Always great drinks! One of the worst things is when the barista doesn't make your drink correctly and that never happens here. The people here are really nice and the wait for your drink isn't too long. * Coffee Frappuccino: 10/10 - tasty and addicting The place is fairly small but has a good amount of seating. It's calm and quiet for studying, but there aren't any outlets to charge your electronics. Nevertheless, definitely stop by this location rather than the one at Target. read more

The service was good , the drink was great . The only thing is that they wrote on my cup with a pink sharpie and it was a bad idea . I left my cup on my counter while I was cooking and the marker dripped down and it left a pink stain on my counter hopefully I'm able to get it out with a liquid bcuz as of now I tried all the liquids I had to clean and nothing works. Ive been here several times. I place my order online and when I arrive to pick it up I ask for the bathroom code. Employees response is that I must purchase something to receive bathroom code. Guess what? I already made purchase online. In addition my order is never ready at the promised time. Plenty of other Starbucks to choose from. My advice is for SBUX to just give the code to people. read more

Most of the time the Starbucks in Target has a long line, so I'd rather go to this location as it's in the same shopping center. Dropped by real quick to pick up one of my faves, the Matcha Frappuccino as it has a nice strong matcha flavor and it's a nice drink to cool off with. The baristas at this location are friendly and quick with orders. Looking around, the shop is clean and well taken care of inside. Save time going here than the one inside Target! read more

Great stop off the 15. Popped in for a coffee and bathroom break. Easy parking (we thought it might be in the Vons but it was a standalone). Woman to took our order was super friendly. Did my first mobile order for this location because I didn't have time to hit up my usual store. Waited in the parking lot past the 5 minute quoted pick up time before going in. At 6 minutes my coffee still wasn't ready, no big deal, it came out shortly. They had 5 baristas behind the counter and it seemed like they weren't working cohesively on top of the fact there didn't seem to be any communication. In conclusion, my egg bites and oatmeal took almost 15 minutes. Please adjust your pick up time on your app because this isn't convenient at all, nor an apology for the wait. My kid who works in the plaza says she has had the same issues, sometimes waiting 25 minutes for a mobile pick up order which eats through her entire lunch break. I've tried to give this location a few chances, but sadly this is one to avoid. read more

Ok ok I don't go to Starbucks ever. But a friend of mine sent me a gift thing via email. Whatever. I was like oh shucks let's try it out. I will grab a quick something something use this card. So needless to say something was up with the link and it wasn't working correctly. Had the wrong name on it bla bla bla... so I was like well happy birthday to me. And I gathered my stuff and got ready to leave. Like it wasn't ment to be. But the cashier asked for help from the manager and she came over did some idk magic and said oh don't worry about it. Happy Birthday!. I almost cried. Litterly made my day. Like how nice was that. I was so appreciative of her kindness. I totally forgot to get her name. But thank you manager lady. You can tell they got hit with a rush or it's just really busy in this area. Our drinks were good. I'm mainly giving a 5 star because one of the customers, who seemed like she was getting her hair done because she walked in with a one of those barbers coat and stuff on her hairline, she was being really rude to the barista and the barista was being really nice and trying to balance multiple customers at once trying to talk to her. read more

I've been coming into this Starbucks recently when picking up prescriptions from the CVS nearby and not once have I ever had anything less than a stellar experience. The baristas here always go above and beyond, and knock it out of the park every time! Special shout outs to Michelle and Ami for being so kind and gracious (even though I came in shortly before closing time oof) and for Angelina (I hope I spelled your name right!) for helping me earlier over the phone. This location is ALWAYS out of multiple items - main ingredients too, therefore you can only order a handful of items from the menu at any given time. This never fails. Drinks are always watered down and poor tasting. I requested a drink sleeve and was denied because they were low on this item as well. Homeless people are always outside this location so it smells like urine outside which does tend to trickle inside. Customer service is alright - 3/5 stars. read more

First off they don't seem nice at all, attitudes all around. This location next to Vons off Rancho California rd is by far the worst location have ever been to. I have been here twice to order food & a simple beverage. My drink always comes out first & both times they forget my food. I waited 11min before I said anything & was never even put in the oven. Idk what it is with me but I haven't had this issue ordering on the app or going into any other location. I have friends & family who work for Starbucks. This location needs an adjustment! read more

This location was not very clean upon visiting, however, still giving 5 stars. The staff was really engaging with people and super sincere which was refreshing to see. Example: an older woman was on her phone distracting herself waiting for coffee. She looked up from her phone for a moment to check if a drink was hers. The Barista caught her looking, asked her name, and told her that he was making her drink now. He then asked her favorite 80s movie. She lit up and got very excited - talking for a while. Two workers by the name of "Mads" and "Maddy" are super arrogant here in the am shift. I asked if I could add cold foam to my drink and they both looked at me and then looked at each other and were like "uggghhh" and didn't say anything. Till finally a nice lady came from the back and assisted me with my cold foam. Mads and maddy need some happiness in their life or something. Starbucks doesn't need anymore mad workers. read more

I've never experienced such rude service. First of all, I'm not exactly sure if this girl was a shift supervisor, but given she had a coffee master apron on I'm almost positive she was. Definitely could not be a manager because no manager acts this way. Didn't have a name tag, which as a previous barista I know you should have one one. If you go here, avoid the girl with curly red hair. She made my coffee taste bitter than it already it is. Greeted us with the most unkind face. Was very short with her responses. Then answers a call and is speaking loud enough for me to hear. Is talking to the customer on the phone w the same rude tone. After the phone call speaks to her barista saying "no this starbucks babe, i don't know tiktok recipes. I'm too old to have tiktok". Lol okay, didn't know there was age appropriation for apps. I just found it really unprofessional and immature, for being "too old". Do better honestly. If you hate working there, work someone else?? Because that energy was ugly. read more

I had ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and accidentally got a different sandwich. I called the location to see if there was anything that could be done (and if not it wouldn't have been too big a deal). The manager at the location, Kandy (I hope I spelled it right), apologized for the inconvenience and said she would bring it to me as I work close by. I have never experienced this before. She brought it to me along with one of their 4 dollar oops cards and was so incredibly kind to me. I have never experienced a better customer service encounter and wanted to make sure to share the experience. The napkin holder near the sugar and half and half was empty... Just awkward because I am at a Starbucks multiple times a week sometimes even a day and this was out of the norm. Service was nice and product is always good so I stayed away from a 1 star review.
