I tried using my phone Ins., Asurion, and went to their approved repair shop, uBreakiFix in Duarte. The guy there didnt even touch my phone and he proceeded to tell me that that "the phone was done." I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

I wasn't asking for anyone to drop wha they were doing and come help us. The reason we went in is because we were having trouble with their customer service. They told us we needed to go back to the store where we purchased the phone to solve the issue. It was just frustrating because we were getting the run around from everyone. Thankfully we were able to finally handle it online after several tries. I can see why their rating is so low. This is the closest Verizon store to me, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Canceling my service took longer than I felt should on the phone... the agent on the phone kept talking to me and did all the typical sales guy talk to get me to stay.
