Appetizer of chicken skewers! Yummy!
Mary Jo T.

How nice. Where the sound of happy conversation is heard, rather than LOUD music 'blowing you out of the saddle' . . . :D First time here, and it was totally slammed at 7 PM! Put your name down, and they will text you when they have room for you. Yes, you will have to wait. ;) We ordered bibimbap with bulgogi, extra kimchi, fried tofu, extra banchan and a hamburger. All were tasty and scratched that Korean food 'itch'. They had quite a few Asian clientele dining there too, that also tells you something. Mama Mimi approves! YAHOO!

This is your standard, no frills Korean food that you can get at any major city, for less but you're getting it at Jackson Hole. Ordered the tofu soup and it came with little pickled veggie side dishes and a cup of wild rice. The pickled side dishes tasted better than the soup, which I found to be a bit bland. The soup included tofu, two shrimp, two clams, two mussels and an egg and a whole bunch of onions. For that it was 27 + tax and tip. Thought the guy seating the guests and cleaning was more hospitable and attentive than the server.

So glad to have found this spot in Jackson! It's one of those places where everything at surrounding tables looks and smells delicious! We got some wings (perfectly saucy and crisp) and the Korean BBQ (beef bulgogi and spicy pork), and loved it all. It's a lot of food, with all the Korean sides, rice, salad, and a big pile of meat- and great variety. Our server was so attentive from start to finish, and made a point of quickly consolidating plates so our table had more room. It'd be great if the pickled radish and salad could be chopped into smaller pieces like the cucumbers. Would definitely recommend eating here after a day of outdoor adventures!

Came for dinner - no wait and fast service! The food was great. Ordered - chicken skewers: good char, juicy, and lots of sauce - side dishes: all were great and tasty (kimchi, cucumbers, radish (sweet pickled), and broccoli(?) - dolsat bimimbap - the pot could've been hotter, but got a nice char on the rice. They only have a purple rice. Flavors were solid. - ahi tuna bap: great flavors and fresh Would come back!

What. A. Gem. We absolutely loved our experience at Bapp. HUGE serving sizes, awesome service and delicious Korean fare. We started with the appetizer chicken wings, which were a mouthwatering example of what was to come for our main course. The food comes out fresh and HOT, HOT, HOT so be warned! The BBQ Spicy Pork was so delicious and extra exciting with all of the fun toppings that come along with it. I especially enjoyed the kimchi and pickled radishes. My husband ordered the Bibimbap in the traditional stone bowl. He really enjoyed it, so much so that he couldn't wait for it to cool down before diving in and doing the "hashafashasha" all the way through the meal! If we ever find ourselves in Jackson again we will be returning to Bapp.

Best Meal in Jackson -- A Korean Gem! After being disappointed by a few overhyped restaurants in town, we canceled our final reservation and decided to try something different. We spotted Bapp from the road and, since we all love Korean food, we gave it a shot -- and wow, are we glad we did. Hands down, this was the best meal we had in Jackson, WY. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious -- beautifully plated, hearty, nourishing, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. It's also a great value -- not overpriced, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Don't miss the Bibimbap in a hot stone bowl -- that crispy rice layer at the bottom is perfection.

It was refreshing to have some a change in cuisine after being on the road for a bit. It was busy but the service was efficient and good. I got sundubu (tofu stew soup) and sub with pork and bibimbap with beef bulgogi. The portions are generous and were delicious. I also got the honey citron tea. The price is abit steep but this is the Jackson so make sense for the pricing. The banchan (side dishes) that came with the stew was delicious but maybe a bit salty for the broccoli and cucumber. The location is convenient and the interior is clean and spacious. Overall I will recommend folks to come here and the staff work well together so it's nice to see that!

Udon noodles with chicken and fried egg.

This place was really really good! Definitely get some Korean wings. Ours were cooked to perfection. Everyone in our party of 5 got some version of an udon noodle bowl and everyone was deliriously happy with their choice! The tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. The ambiance in the dining room felt more casual than their prices suggested the place should be. We had a GREAT server who actually got me to laugh out loud while he was taking our drink order! In our one-week stay in Jackson Hole, this was the best restaurant we went to.

Dear mike... You are truly sounding like a jackass by arguing with me on yelp. First off, i responded to your comment 7 days later not 30 minutes later as I have been traveling. My family enjoyed the food 2 hours after arriving in idaho and wanted to compliment your food even though your service was crap. You constantly trying to belittle your customer with english wordplay is not helping your case at all. Read my review carefully as i did not mention anything about your food on my origi nal review as i havent even tried your food yet. Again, you are implying everything im saying is a lie so i will clarify in detail what happened. We walked into your venue extremely happy as we finally found some korean food during our travels. 1. We asked if we can get the rice and toppings seperately since we needed to drive 2+ hours and was hoping it doesnt get soggy and without verifying or asking the manager or kitchen it was a immediate short "no". 2. We waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes wondering if our food will ever come out and they asked me to check in again since they cant speak english. You responded "itll be ready when its ready". I noticed you noticing my frustration after your response and i asked for a receipt there to write this review. You then came to me nicer and said itll be coming out soon. 3. I responded to your response about the food was pretty good a week after you left a response. Based on the above, i had a shitty experience along with my entire group and left a feedback. Next time, just learn from what you couldve done better for the customer experience instead of justifying all your actions and calling your customer a liar. I definitely will not recommend your business to anyone.

