Horrible customer service. If I were the owner of this location I would fire the female that was working there this AM. I ordered something and all she said was "we don't have that" not " I'm sorry we are out of that how about....." horrible service. Just a snooty attitude as if I was wasting her time. . I go to Starbucks often. This one had 5 employees behind the counter and it took a good 15 min to get two iced teas. Ridiculous.

Seriously the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too! We ordered 5 drinks and the last drink took 15 mins to make... Which is odd since everyone who ordered after me all got there drinks. read more

Its a smaller Starbucks then most, so don't expect great seating choices. The service was fast and friendly. So many people review based on just the coffee but the service, food choice and cleanliness make a big difference as well. Coffee was hot and good, coffee cake warmed and delicious and place was clean. So not bad at all. read more

It's a Starbucks. Nothing different than any other Starbucks that I've been to. This location is pretty crowded so expect to wait a a good 10 minutes before getting your drink. And you get to witness a slightly frustrated and uncomfortable customer or two when their drink isn't the way they envisioned. Oh well. With that much going on all at once, it's easy for something like that to happen. For instance, they forgot to give me cream cheese with my bagel. I politely asked for it and they gave me some. Always a long line. This is the one closest to my house but I can't ever go here before work because it takes 25 mins to get through the line and get your drink. I go in and walk out all the time... Then go to the drive thru in murrieta which takes 5 mins. I think they have to learn to be more efficient read more

Apparently they close their restrooms an HOUR AND A HALF before they close... but the girl behind the counter was real quick to tell me they have a "drug use" problem so I can't use their restroom, but I should walk (in the dark) next door to CVS to go use their restroom.. cool so instead of using a clean Starbucks bathroom (with a high drug use problem) I'm going to go to CVS...being in the customer service industry myself (and a former Starbucks employee) she was extremely rude and seems lazy. read more

I'm not a big Starbucks fan, I do come here once a month to pick up gift cards for my staff. This place is always packed, seem to keep the same staff who are polite and efficient. If I was a big coffee fan this would be the place to come. read more

The things I like about this Starbucks is that there is alot of parking. What I do not like is the long line that I need to wait in. Sometimes it is ridiculously long, other times its really short. The last time I went in I got a frap. The frap wasn't that well blended together... But I will still always come to this Starbucks since it is right next to the Vons I shop at. read more

Extremely slow and lackadaisical service. There was a line out the door and the employees were acting like there was no one waiting! I ordered a simple iced coffee from the Clover and they made 3-4 customer's drinks who were after me in line and it wasn't until the 4th person got their drink and SHE said something to the barista that they made my drink! So much for mobil orders. As I waited patiently I saw I needed to speak up since the girl would never make eye contact or even smile. After at least 7 drinks went out and they had walked in after me I spoke up and they had forgot about the mobil order. I moved here about a month ago and this Starbucks is on my way to the freeway. Ever since I started coming here they always get my drinks right and they always thrive to call me by my name like they know me. Makes me feel very welcomed not to mention the yummy drinks. read more

This is the quickest starbucks in the area. They always have a long line and are very busy, but they keep it moving. Everywhere else I feel like I wait three times as long.. Never had a problem with service, everyone seems nice and friendly. Their bathrooms are a little dirty though. read more

My brother and I frequently travel through this area and we're always very pleasantly surprised by our experiences at this Starbucks location in particular! The staff here is amazing and the space is always very well kept and clean. The barista named Sammie is the best on staff here-Her smile and sweet personality always makes this venue an absolute pleasure to frequent. She also makes a MEAN latte and delightful frappucinos! You won't be disappointment by the quality of beverages here and they certainly set a whole new standard for Starbucks products in general. Very nice and large location...only down fall is there is no drive thru...very friendly staff and always make my coffee the way I like.
