read more

So, I walk in the door and "Amy" is too busy on the phone to seat me....so I wait. Waited a few minutes for one of the waitresses to seat me. Amy still on phone and ringing people up...interesting. She does manage to mouth the words 'thank you". Just hung up with John and immediately called someone else to tell them what John has to say... I really hoped the food would be great. She did manage to walk around the corner for this call. Amy on mobile apologizing to someone for something she said in front of someone....How about apologizing to all the folks you rang up with a mouthed 'thank you' and nothing else? Get an office already...i hope she owns this place. Still on work phone and making calls on mobile.....nice touch. Could you show less interest in the 8 patrons..... To boot, she is drinking coffee from another establishment.....extra nice touch. French toast royale - good... Poached eggs - exceptional. oj - very nice. Sausage links.....OK at best. Coffee with personal carafe', nice touch. Stephanie, my server was prompt and very helpful..... Amy is back on phone. As I take my check to ring out, she manages a, "just a sec.....how was your breakfast?...", to which I respond, "it was go--", then I was interrupted while she communicated to the person on the mobile phone and mouthed a, "I'm sorry"...to me. Too bad the person at the counter was better stimulus than the food. No worries, I am sure they have enough business to snub 4 of the 8 people in the establishment.... Buona Fortuna. read more

Delicious breakfast! Disappointed in the potatoes, lacking flavor, but maybe the hash browns are better! Eggs Benedict had amazing ham and Hollandaise. read more

Who can't get enough of the crazy egg with the red mohawk?! Breakfast never disappoints me. This place is always packed with customers because of the tastes of a traditional mom and pop home cooked meals. Filler up here in the a.m's or make it a usual stop weekend morning breakfast. Dining is tight, but not elbow to elbow. Watch out for the flying jelly packages that dine in kids like to throw from time to time :) Don't forget to look at the wall art from local Denverites (pssst you can buy them, help a brother or sister, right right!?) read more

Terrible service for subpar food at best. Told the waitlist was 5-10 mins. Waited for over 30 to get a dinky little table outside on the sidewalk. It's like we were exiled out here where the staff forgot we existed. Saw open tables inside and others be seated, served, and left while we're still waiting for our coffee to arrive. Waiter running around like he's on crack all stressed out over the most simple request (like the check). Girlfriends food arrived and was told he'd be right back with mine. 10 mins later my mediocre flavorless burrito was delivered. Heard other tables around us ask "where the hell is the waiter" as well. Spent over two hours here from start to finish wasting our day away while on vacation. All we wanted was the check so we could get the hell out of this shithole and that took 2 years to come as well. Felt like the guy from office space looking around not getting any cake and getting shoved deeper into the basement and forgotten about the whole time. Do not recommend and will not be back again. read more

I remember going here for breakfast every day for a week when I was in Denver on a business trip a few years ago. They had a good variety of breakfast/brunch items and the eggs tasted very fresh. read more

French toast rocked. Chorizo was excellent. And by golly, someone who knows how to cook an egg over-medium! It's rarer than you think. We also were carrying our child's booster seat, and they had an area to store it. Overall, my family had an excellent breakfast experience. Very convenient to Union Station. read more

The menu is terrific and the service is excellent. So good in fact that baseball players from visiting teams can sometimes be found there. A few years ago I noticed Randy Johnson, then of the Diamondbacks, eating breakfast alone at a little table by the wall when an overly friendly waiter got ready to pull out a chair and sit down with him to chat. Johnson's demeanor instantly changed when he realized that his breakfast was about to be interrupted. His frown was scary. Kinda like what you'd see just before he tossed a 110 mph fastball at your head. The waiter thought better of it, poured some coffee and went about his business. My friend and I found the encounter extremely entertaining. The food was pretty good too. read more

This place is so close to us, so good, a delightful and cheery ambiance (for a diner), and our server John was great! This place will be our new GoTo breakfast spot. By the way, I had the green eggs and ham (Eggs Benedict with basil pesto) - delish! read more

I always enjoy going to this place with my family. The hostess always remembers who we are and is very friendly. The "Rooster Surprise" dish is my favorite, it has everything I would want for breakfast including blueberry pancakes. It's also nice that they always have crayons and coloring paper to keep my daughter when she doesn't want to eat and I do. :-) read more

I've gone here for breakfast a bunch of times with co-workers. I like it and it's a solid option. I've never had a bad experience with food or service, yet I can't convince myself to give it more than three stars. I think that's because nothing stands out for me good or bad. I like their omelet, their coffee and their location, so I'll definitely be back. But I won't crave it like I do Snooze AM. read more

We were visiting from Phoenix for the Labor Day weekend and Delectable Egg was pretty close to our hotel. So glad we came here for breakfast. It was so good that we came twice in 3 days! They have a lot of options for everyone: skillets, huevos racheros, omelets, bennies, and your standard fare. We are a standard fare couple and we not disappointed by our eggs and bacon! Perfectly cooked over medium eggs for me and the pancakes tasted great. Fluffy but no awful baking power flavor you get sometimes from other places. My boyfriends English muffin tasted homemade, not from a bag. Ham and home fries were delicious as well. The real treat was their flavored coffee (cinnamon hazelnut was the current flavor) We talked with the manager about how delicious it was and she said that we could buy some! So of course we did. Now I get to enjoy the same coffee back home for a few weeks. Everyone here was super nice. The decor is adorable, lots of art for sale on the walls. Love that they had carafes of water at the tables so we could keep our glasses full! Definitely will be back next time we're in town! read more

