they were able to seat my party of 6 immediately, I was pleasantly surprised by this fusion food spot. They achieved a pretty authentic flavor of all ethnicities and the quality was all around consistent. The red curry and kimchi fried rice were the highlights of our order! Would definitely recommend

The food and service was great! I ordered the kimchi fried rice which I recommend splitting!!!! My husband ordered the pad Thai. Both were huge tasty portions!

Absolutely awesome Thai spot in Jackson Hole. Everyone from the hostess to the bartender to the waitstaff were lovely. So kind with a down-to-earth hip vibe. We were very hungry. We started with the dumplings and spring rolls. Personally, I preferred the dumplings, but both were delicious and had a lot of flavor. I had the red curry and added chicken. Wow the flavors were unbelievable. I ordered a spice level of 4 and it was perfect. The pineapple was such a nice sweet touch that paired well with the savory curry. We also had General Tso's chicken which was awesome! The butter curry was also delicious

Teton Tiger on Central Street is a Indian/Thai inspired restaurant located in the heart of Jackson Hole. The restaurant is clean and modern. The service is good and we were greeted upon entry. The service is fast and our waitress was friendly. All curries are premade at spice level two and can be added up to level five I enjoyed a level four space which I did not find particularly spicy. My dinner came with naan and rice.

Came here with a rather larger group and we were grateful we made a reservation as they can get pretty busy. We ended up having 1-2 extra people than our reservation, but they were very kind and accommodated the additional people. All of us had so many different things that I won't list them all here, but it's safe to say that everyone was very pleased with the food they had! I personally ordered the Shanghai Noodles with Beef. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the beef was incredibly tender. It was so good. My only qualm is that I ordered a 1 spice level and it ended up being extremely spicy. I even had my friends try who like spicy food and they agreed that this was well above a level 1 of spiciness. Nevertheless, I found myself going for bite after bite because it was so good. Hoping to come back here sometime soon!

Very cool ambiance, it was busy so definitely recommend making a reservation. The waiter was very nice and offered great suggestions. A little pricey but well worth the money. Food and drinks were spectacular!!!

Great spot but sometimes hard to get into. Love the high top tables in the bar area and big backed booths in the dining area. Food is super.... Haven't had anything I wouldn't get again. Green curry level 4 spice is my jam. Love this dish!!! Red curry with flat bread is an app and quite often on the happy hour... also great!! Service has always been spot on!!!

Our group unanimously loved our dining experience and cocktails at Teton Tiger. The Pan Asian entrees are large and shareable. The Korean inspired appetizer Street Ribs with Kimchi were tender and perfectly cooked. Equally enjoyed were the Chinese Lettuce Wraps and steamed Homemade Dumplings with pork, tofu, sesame, cabbage served with ponzu sauce. We ordered five entrees and passed around the table family style. Each was delicious, but the Green Curry with Chicken was my selection and stole my heart! The Thai Green Curry was a yummy blend of coconut milk, basil, zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, chicken and served with Jasmine rice. A definite reorder! We will return when visiting Jackson!

My husband and I tucked into Teton Tiger for a reprieve from the heavy snow on Halloween night. We had drinks and an appetizer. The egg rolls are amazing. The drinks were fine. The service was HORRIBLE. Our waiter was extremely rude and only concerned with taking shots with his friends. When we wanted to donate to a game behind the bar we were told that we weren't allowed because we weren't locals. I have never felt so unwelcome within an establishment.

The service was great!! Our server was so kind and personable and very attentive. Food was fast and hot and super good. It's cozy and small inside, but that just adds to the whole vibe. We loved it.

I chose the pork shank, which was very yummy; however, it was strangely paired with naan triangles, a cold spicy pickled kimchee and cold pickled carrots and onions. I didn't know if I was supposed to cut the meat off the bone and make little naan sandwiches or eat each item separately. I ate a small amount of the shank and nothing else. The Kitchen's menu pairs most dishes with cold pickled things, so if you don't like pickling, there's not a lot of choice. Nothing that I saw came with a steamed or sautéed vegetable, potatoes or rice. I sampled my husband's polenta and it was tasteless. Most of the menu choices were meat and the scallops were unavailable that night. Overall, the menu seemed pretentious, and the food overpriced for the limited effort it seemingly took to prepare.

We would come back here again in a heartbeat, and the ambience and service was very nice as well.

I believe my search is over. The Spam Musubi was right on par with those that I've had in Hawaii and Seattle, and a great segway into a delicious dinner. I ordered the Com Suon Nuong (Grilled Pork Chop over Rice), and was blown away by the amount of flavor that the marinaded pork chop was holding. And the generous scoop of rice on the side was excellently cooked, not too hard or soft. My wife ordered the Bun Thit Nuong (Lemongrass grilled pork & Rice Noodles). Don't get me wrong, my plate was delicious but I wished I would've gotten a whole bowl of my own! I ended up eating over half of it myself, as the flavor explosion continued to be set off in my mouth, I could not put my fork down. I would love to see The V Cafe get enough recognition and exposure for them to move into their own brick and mortar shop, as it was a little difficult to find the restaurant at first. Next time I'm in Dubois, I am going to make it my priority to stop here again for another meal! Rating: 8.5/10

We stopped in with a local friend who knew the folks owning and working here and ordered tons of items for us to try. We didn't try a sushi roll unfortunately, but it's just bc we had ordered so much already! So we really had almost everything we could except sushi. All was great and my husband, who is a big fan of pork dumplings, loved these a lot. He raved about them all the rest of the night. For dessert - I was torn between a few things but went with the standard homemade chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. The crust was a sort of coconut deliciousness that I especially loved.
