After having many difficulties with finding affordable and dependable companies to do our phone lines in our office, we got a recommendation from a Verizon technician to try out Netsmart. We kept the card but still kept looking around. After a few days and countless futile searches, we gave Netsmart a call to get a quote on our phone predicament. Within an hour of us calling, Andy, the owner, was already in our office to look around and give us a quote. Not only was he efficient in getting to our office, he was much cheaper than all the other companies we had gotten quotes from, especially a very overpriced Verizon. When the day came to actually do the work, he was on time and started working right away. He was within 2 to 3 hours, which we loved. We did think it was a bit strange that he wants payment right after the services are done, and that he does not bill. It is completely understandable; it just makes things a little harder for our accountant. We did have a tiny problem with the phones quickly after he left. We called and made sure that he knew about it. He came back the same day and even talked to Verizon directly to see if the problem was on their end. That same day the problem was not fixed and had to wait over the holiday weekend. After the weekend, he came in and everything now seems to be working fine. I would recommend this business to anyone local who want immediate action taken, which we liked a lot! The only problems we had was the billing, or lack thereof, and the problem that occurred right after he left. Netsmart has been my work's tech company since 2011. We switched our phone system and the people who were supposed to come and set it up did a terrible job. I contacted Andy the same day because I heard that he was reliable and helpful. Long story short, he's been my go-to tech guy ever since! For instance, today, when I came in to the office our phone system wasn't working. I called Verizon (our current carrier) and they were going to charge me $150 for their 'tech support' to come out and diagnose our problem (I'm sure it's a very simple matter). For a very reasonable price he built me a laptop from the ground up after the harddrive failed on my 8 month old Acer laptop and I lost all my info. Andy loaded it with everything I requested and managed to get data from an ancient laptop I had so I could get back to work with minimal disruption. Lesson learned.
