I was able to drop off the PC the next morning since I didn't have time that same day. I got a call back letting me know the repairs were completed and everything was good to go. When I got home everything was working great except I was still having an issue with the mouse cursor running a bit slow when I used Excel. They had me bring the PC back and everything looked good at the shop, they suggested that I test out a wired connection (which they kindly loaned to me) and sure enough that did it. I moved my PC to the other side of my desk and tried my wireless mouse out and everything worked fine. I must have had some kind of interference from my work devices that were on the same side. They provided outstanding service and I'm happy to know that if I ever have any issues with an electronic device I can come here. Technician quickly removed drives and after paying nominal fee, walked me over the the machine to watch the drives get demolished. They took the machines for recycling or waste. Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.