Bibimbap large and tasty. Very reasonable price in this crazy expensive area.

Asian's savor after 1 week stay in National park area, this place offers legit Korean food. It is such as relief after the first sip of the spicy tofu soup. And not only it is the most tasty place for me after trying the whole yellow stone and grand Teton area for Asian, it is also the cheapest meal I had in this crazy expensive tourism area. Thanks for the chef and the owner. Pretty good place

Spicy pork bento

A great casual lunch spot but also.. the best meal I've had in Jackson Hole so far. More reasonable priced than other JH restaurants. Service was great- friendly and attentive without overdoing it. Ordered a spicy pork bento and a fried tofu app. The tofu was light and crispy. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't drowned in sauce. Spicy pork was solid- flavorful and juicy; though I only wish there was more banchan. Solid spot- nothing to complain about here. Will definitely be back here.

Have not been to the restaurant, yet they recently came up and catered a wedding for us - what incredible food and incredible staff. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so well done, we're still eating kimchi pancakes. I would highly recommend the food and service!!

We stopped in with a local friend who knew the folks owning and working here and ordered tons of items for us to try. We didn't try a sushi roll unfortunately, but it's just bc we had ordered so much already! We tried the beet salad, the ribs (delicious but a bit spicy), the tempura veggies which were SO good and fresh and crispy and only lightly breaded, the broccolini, edamame and the dumplings. So we really had almost everything we could except sushi. All was great and my husband, who is a big fan of pork dumplings, loved these a lot. He raved about them all the rest of the night. For dessert - I was torn between a few things but went with the standard homemade chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. The crust was a sort of coconut deliciousness that I especially loved. Service was great and the inside is small, but very classy. Highly recommend if you are a sushi fan. Believe the owner is from Hawaii so there is a Hawaiian influence to the food.

I would like to preface that this was our first time dining at CupBop, we love korean food/korean bbq, & had high hopes for adding a great quick service stop to our repertoire! Instead, our experience left me questioning the safety of the food we were served. We ordered a family 4pack, sauce & cabbage on the side-nope, sauce everywhere & found the cabbage. I even cited that my daughter is autistic-didn't matter(we eat family style, especially at a new establishment-middle daughter is autistic, she took one look at the sauce everywhere, cabbage she asked to be removed,& refused to eat-PERIOD). Included photos. Katsu on salad & in cup was SUPER dried out & rock hard(turned yellow), looks like day old(photos attached). I believe this would be a health violation/hazard(incorrect holding), I know I am too scared to eat it or serve it to my family. Makes me wonder about the overall health practices at this location!! Prior to ordering, we called to ask if kkokko chicken was white, dark, or mix, was told white...it is not(or it is white meat & is just THAT old/dried out-wouldnt be shocked either way at this point...another thing we paid for that is not being eaten). The bulgogi was served cold(not room temp, but cool/cold), which was an interesting choice! But still good-cannot go wrong with the classics!! Soooo, was this also held incorrectly?? Definitely wasnt fresh. The salad was missing corn & chips(it was just lettuce & a scoop of noodles). We also paid for extra dressing for the salad(only 50c, it is just the point & speaks to the overall standards), in the notes, i asked for both types-since we dont know what we like yet. Nope, one half filled cup of dressing. Another thing we paid for & didnt get to eat. Rice seemed to be from last week-was discolored and came in dry, hard clumps that felt like actual rocks, about 1" x 2.5" x 0.25" to 0.5"-could not separate-believe we would have broken teeth if attempted to eat it. Have NEVER been served such pure garbage in my life!! To add insult to injury, upon arrival we were told they did not have corn dogs, did not have kimchi fried rice, &no mandu sauce(so we received dry mandu-one appeared to have a bite taken-have photo)-there was no apology, no mention of a refund, when asked-they stated that they couldnt do that-lol...so I guess that is more we donated to cupbop for things we could not eat. No refund for those items we paid for & did not receive. Maybe they got our order confused & gave us the compost instead...only thing that could possibly make sense! I know my family was not fed!! On the positive side, the mandu were amazing & bulgogi was very good(despite being cold-I bet it would be AMAZING served hot!!)!! The sauces were interesting(when not soaking everything & in flavors we did not want), something for everyone from sweet to spicy & everything in between!! I am sure that they would be even better with edible food!! Most of the glass noodles were also very good(one order was "crunchy" & dried out like worms trapped in the sun on a sidewalk after a summer morning rain...&one order was dark like they were headed that way). I understand that we ordered 30min before close, however if you cannot serve safe and edible food after a certain time, maybe closing earlier is the way to go! CupBop definitely left alot to be desired upon first impression!
