Even though I emailed 2 separate times, called like 4 which one of the calls lasted 10 minutes of me trying to get a refund, and went to the shop 2 separate occasions. I did not immediately approach them right away, I had class after the pick up because I am a college student. I also didn't re-contact my bank back because it is too much effect, I had midterms during then, and if they need the money so badly they can keep it. Now it is July 18 and the cheap replacement they gave me has a fat yellow tint looking like a long vertical line on the left side of my screen. This 100% due to a hardward issue, and now I cannot reach out about the issue because the shop is dishonest, and disingenuous. If you want your laptop worse off come here, if not take the extra money to a different shop with actual integrity.

He showed me the individual circuits and explained what was eroded and why it was impossible (or outrageously expensive) to recover. I had read this everywhere I researched, so I wasn't surprised. I asked if they sell computers, described what I used it for and he had exactly what I needed - one of the computers was in excellent working condition, but had a scratch on it, the other was like new and both were very reasonably priced. He did not push me to buy either of them and told me to take my time to think if I wanted one. I decided to buy the better computer and the manager added a brand-new high-quality charger and all the different cords I could need at no extra cost. He also explained that it's guaranteed for 30 days and that I can come back if ever there are problems. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." She was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Since I arrived close to closing time and didn't have an appointment, she let me know they would run diagnostics on my laptop the following day. There's an $89 diagnostic fee, and if repairs are needed, part of the $89 fee can be used towards the cost, which felt reasonable. The next day, Martin called to let me know there was no damage and that he had cleaned the affected keys. He explained that my laptop passed all tests, but the battery was consumed. When I wasn't sure what that meant, he patiently explained and advised that since the battery wasn't swelling and the computer was still performing well, there was no need to replace it unless I noticed issues. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and didn't try to upsell me. I was able to pick up my laptop later that same day which was less than 24 hours after dropping it off. I highly recommend Di-No for honest and fast service!

I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and understood that it would be applied toward the repair cost if I moved forward with the repair. That policy is completely reasonable. After diagnosing the issue as a failed motherboard, however, I was told they could not obtain the necessary Asus part and therefore could not perform the repair. I later learned that an authorized repair provider could obtain the part and complete the repair. My frustration is not that they charged for diagnostic time. My frustration is that no one mentioned before taking my money that they might not be able to source Asus parts or complete the repair. Had I known that, I would have taken the computer directly to an authorized repair provider. The laptop is currently being repaired by Geek Squad. I intentionally support small local businesses, and Di-No is close to my home, so it seemed like a win-win. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When I asked whether a refund was possible given that the repair could not be performed, I was told no. Consumers should know there is a possibility they may pay for a diagnosis, only to discover that the shop cannot complete the repair and that they will need to start over elsewhere.

came to this cellairis location two months ago for a screen protector and case. first I came and they were closed for lunch in the middle of the day? weird they don't have two people working at a mall location. manager named hossein applied screen protector and gave me case. price was high but ok. two days later the screen protector began peeling. went back and he refused to replace the screen protector, said he would give me a discount on a new one. I wasn't really happy so I complained to corporate cellairis. they told me they would give me a coupon to use online but couldn't do anything about the rude employee because it is franchised. three weeks ago sent my sister and her daughter back there to get their phone fixed since the screen was cracked. the same guy hossein was working. he was flirting with my niece and she is only 17 years old, asked for her Snapchat information when she was sitting in a chair next to the coffee bean while the phone was being fixed. very inappropriate, guy is probably 27-28 years old. when they got home they realized the phone was acting strange. screen is not as sensitive anymore and the software is very slow! I went back with her phone to see if we could get a refund because the phone is broken, but he said no! he actually started yelling in the mall, cursing at us. tried to complain to security but they were not there. we wrote to mall management and they said they have had many problems with this guy and customers but they cannot fire him because owners of cellairis location are his friends. He should have been report to police! very bad business practices and I will be taking this to corporate again 6/24 they deleted my honest review but it is legitimate, people need to know frauds 6/26 cellairis had my review deleted three times now and I will contact yelp mtself. this is only reason they have almost 5 stars is because they manipulate fraud with yelp. Lord , life decided to make me trip and fall and crack my iPhone 6s after just breaking my phone a month ago at baegas. Who would of knew luck was not on my side ! After a couple of phone calls and searching for the best place to fix my phone , I decided to go with Cellairis in Arcadia Mall . They offered me the best price on phone compared to the other 3 Pasadena location I called and check . Yay . One good thing . Upon arriving Hossein , one of the workers greeted my nicely and asked me what I needed. He remember I was that chick on the phone call earlier who needed a new screen ! After walking around the mall and everything , my phone came back all fixed and ready to use ! They were so generous they even helped me charge my phone . Grateful for there wonnnndril service ! I would highly recommend staying away from purchasing a phone case from this booth. The cases are very cheap and will not last although they may appear great and match your phone in color. I purchased two iPhone 6S Plus one in rose gold and one in space gray. The charger hole is too small if you've purchased charging cables from Amazon. The metal frame will break around the microphone port because the sheet metal is just too thin. Taking your three day old scratch free, drop free, crack free case back to them will do nothing. The $24 dollars per case will not give you any warranty, not even a discount towards another one. You'll end up using just the clear silicon portion with sharp edges until you buy a new one from a reputable dealer. Buyer beware! read more

On top of the excellent service, there's an adorable kitten in the shop that keeps you company while you wait, which definitely made the experience even better. But I took my phone in to them and within 10 minutes they had my phone working again!!!! I don't plan on upgrading my iPhone 11 any time soon, so as long as they can keep my phone working, I'll be able to keep it. The manager looked at it and tried his best to give me hope, but looking at the circuits, he came to the same conclusion I got everywhere: it's shot. He showed me the individual circuits and explained what was eroded and why it was impossible (or outrageously expensive) to recover. I had read this everywhere I researched, so I wasn't surprised. I asked if they sell computers, described what I used it for and he had exactly what I needed - one of the computers was in excellent working condition, but had a scratch on it, the other was like new and both were very reasonably priced. He did not push me to buy either of them and told me to take my time to think if I wanted one. I decided to buy the better computer and the manager added a brand-new high-quality charger and all the different cords I could need at no extra cost. He also explained that it's guaranteed for 30 days and that I can come back if ever there are problems. I was seriously thinking of buying on Back Market or from the Apple Store, but am very happy to have bought it from here because I handled and tried the computer and take all the time I needed to decide. ! When we came to pick up the iPad, the screen looked absolutely pristine, but it started doing some weird things on its own. Harry was immediately super apologetic and insisted on keeping it to make things right. Since it was close to closing time, I fully expected to come back the next day -- but within about 30 minutes, Harry called to let us know he had fixed the issue and everything was working perfectly again! This level of customer service is hard to find. Harry has actually repaired several of our teenagers' devices over the years, and every experience has been great.
