It's almost like the business doesn't want any customers. Took my two kids with me to switch the second router that has completely failed. When we walked in we weren't greeted or acknowledged. Had to ask another customer where to sign in. Waited for an hour for a service that took 30 seconds while other customers ask for a complete history of the creation of the internet. They need to prioritize what services can be expedited. In the end they kind of ignored the names on the kiosk and just called random people. So we were last while struggling with a 1 year old and 5 year going nuts. Hope I never have to go back to that location. read more

The one person who acknowledged me was nice. Horrible wait time and ridiculous check-in system. Kiosk down/broken. People waiting hours to pay a bill or drop off equipment - stuff that should be simple & quick. Associate said kiosk had been down for days. Over 15 names on displayed list & 3 workers (really only 2, someone always leaving to back for break/lunch, understandable but frustrating). Seems that this location is severely understaffed and backwards for a busy mall location. Moving forward, I'm gonna find a new service. Until then, avoiding this location at all costs. Loooooong wait BUT excellent service for everyone! We were #9 on the walk in list but noticed those customers being waited on were happy customers! When it finally came to our turn we were also very pleased with the service from Rey. There were only 3 employees on a Friday evening but these employees were all genuinely happy to help every customer. There was another male and a female working with red hair. This store has disgusting customer service. I walked in and stood in line for almost 10 minutes before someone told me I had to check in at a tablet just to return some equipment. I left spectrum because the prices are always going up every few months and the customer service sucks! Even over the phone. Whoever the guy is that works in this store with all the tattoos on his face and neck and arms is rude too, he asked me twice why I'm leaving spectrum, i gave him the same response twice. He was rude couldn't even greet me first. I already was hounded on the phone by multiple people when trying to leave this company last week. I doubt I ever return to spectrum even after having them for years I'm done done! They are rude and pressuring even after you left their company. Winds were high on Friday, January 21, 2022. There were many warnings in advance. For good reasons our cable and internet was out when we woke up Saturday 22, 2022 at 7:00AM. However we certainly expected it to be back up and running by at least noon that day. However today is Sunday, January 23 at 3:43 AM and there is still no Internet connection and still no cable connection. A large company like spectrum who was previously called charter should not be off-line for this long. It is extremely upsetting when I have a home business that requires an Internet connection. I will be getting rid of spectrum as soon as I wake up on Monday morning they suck!!!!!!!!!! And their fee is ridiculous and keeps going up!!!!!!! read more

Spectrum internet has to be the most unreliable thing on this planet. I would suggest you move somewhere else or try and sign up for a different company if you rely on internet for work or gaming. Wow. I wish I would've listened to the reviews. Do yourself a favor and just buy a hot spot with Verizon or something. Literally been trying to activate my internet for over a week. Trouble shooted myself and with agents. Now it's taking me almost an hour on the phone just to disconnect the service. I've been on the phone with them for hours, missing important meetings. When this location had a new pay-kiosk installed, they marketed its use, and even spent time showing customers how to use it. When paying here, there was no need to wait for a rep to take your money, and apply it to your account. But for about the last 2-3 months now, the kiosk does not work. After telling the reps about the machine, they acknowledge it's broken, but don't seem to care about fixing it. Doing so will help the amount of people who are waiting for assistance with other issues. Which brings-up the wait-time to get help at this location. It's horrendous! When I showed-up the other day, I signed-in and noticed just two employees standing behind their work station not helping anyone. One felt uncomfortable with the stare I was giving them, and he decided to go into their back-room. People wait, and wait, and wait for assistance, but their employees are lazy and do-who-knows-what in their ignore-all-customers-back-room. This is a management problem at this location. Employees are lazy, and those leading them don't have the experience or strength (balls) to motivate their employees to do what they are being payed to do. If it was possible to give a minus 1 star rating to Spectrum Cable/Internet, it would be given here. As a customer since 2020, and because Spectrum has a monopoly in my apt. complex, I have had to endure spotty service, frequent outages or restricted services ( TV cable guides not available, internet connection drops - example: during my work Zoom meetings or important calls). It's infuriating that this company spends more on silly, misleading TV, print advertising vs. ensuring their services are 100% consistently reliable for their residential customers. If you have ANY other option for cable/internet services, it's highly recommended you choose any other provider and don't waste your money with Spectrum. read more

Spectrum will try and scam you till the end. If you cancel their service make sure you find out when the month to month start dates are, don't look at when the bill is due. For example, our bill was due on the 22nd of the month, but some how that payment covers the current month up til the 5th of the following month. I will never go back to Spectrum after I feel like they scam their customers. read more

Ordered Internet for my new location. Two techs showed up at the same day and same time. The second guy just stood around until the first guy was finished. The first guy left with the service working. The second guy just left the sealed boxes and left. Then they start charging me for two monthly fees for one street address. I called and complained and they said they would fix it after I return the new boxes to their store. I returned the boxes and ask for a receipt. The store refused to give me any paperwork showing I returned the two new sealed boxes. Then the sent me a bill for the two boxes $250. I called again and they removed that charge and without my permission they added television service and several pay channels when I specially told the sales person I do not watch television. So they ship me another two boxes to self install internet and start charging me something around $150 a month. I call again and get the TV service removed and they sent me to the store again to return the boxes (no receipt again). A month later they try to charge me for those boxes. I called again (and again and again) and this last person promised to get everything fixed. Yes, all the charges for the returned boxes was removed and all the unwanted services were also removed. That sales girl even got me a senior discount. Two months ago my monthly charge doubled and they stated I no longer get a senior discount (I promise you I didn't suddenly get much younger). The next month another $20 rate increase. Now I'm paying almost $100 a month for my $30 a month internet service. I believe that Spectrum gets government money for giving seniors a discount, but Spectrum keeps the government money and does not give seniors the discount (they kind of get paid double for one service). DOES SPECTRUM ONLY RIPOFF SENIORS OR DOES SPECTRUM RIPOFF ALL CUSTOMERS???? read more

Spectrum internet is amazing but started using their mobile service a year ago. Their customer service is the worst i started paying $75.00 a month and within 6 months my bill was up to $115 and they didn't explain to me why this was. I asked for options and they had none.
