DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SERVICED HERE or any of the Kiosks in the Mall. They are a connected. I recently had an issue with my iPhone 13 max speaker and needed to get it repaired. Coincidentally I was at the mall and saw the upstairs kiosks. I was told it needed to be replaced and it would take 30 minutes. So I left it and returned only to be told that it needed to be taken downstairs to this store and it would take another 45 minutes. Once returned, I was told by the manager that my front glass was also damaged and that they replaced it free of charge. THERE WASN'T ANY DAMAGE TO MY SCREEN. A few days later, my speaker went out again as well as my screen became noticeably dimmer than before. I took it back and they explained to me the connections were loose and that they tightened the connection and sent me on my way. As far as the screen brightness they told me that that was normal. Fast forward a few weeks, my screen without any accident went green and blue. * IMPORTANT*. I then took it to my regular service store and upon inspection, his findings were unbelievable. He found that the screen was switched out with a low grade aftermarket glass, internal parts were missing, and multiple screws were missing. The cost for the original apple glass was $300.00. The switched glass was a cheaper glass that is a 1/3 of that. I was completely scammed. So from a simple speaker issue that I was charged $55.00, this ordeal cost me $350.00. I have called the current manager and now I'm being told that this store doesn't exist any more and that he doesn't know this guy. I recently accidentally dropped my iPhone X on Christmas Day last year, even though it was a small corner that got cracked, as a person who uses their phone or device lot, it peeved me. Nothing was wrong with the phone after the drop, but I wanted to get it fixed before something could mess it up. My sister recommended me this place here at this mall, and since I worked at the mall, I went and checked it out. I've liked the phone cases they had. So I went after my shift was over and I only waited for around 10 minutes for him to complete the screen. Since the more recent electronics are expensive, the parts to fix them are as well he told me, so he gave me a discount for the screen repair was $190 (regular price was $210), and the new case was $20 (regular price was $25), and the glass screen protector was $15, which the whole total was $246.38. Not bad in my opinion. My phone still works just like it did before. The only thing that sort of peeved me is how the screen protector was applied. From far away you cannot tell, but from up close you can see it's crooked towards the right and the top has air bubbles. I hope this review helps some people out there! Negative points if possible. I had a cracked screen and they replaced a 'new' screen for me on Feb. 13 which is 6 days ago. I paid $82.13 and according to the technician there is an one year warranty. It did not cover the cracked screen but if there is any system problem or black screen, it will be covered by the warranty. Unfortunately my phone had a black screen today (Feb. 19) and I took it to this store. They said I have to pay again in order to get the phone working. I just had my screen changed 6 days ago!!! I will not pay them again since it should be covered by the warranty. Luckily there is another cell phone repair store nearby, I took my phone there and they said it is the SCREEN problem obviously. Then I brought the phone back to Cellairis, they still insist me to pay again. The guy was yelling at me and refusing to provide any service. I have to get my phone working so took it again to the second store. They took off the screen and changed a new screen for me, my phone works! Writing this review a few days later... I cracked my screen New Year's Day and since I go to the Cellairis' back home, I thought I would see what Cellairis is near by. Im staying with my boyfriend in Azusa and found the closest one is here (Santa Anita). LONG story short, I went that weekend and the gentlemen that were there took care of my phone when I brought it to them cracked. Their prices are LOWER than anyone in the mall, as I passed by 2 to make sure I didn't over pay since they're a known company. The gentlemen estimated 30min to an hour as it was the weekend and I'm sure they were busy to come back and get my phone. I shopped while they fixed it. Got my screen fixed and in less than 24 hours my phone had the iTunes went the next day guy acts like it wasn't his fault after reading it was meant because one of the items wasn't fully on inside the phone. Spent 80 dollars for my phone to be malfunctioning more than it did with a broken screeen.
