    Brussels sprouts
    Brian Q.

Kind of overpriced for sushi compared to Southern California where I'm from but probably due to cost of bringing in fresh fish . Ordered the Brussels sprouts and Gyoza to share and miso cod as an entree. Food was decent, just hard to justify the price and probably the only decent sushi place for a good while if you're in the area. Despite the food being decent, the service wasn't great. Someone at our table ordered a drinks that was disgusting by everyone standards at the table and he came off very arrogant saying well that's what you ordered. Probably wouldn't come back here again if in the area.

New menu, ichigo roll, cucumber salad, oshibori, and Domain Pierre Cherrier Sancerre Bomb delicious experience!!

Always the most creative, fresh amazing sushi on the planet! What can I say? Vi rant green salad and Truffle Osaka. I know, you wish you were here!

The worst service and subpar food we've experienced visiting Jackson Hole. We made it to tons of restaurants Figs, Westbank Grill, Glorietta, Persephone and they were all fabulous. I am unclear why this restaurant was even booked the night we ate there, but first of all they gave us a time limit and it gets worse. So, we arrived there 15 min early and exactly when the restaurant opened. There was only one other table of 2 and us for a good 15 min, and when we went to sit at our table, my mom asked to be closer to one by the window, same amount of seats as our table. The host with the mustache replied that they were locked in for the night and mind you, no one but two other people were there at the time. Then he sighed loudly and acted like it was the most difficult thing to accommodate our request, finally said yes, but then said, now instead of having to leave at the time we told you, you are now cut down by another 30 min and when I thanked him for moving us, he literally said "whatever"! Appalled ! That's how we started the night and still wanted to give them a chance.....if you like being hungry when 6 courses come out, and given the smallest portions ever come here. I couldn't believe how small their black cod was and the quality of their fish was so bad. We paid $80+ dollars for Toro, and yes we are from Hawaii and have high expectations , but this tasted NOTHING like Otoro we have ever had. Toro is supposed to melt in your mouth....like butter, this was our regular grade fish and not worth the price. I knew I was taking a risk coming here, but I would completely avoid it all together and stick to figs, Italian at Glorietta or anywhere other than here.

Happy this place was open, not many options outside of Jackson. The wait was bad, and system disorganized, but that is forgivable during COVID times. I thought the food was pretty good, on par with good Japanese places in a larger city; the price was too high for the quality- but heck, we're at the base of the Tetons. Would still recommend going here to anyone in the area. The reason they get a 4 is that the Miso Soup was much too salty; an error like that needs to be answered by a ding in stars.

I've lived in California for many years and have had my share of sushi. This place is in Wyoming and brings in some delicious pieces of fish. I went with a friend who sold me on it. The staff was so attentive and nice. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing sushi night in Jackson/Wilson

Service was great. Sushi was really good. Fish tasted fresh and their specials were SO GOOD! Only let down was that we didn't see Bryan Iguchi- my husband is a huge fan ;) We will definitely try this place again next time we visit.

Not bad, not so impressive either. I was craving for sushi so we tried to find a spot that was actually open during this season near Teton. I've been to enough sushi places to say that this was probably not the best one, but again, in this tiny bittzy town, this was really something decent. Delightful (really modern) atmosphere. The lady guided us to seat was really sweet but the guy could do slightly better ( nothing outrages, just don't feel so welcomed). Ordered ramen and a sushi roll. The soup for ramen was a bit too salty, but the sushi was quite filling. Again, not a bad job. I personally think it was too harsh to give a one star to Sudachi. Surely some individuals may experience something bad, but as far as I tried, it was still one of those decent Jap spot on my list.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

With so many strong restaurants in Jackson, this one didn't stand out as one we would revisit…read more Our server was lovely--friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)

A unique setting in a wine / liquor store with a tapas bar in the back, amongst the wine racks and liquor bottles. Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept. Starting first with the food: I am a foodie who has eaten out a LOT and I can honestly say I had the best wings, grilled cheese, & tomato soup of my life! The sandwich bread was perfectly flavorful and toasted crunchy, & the cheese was gooey & wonderful. The tomato soup was the perfect flavor, not plain but not spicy, just right. The wings were hot and crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a nice sauce. Also loved their Brussels sprouts. We did not think prices were too high either for being in Jackson. Service was wonderful too. We had the nicest server who was attentive and kept our drinks full and checked on us when needed. Ambiance: Of course the view is so cool! Doesn't matter what time of year, even with ski season being over, we enjoyed the view of the snow melting off Snow King. The restaurant has so many different seating options like bar seating, small tables, big tables, and the outdoor patio is so cool! It's huge and they have heaters out there too. Inside is so bright and cheerful with the huge floor to ceiling windows. Not a bad seat in the whole place. Beer: Yummy! So many different types to try, nice selection. We liked everything we tried. It is sort of tapas style and goes nice if you decide to eat family style. The entrees are sort of medium sized portions, so, in most cases if you share with one person you should get 2-3 dishes. If you have a light appetite, though, one of the pastas would be plenty for you. We got the Caesar salad, the elk bolganaise, and the short rib. Everything was good. They made me a couple standard Old Fashioneds different than the menu option, which were excellent. It was a new Rye to me so I took a picture of the bottle to get some at home. Prices were on the high side, but service and quality were good. My drink was $22 which, frankly was a little obscene for an Old Fashioned with a "mid-range" rye, but I was on vacation and I still had a 2nd. LOL. It was great. It's just a lot for a drink. If you want to go over the top, they also have a Tomahawk steak for $126 that I'm sure is excellent. A lot of folks were getting the bone marrow which looked good. Entrees seemed to be around $30 each. I would go back. I liked sitting at the bar and talking to people. Bartenders were really great about spacing out the food so things didn't come on top of one another.

Open style kitchen and a gathering waterhole type bar. Note: the seats at the bar reserve faster than the tables. After seeing the insides I can see why. Simply amazing. Our waitress knew the menu front to back with all the nuances. When we asked what some of her favorites were. She literally rattled off 1/2 the menu. Menu is not over sized, on purpose. Every dish is well thought out and executed to perfection. Note #2: the Ceasar Salad is enough for 2 or more! And it's fantastic. About the only thing I could suggest to be better here is if management had pre-printed "Cowboy hat etiquette" cards to hand out to the patrons who arrive with hats. Lots of hats. Not a lot of true understanding for Cowboy Hat etiquette. From casual to formal, hats are off while sitting and dining. Highly recommend Glorietta Trattoria. Just remember to take your hat off at the table.
