Carlos, whom I have dealt with on numerous visits here, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. Carlos always provides GREAT customer service, and I truly appreciate his dedication to assuring that other customers and I leave the store happy with whatever they were here to do. Be it with cable or internet service, the purchase, or issues with cell phones and/or equipment returns, Carlos and all the other employees will always do their absolute best. I had the pleasure of Alan Hernandez assisting me. He instantly connected with me and was so friendly, patient and knowlegable. I bought the wrong box (my router) in and was pretty embarrassed. Alan still sent me out with a new modem (yes, I promise to bring the old one back) with detailed instructions on installation. I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I'd recommend you do the same.
