The worst service and subpar food we've experienced visiting Jackson Hole. We made it to tons of restaurants Figs, Westbank Grill, Glorietta, Persephone and they were all fabulous. I am unclear why this restaurant was even booked the night we ate there, but first of all they gave us a time limit and it gets worse. So, we arrived there 15 min early and exactly when the restaurant opened. There was only one other table of 2 and us for a good 15 min, and when we went to sit at our table, my mom asked to be closer to one by the window, same amount of seats as our table. The host with the mustache replied that they were locked in for the night and mind you, no one but two other people were there at the time. Then he sighed loudly and acted like it was the most difficult thing to accommodate our request, finally said yes, but then said, now instead of having to leave at the time we told you, you are now cut down by another 30 min and when I thanked him for moving us, he literally said "whatever"! Appalled ! That's how we started the night and still wanted to give them a chance.....if you like being hungry when 6 courses come out, and given the smallest portions ever come here. I couldn't believe how small their black cod was and the quality of their fish was so bad. We paid $80+ dollars for Toro, and yes we are from Hawaii and have high expectations , but this tasted NOTHING like Otoro we have ever had. Toro is supposed to melt in your mouth....like butter, this was our regular grade fish and not worth the price. I knew I was taking a risk coming here, but I would completely avoid it all together and stick to figs, Italian at Glorietta or anywhere other than here.

Always the most creative, fresh amazing sushi on the planet! What can I say? Vi rant green salad and Truffle Osaka. I know, you wish you were here!

Happy this place was open, not many options outside of Jackson. The wait was bad, and system disorganized, but that is forgivable during COVID times. I thought the food was pretty good, on par with good Japanese places in a larger city; the price was too high for the quality- but heck, we're at the base of the Tetons. Would still recommend going here to anyone in the area. The reason they get a 4 is that the Miso Soup was much too salty; an error like that needs to be answered by a ding in stars.

I've lived in California for many years and have had my share of sushi. This place is in Wyoming and brings in some delicious pieces of fish. I went with a friend who sold me on it. The staff was so attentive and nice. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing sushi night in Jackson/Wilson

Service was great. Sushi was really good. Fish tasted fresh and their specials were SO GOOD! Only let down was that we didn't see Bryan Iguchi- my husband is a huge fan ;) We will definitely try this place again next time we visit.

Not bad, not so impressive either. I was craving for sushi so we tried to find a spot that was actually open during this season near Teton. I've been to enough sushi places to say that this was probably not the best one, but again, in this tiny bittzy town, this was really something decent. Delightful (really modern) atmosphere. The lady guided us to seat was really sweet but the guy could do slightly better ( nothing outrages, just don't feel so welcomed). Ordered ramen and a sushi roll. The soup for ramen was a bit too salty, but the sushi was quite filling. Again, not a bad job. I personally think it was too harsh to give a one star to Sudachi. Surely some individuals may experience something bad, but as far as I tried, it was still one of those decent Jap spot on my list.

We shared a watermelon salad and I got the Lamb Rigatoni ala Vodka. Both were delicious! The salad was beautiful, with greens resting over an entire slice of watermelon. It was refreshing and exactly what I wanted. My pasta was also perfect. Super flavorful and saucy. My companion ordered the Angus New York. It was cooked to order and the sides were also cooked well. I took some leftovers home, so I got to enjoy the food over two days. That was appreciated since the cost was definitely in the mid-range. It was worth it though. I'd 100% come back and try more when I'm in the area again.

Everyone loved their dishes. the pizzas were big enough for 2 to 3 of the kids to split the chicken Parmesan was also a very healthy portion, and the salmon was delightful. I would order the salmon again without hesitation. The chefs cooked it perfectly to my request. Service was also attentive and friendly.

The fried chicken pasta was delicious - the chicken was sooo juicy. The truffle pasta was also really good. Matt works at the bar, and he made the whole experience even better. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. Super friendly, great attitude, and just naturally good at what he does. Honestly, service at some other places in Jackson Hole has been pretty disappointing, so Matt really stood out and left a great impression on us.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! We had three "Per la Travola" and "Antipasti" followed by a few Primi and Secondi. The crostini was a perfectly toasted slice of baguette with a pillow of sweet and nutty ricotta. Amazing! From the "Primi" selections, the Casarecce was perfection. The dish had just the right mixture of crunch to accentuate the delicate firmness of the pasta, and the boldness of the pesto. Other standout dishes were the grilled rabbit leg, and grilled cabbage. Both quite unique, and remarkable. However, the highlight of the night, in my humble opinion, was the Fusilli Gigante, and the Grilled Broccolini. The later came with a spicy Calabrian aioli, which was wonderful. In terms of drink, their specialty old-fashioned equivalent contained a nice local sage flourish that really added to each sip.