Great brunch spot in downtown Denver - packed by 10am on a Sunday but got in just before the crowd. I got the gravy and biscuits which were so fluffy and just perfect. The other person with me got the pancakes which were also just perfect. However, the best part of the meal was the cinnamon roll that we ordered al-a-carte! To die for! The "market bloody" was good, a little spicy (and I love spice), however the cappuccino was on point. read more

This is the breakfast place to go to. Try the Denver Omelet, it is very hearty and comes with potatoes (hash or fried) and toast. A delightful meal. read more

One of the best breakfasts I've had in downtown denver/LoDo. Yeah it's a chain but you can't beat it. Food is always amazing, Service works, you're going to leave satisfied. read more

I was in town for labor day weekend and our hotel was nearby (like 20 yards away). We hit this place for brunch Friday. It was pretty good. that's a good way to describe it. You wont leave here thinking you just hit the jackpot of brunch spots in Denver, but they executed well enough. The sign says something to the affect of "a Denver breakfast and lunch institution since 1982" and it definitely feels like its been there since 1982 and hasn't changed anything since. I ordered eggs benedict. Nothing jumps out and says wow, but it hit the spot just fine. not much else to say. 2 stars since I wouldn't come back, and that's more because when I am on vacation in Denver I will seek out something a little more up to date. read more

Came here for brunch on my last day while visiting Denver. I kept passing the various locations during my vacations, so I felt like I needed to experience it! Despite being prime brunch time on a Sunday, our party of 2 only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. This restaurant appears to be very efficient, despite the slight crowds! I ordered the stacked ranchero, and it did not disappoint! The portions were huge! (I was able to take half with me and covered my next meal!) Service was quick, and prices were good. Would definitely come again if I'm ever in Denver! read more

There was a 30-minute wait when we walked in on Labor Day... Long wait == good sign I ordered the Market Street Special Omelette without sour cream (I don't like sour cream), it was delicious. The potatoes were very good too. The portion was so huge that I couldn't even finish.... I didn't even bother to touch the toast.... The coffee wasn't good as expected..... had to get an espresso from Starbucks afterward... But... the food was great! read more

used to come here more often with my family. feels like i haven't been in forever.. pretty crowded on a sat/sunday mid morning, but the service is always decent/above average. the atmosphere is similar to your typical village inn/ihop kinda place. the food? good, but not memorable. i do remember being disappointed in their philly cheesesteak. it was very.. blahh. a nice family place, but nothing to rave over. read more

With few choices downtown currently that one can pick up breakfast, we were greatly disappointed. After working out we wanted a treat only to get our food home and realize the pancakes are burned!! Really. Now worth taking it back so it just means next time we have a craving for pancakes we will rely on Snooze at Union Station. read more

I love this little neighborhood breakfast spot. They have gluten free options (though they're not listed in the menu so you'll need to ask), healthy selections, and good music. The one thing I really adore is they understand the importance of massive amounts of caffeine I need when I wake up. They have house coffee AND a daily flavor - but wait there's more - when you order the coffee, they give you a steel pot of it so you never run out. It's amazing! If they have it available, I highly recommend the Kahlua flavor. It was scrumptious. read more

Went in for breakfast this morning and wound up walking out because we could not get any service. After my party of five and I were seated, the waitress walked by and said she'd be right back and then disappeared. We waited over 20 minutes before walking out. We even asked the hostess for assistance finding her. So disappointed... read more

The inside of the restaurant was very stuffy. We sat outside to avoid that. Because the outside area is not fenced off, they cannot serve alcohol outside (just a heads up if you sit outside). The food was 'meh'. I got the Portobello road, which was a eggs Benedict with veggies. The sauce was good. The rest was like I said 'meh'. The muffin wasn't toasted and the veggies weren't cooked. It was an okay breakfast. read more

Love it here! Such a big menu/selection to choose from. You'll find all your favorites + a few more unique things like breakfast quesadillas with green chilies - so good! All you can drink mimosas are a good deal too! read more

We wanted a quick brunch place before our flight out. It was convenient that it was right down from the hotel. After being seated and ordering we never saw our waitress again until the very end when I had to physically flag her down to receive our check. The food was not as we expected. The french toast was good but the eggs were close to burnt, and my friend's eggs benedict was basically just boiled. The coffee was delicious, I wanted a vanilla latte but they were out of the syrup so I chose hazelnut and was not disappointed. I would not typically be a fan of having to pay on the way out of the door but as I only saw our waitress 2-3 times, I wasn't too upset. All in all I'm hoping based on other reviews that our experience was very much out of the norm but I don't think we will make a visit back on our next trip to Denver. read more

Awesome food. I got quick service for breakfast on my way to the airport. What impressed me most was the manager. When I was leaving she told me someone had not come in to pickup a togo order and asked me to give it to a homeless person on the way out. So nice of them. The man I gave it to was extremely happy. He says "Thank You". read more

Solid. would totally return. Simple, clean, solid menu, good enough prices. Light, clean atmosphere. I totally dug the experience. Tatter tots were not my favorite but a fun change of pace. The location is good. would return. PS: I was just ruined by Snooze so take this with a gain of salt. read more
