Menu

Food is fantastic, seating on the bar is available for walk-ins, this place gets very busy in summer, make reservations, only 6 tables, small place, 8 seats on the bar, everything on the menu is fresh and balanced.

Kusshi oysters.

So good! Great service and vibe. It's our favorite place in the Valley. Plan early as it's hard to get into.

The sushi is just so good. And make sure to try the wagyu dessert sushi. My favorite restaurant in Driggs.

This was probably the best meal we had while visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks…read more We had a day to explore the area and Grok (of all things/places) recommended visiting Victor and Driggs for the day. Kids had chicken tenders and the steak and fries. Both kids enjoyed their meal. The chicken tenders were huge and kid got 3 of them. The steak was about 5oz, which was a decent size for the kid. It came pre-cut, so the kiddo didn't have to handle a huge steak knife to cut it--which was nice. Both came with a generous serving of golden French fries. Fresh cut or frozen, these fries were good! Either a second ramekin of ketchup or a larger one is definitely needed for the amount of fries served. I had the burger. It wasn't fancy--just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions--but it was a thick patty with fluffy bun with lots of flavor. It also came with a ton of golden fries. My mom had the BLT that didn't skimp on the pork belly. I wish the stores sold thick cut bacon like that. She said it was delicious. Hubby had the lobster roll. The kids brought the purple potato chips were the neatest thing (they were good, too). The lobster roll was perfectly dressed--not too much and not too skimpy--and tasted surprisingly fresh. This place is a little more upscale than some of the other places we've eaten at this week. We were welcomed as we were--shorts and tees. Other guests were dressed casually, not overly fancy. The adjacent museum was a cool place to visit, too. It housed 3 restored Navy planes that were neat to see. Since we're headed home tomorrow, we won't be back, but if we were staying longer, we'd make the ~hour long drive just to eat there again!

I can see why this place has a high rating. The scenery is awesome and it's cool that it's…read moreconnected to a museum with old warbird planes and the menu has a nice variety of food. However, our food experience was also mixed. We shared a soup du jour (potato bacon broth based) which was awesome. Parmesan fries app came as a generous portion and were pretty good as was our elderberry mocktail. The big disappoint was the tandoori chicken which the waitress recommended but we found to be very dry. It was described on the menu as having a yogurt marinate, which was already mixed into the dish, but we couldn't really taste it. The tabouli/rice that came with it was also dry and didn't have much taste. The waitress was nice and tried to get more sauce but when she couldn't, she brought olive oil and vinegar which was ok but at that point I would have just liked something different as it was pretty mediocre. Forage is a nice restaurant with some nice options but you should expect to spend a fair amount. I would expect the fine dining experience quality to match the price, but we had enough good food here that I would come back to try something different.

Spirits and spice and everything nice! This place is unlike…read moreany other kind of foodie store that I've ever been in. The idea with this shop is that every flavor can be tweaked, added to, improved with macerating the item on herbs and spices, or aging it somehow. This shop has applied this principle to liquor, salts, oils, vinegar, and other cooking ingredients. They have a good selection of liquor, but none of it is the typical brands that you see in your local liquor store. Instead, they've done things like aged the whiskey on Madagascar cinnamon to make their own version of Fireball, or added vanilla to the bourbon. They hand bottle all of their spirits, and have them in beautiful displays. They have cooking oils, which smell divine. You can get spices here, but they're mostly spice blends, and not the original ingredients. You can get your own saffron back home- they have their own regional blends. The clerks are quick to help, answer all the questions, and even pour samples! You can tell that they're really into what they do here. They seem to genuinely enjoy playing with liquor and oils and vinegar all day! I would too! The prices are higher than if you just went to The Liquor Barn back home, but this is hand crafted, highest quality infusions and tinctures, and you can tell each bottle is painstakingly made individually. The bottles are hand-lettered, and simply beautiful alone. If you're just looking for a flask of rye whiskey to down outside the Million Dollar Cowboy Saloon, this isn't the place to go. If you're looking for hand crafted, lovingly made herbal concoctions- this is it.

Overpriced, I'm a shoper who does not mind paying more for higher quality product. But it's…read moreshamefully to have a 200% mark up on items. Tourist gouging plan and simple.

I am so glad we tried Snake River Brewing for lunch! I wrote…read moreit off as having bar food, but coming off a morning & afternoon of hiking & playing on Snow King Mountain we were starving & this was close. What a gem! The menu has some really great, and healthy options! Even my hubby tried a salad and really liked it. The portions were filling too. The view from the top deck was mesmerizing. There is outdoor patio seatinf on the ground floor too and more seating inside than looks possible. The service was spot in. Iced tea stayed full and she came around just enough to check un amd not make us feel rushed. Definitely a must try spot while Jackson!

I ordered some drinks first, which came out very quickly. The beer flights were soo good and at an appropriate cost. I picked a ton and liked every one. I also ordered some food. I shared the watermelon salad, buffalo cauliflower, and elk pasta with another. I thought all of it was pretty good. The food felt a bit cheaper than other places around town, maybe by a few dollars. Our waitress was very busy, as the entire restaurant was packed. She came by rarely, but was friendly. I do wish she had come by more often to refill our waters. I'd definitely come back and try more beer and food!
