They added a splitter so we could watch TV in both the living room and bedroom and we could not be happier. He took the time, and had the knowledge, to correctly align the antenna to ensure we have the best possible signal. Their work was professional and tidy, taking the initiative to hide the wires. The price was very reasonable for the work done. They even wore shoe covers on carpeted surfaces. In other reviews their dog Camila is mentioned. Felix let us know that they recently lost her and it has been hard on them. I mention this just so others know in advance.

Whether you have an antenna already or don't know which one to buy, Felix is your guy!…read more Prior to calling him, we had no ABC channel 7 at all, CBS was unstable, then KTTV dropped out. We "suffered" with our TV for years, buying different little antennas to put near the TV and moving them around, but channels kept dropping out. We called Geek Squad but their fix was only temporary, plus they lied and said we didn't need our 1970s roof antenna and could get rid of it (-don't do that!) Finally saw Felix here on Yelp and called to ask what to buy so he could come install it. Turns out Felix carries reliable antennas, but he came and relocated our same old 1970s roof antenna and ran new cables. Now we get ALL the local channels and more. Unexpected bonus was the care he took in hiding wires. We were so impressed, we suddenly asked him to fix our 2nd TV too, so he added a splitter and ran more cable, no problem. I was worried about cracked roof tiles from him being up there, but that hasn't been an issue and we've had several good rains since calling him six months ago. Yes I am delayed in writing this review, but I can say it's been six months and we've had zero problems with TV reception. All that frustration is gone! Felix's price was good, and it was so worth it. Our only regret is not thinking to check Yelp and call Felix sooner- we wasted so much time, energy and money before calling him. In summary: Good price, good attitude, very clean, and he really knows his stuff.

I kid you not it was a 1 minute interaction. I was not gonna let my NFL Sunday ticket go that easily. I called satellite pros and spoke with Orlando. I told him about my experience and he educated me on not being able to have a line of sight for signal, he asked me some questions about the way my patio is facing and I gave him full detail to the best of my ability. He said that he would have no problem sending a tech out to give me a second opinion. The tech came the following day he was very detailed and said it was a 50/50 chance but he was willing to try, 40 minutes later the dish was installed and aimed at the satellites (apparently there's more then one) he showed me the device he used to aim it and there was all checks which he stated was a good thing the whole job took about a hour and my experience with the tech was great he covered everything and now I'm an extremely happy camper :) Orlando called after the install to follow up, which was a nice touch and shows that he cares and his customer service is outstanding!!! Thank you so much Orlando for being patient with me, taking the chance on the install, being very informative and welcoming me to Directv with a great experience.
