I was quite skeptical coming here, after all sushi in WY? The fish was fresh, dishes and cocktails well crafted, service fantastic. A lovely apres option, would absolutely come back. Torn between a 4 and a 5 star, 4.5 would be most appropriate.

Perfect Après-Ski Dinner Spot! Shin Shin is hands-down my favorite sushi spot in town. The vibe is ambient and fun, with great music and energy. We sat at the bar and got to watch Hunter, the sushi chef, craft incredible dishes--he's super skilled and great to chat with while he worked. The Signature Chutoro Nigiri, Sake Sashimi, and Tuna Crispy Rice were unreal, and the Lychee Martinis and Ube Cheesecake were the perfect way to end the night. Shoutout to Luke, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude and great recommendations really made the night special. Can't wait to come back for more good vibes and amazing food!

Hunter served us up amazing sushi !! It was so good out of the 3 nights in Jackson we came here twice. Highly recommend!

Outstanding sushi in the center of Teton ski village! We had the best seats in the house in front of the Chef and every dish was amazing! Sushi flown in from Japan and incredible presentation and quality. Best tamago I've had. We're so satisfied!

I will be talking about this meal for a long time. From the milk bread, to the fight, to the crudo, to the futomaki.

Overrated for the price. They get good quality fish in, sushi rice was just okay. Rolls and nigiri were falling apart.

The atmosphere hits that perfect Jackson vibe with a modern Western, warm lighting, rustic wood accents, and a fun energy vibe without feeling chaotic. The menu has something for everyone: elevated comfort food, solid steaks, fresh fish, and great shareable starters. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-executed. The cocktails were creative (and strong in a good way), and the wine list was thoughtfully curated. Service was friendly and efficient even when it was busy, which says a lot during peak ski season. You can tell they're used to handling the resort crowd without sacrificing quality. Whether you're wrapping up a long ski day or just want a fun, reliable dinner spot in Teton Village, Spur delivers. We sat down and were asked if we wanted the shades pulled down but we said we liked the light and enjoyed having them open. Shortly after that a group sat at the table next to us and the waitress closed the blinds completely without saying anything to us. If the light was in someone's eyes I totally support lowering them a bit but it was 4pm and if you're going to ask every table if they want them open or closed and you end up with two next to each other having opposing opinions then just ask if the other table minds ifs lowered partially or let them know what you're doing. Frustrating because we chose to eat here specifically for a view of the mountain. Secondly we asked our waitress for ranch and when she brought out our waters out she brought ketchup and said she'd be right back with the ranch. Our food then came and we asked the guy who brought it to bring some ranch but that never came. I wouldn't care much about it if the burger wasn't completely flavorless (which I'll touch on in a moment). Then we finally were able to get some ranch when the host walked by and he was great and brought it to us right away but having to ask 3 times for some ranch was frustrating. If this was all and the food was great, I'd let all this go BUT the burger (which we added bacon to) was completely flavorless. For a burger to have meat cheese and bacon and still taste like nothing is impressive. When the ranch finally came...it was awful. I've genuinely never met a ranch I didn't like until this one. It tasted like chemicals. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. I didn't try the wings that others at table had so I can't comment on them myself but there weren't any good reviews from that side of the table either. I think this may just be a spot to grab a drink because it's tough to mess up a burger wings and ranch but this place managed to.

They were attentive, accommodating and welcoming. The space is elegant and warm and the architecture in the restaurant is so beautiful. The table-side s'mores were another highlight of the night and the homemade huckleberry gummies were so good, that we had to ask for some to go. The bread and pita crisps that came with bison tartare were delicious and made for the perfect starter. The caviar crispy potatoes were good and were actually very easy to share. Fries - Good size. Came with truffle mayo and a homemade tomato ketchup. Unique and good. 5. Chocolate ganache - Came as a pinecone which was a nice touch. Plate was unique as well. Taste itself was 10/10. Slightly sweet, perfect texture as it was not too heavy, crumble at the base was good. I asked for a side of vanilla bean ice cream which was creamy and almost like cookies and cream. Overall, highly recommended for an upscale expensive dinner / special occasion!
