    Luxurious perfection in Jackson Hole... Where to even begin. The property itself, Amangani, is spectacular. From the moment stepping into the soaring lobby, down to the cozy restaurant with incredible views -- everything is beautifully appointed and luxurious atmosphere (but in the most subtle and tasteful ways). The service is very unique to Aman, in that it has extraordinary attention to detail and refinement, however always very comfortable, friendly, and understated by design. The restaurant experience is second to none in Jackson Hole for every meal of the day -- often filled with surprise and delight. The execution is without any exaggeration, incredible, at every meal. Dinner: An amazing experience every evening across the entire menu, coupled with wonderful wine/cocktail offerings. The menu has spectacular diversity that is creative but also cohesive -- all perfectly executed and presented. Pictures speak louder than words, so there's quite a few attached. Lunch: Everything from Elk Nachos to "Fish Tacos" (pictured), again, not quite what was expected but an insane plate of sea bass conveniently in taco form. Afternoons by a crackling fireplace have never been so comforting and delicious. Breakfast: The "French Toast" is a really cool interpretation (there's really no way to put it into words so you'll just have to find out) as is the "Croissant" sandwich which unexpectedly comes looking like a waffle, but is the most satisfying croissant sandwich ever. Awesome. Simply, awesome.

    The service is very good; the people are very kind. They have a fireplace of real wood and the view outside is nice. Food is pretty good, especially the steak and truffle fries. However, it is a little slow for the food to come. Even when we are the only customers, we have to wait for a rather long time. The price of some delicacies are a little high, but overall, five star!

    We are staying at the Amangani resort for 4 nights. We have been having dinner at the Amangani Grill every night. What a great experience in every way it has been. Micheal has been greeting us every night and taking care of us as if we were family. Nico has been such an informative and warm waiter who enjoys educating the guests. Andrew the talented chef has been making DELICIOUS food every night. The dishes are Soooo Good that my family and I, love our dinners and we all so look forward to it every night. To go away on vacation and choose to eat your dinners all at the same restaurant is not something to take lightly. The reason that we have been choosing to do so, is that there is so much thought, heart and talent that is in every dish.

    Amazing views with quality food to match. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in describing the food to try. The standout were the desserts - the chocolate chip cookie was perfection, an almond & cashew cheesecake was stunning and sorbets were accurate representations of the title flavors. Great value overall as the presentation and atmosphere is another level.

    The views are unreal and the food is off the hook! Make sure you bring your wallet, as you pay dearly. Oh yea, the pink margaritas will ensure your need for a taxi on the way home:)

    Truly a off the beaten path gem. Service team is absolutely on point, cocktails rival a big city lounge, and kitchen doesn't miss a beat. Regardless of if you're a local looking a good date night or you're from out of town and wanting to try a taste of Jackson, amangani gotcha

    Beautiful location, excellent service and presentation. Food was poor quality.

    Excellent. .view, service. ..pork tacos are the best! It is the restaurant in beautiful hotel. Moose sighting was a bonus.

The fried chicken pasta was delicious - the chicken was sooo juicy. The truffle pasta was also really good. Matt works at the bar, and he made the whole experience even better. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. Super friendly, great attitude, and just naturally good at what he does. Honestly, service at some other places in Jackson Hole has been pretty disappointing, so Matt really stood out and left a great impression on us.

And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

From the "Primi" selections, the Casarecce was perfection. The dish had just the right mixture of crunch to accentuate the delicate firmness of the pasta, and the boldness of the pesto. Other standout dishes were the grilled rabbit leg, and grilled cabbage. Both quite unique, and remarkable. However, the highlight of the night, in my humble opinion, was the Fusilli Gigante, and the Grilled Broccolini. The later came with a spicy Calabrian aioli, which was wonderful. In terms of drink, their specialty old-fashioned equivalent contained a nice local sage flourish that really added to each sip. And of course no proper dining experience would be complete without a dessert... the tiramisu and affogato left us all quite satisfied. Can't recommend enough. The bar seating was available and allowed us to watch the kitchen staff hustling. Once seated, we waited for Beste to take our order, about 10 minutes. She was MIA most of the evening. Our evening started with the braised beef bao bun with carrot, kimchi, sesame seeds, kimchi aioli, and pickled onions. The flavor was good but it was grossly over-sauced and extremely messy. The bao bun was delivered broken in half. The lemongrass flavored pork dumplings were accompanied with onions, radishes and fermented black bean chili crisp. The dumplings were boiled and had no crispness from being pan seared which left a doughy taste. Our favorite was the Caeser salad with gem lettuce, tahini Caesar, aged parm and nori dusted rice crisp. A truly crisp bite with little taste crunches from the nori and tasty tahini Caesar. Homerun! Our final dish was the shrimp toast with kimchi aioli, pickled jalapeno, toasted sesame seeds on a milk bread slice. There was no shrimp taste and was told it was a "thin" shrimp mousse spread covered by other ingredients. I would bet there is less than a teaspoon of mousse on 4 pieces of toast. I have several issues with tonight's dining experience. A waitress, Beste was MIA, left empty plates piled up with limited room at the bar, did not change out plates coated with kimchi sauce between services, and a short attitude when we asked about "where is the shrimp". I hope the restaurant can correct these issues or find help that truly cares. Hospitality means pay attention and "Anticipate" the patrons need prior to them realizing it. This also falls on management who needs to guide and set a culture that employees can emulate. SHOW THEM THE LIGHT!
