Great customer service and experience. Very nice guy. Brought my phone in because it was shattered horribly. Thank you. read more

I have been here twice already because my brother recommended it to me since he used this before. Hussein has helped me both times, to fix my cracked iPhone screen and it ends up like new. He has been helpful at explaining what he will be doing and charges a great price. Thanks for making my phone look new again, Hossein! Although I live in NY now, I come here when I fly home. Always looks good!gabri read more

The customer service is unparalleled here. I was replacing my iPhone battery today and stripped the (ridiculous) external pentalobe screw. The only thing I needed was to have the screw removed. I'd tried every way that others suggested--superglue, different screwdriver heads, a pentalobe driver, magnets, knives, etc--to no avail. It just rounded out the screw completely so I Yelped the best option in the 626 and decided to take my phone to Cellairis. As I approached the kiosk, I noticed the guy with several devices surrounding him as he was hard at work fixing an iPhone. His multitasking skills were made apparent because he was talking to another person, fixing a phone, AND holding a conversation with me. I asked him questions about the status of my iPhone and showed him the problem. He finished up his work, answered another customer's questions, and then took about 5 seconds to pop the screen right off. He also saw that my battery was swelling and offered to replace it but I told him I already had a kit at home. He returned my phone and I took out my card. He said, "Nah, don't worry about it. I didn't do anything." I was so grateful; that was the best thing that had happened to me today (or yesterday) and I'll never forget it. Exceptional service run by terrific people and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much! read more

Hussein is amazing! Very nice and super helpful . Prices are reasonable and especially now wok the covid money is super tight ! He did it so quick makes apple horrible since wait time and to get an appt seems impossible now a days. He did my phone in 20 mins and it's like a brand new phone . I would definitely come back and make sure he fixes my next accidents with my phones since I'm so clumsy lol. read more

My iPhone 5c died and wasn't charging....I googled it figured it was a bad charging port....but I figured I would let the shop diagnose it since they should know more than me. I was advised my battery was bad and they replaced it. A couple days later I noticed it was doing the same thing. Took it back in and now they say it's a bad charging port. They also say I first had a bad battery but now my charging port is bad so I have to pay for the repair. And that they did not diagnose it wrong. I don't about u but it sure seems like I have been scammed by them. I would think twice before going back to that store. read more

Really great work! I needed a new phone screen asap from just a small drop but that was enough to crack it, and I needed it professionally done but on a tight budget, I compared reviews and prices everywhere, cellaris was by far the best, I'll be returning for any work I need! It looks better than when it was new! Now I can keep my iphone for way longer because it isn't just fixed, it's new again! Thank you, I am genuinely grateful I chose this location since my phone looks so great now! read more

Great place to go fix your phone. I live in the Arcadia area and I went to three cell phone stores to try to get an iPhone 6S fixed. This phone was so broken, I didn't even think there was any hope of fixing it, I just wanted to retrieve the data and pictures. In any case Cellairis took a look at the phone and deemed it fixable, and gave me a reasonable price. They told me to come back in 30 mins and tadaaa brand new phone! They had all the phone parts in their stand and all the tools ready to do repairs. They are very professional and quick. Don't forget to try to bargain a bit to see if you can get a better deal. But i'd definitely recommend them for any phone fix. read more

The Boyf had a cracked screen and we called a bunch of cellphone repair places. Everyone was charging quite a lot (~$200) for a iPhone 6S plus screen repair. We got his screen fixed for $120. Not bad compared to other places. Hossein provided great service! He was efficient and was very detail oriented. Since we got the screen fixed, he offered us discounts (~$10 off) on screen protectors and cases! We ended up getting screen protectors ($15 ea) and I got a new case for my rose gold iPhone 6s Plus ($20). For the screen protectors, he demonstrated the effectiveness through hitting his phone which had the same screen protector with a screw driver. There were no indents or mark ups afterwards. I was so sold. When he was applying the screen protector I was amazed by how quick and his precise movements to get it on my phone. Literally a pro at it. Also, he recommended a case for my phone. It was way better for protecting the phone than the original one. Definitely happy with our purchases! read more

Did not like the service that was provided. When I went to the kiosk to see if representative could fix my phone, he said yes, after he said he fixed it 20min later , my phone had the same problem . I came back for my warranty and the rep said you should give it a few days smh read more

Of course boys will be boys. On the way out of getting out of the car my son dropped his phone and shattered his iPhone screen to pieces. Luckily, we were in the neighborhood and went straight to Cellairis at San Anita Mall and with no haggling and no questions asked within 20 minutes the screen was fixed very affordable very reliable and very quick. I recommended bringing your phone for that fast quick fix service....... Ask for Dara !!!!! read more

Don't go there !! Please read my review carefully and then decide whether you want to go there. I had a horrible experience with this kiosk in Santa Anita mall. If I could give negative rating , I will definitely do that. 1. The OLED iPhoneX screen they replaced for me only last 11 days! Yes,Only 11 days! 2. They don't fulfill their 6 months warranty commitment. 3. after-sell service is extremely terrible . My wife's iPhoneX original screen was still working but a line appeared on it (due to the problem of inner part of the screen I believe), so I decided to replace it for her. I went to this kiosk for a new screen on 02/02/19 and was told guaranteed six months warranty. However, it broke on 02/13 without any accident like fall from hand and there is no any physical damage on the screen at all. I went back to repair. The young man with short white hair, however, refused for the reason he was not with the phone and don't know what happened. He said this is apparently a inner part of screen broken by pressure which is considered physical damage. I really doubt this "physical damage" caused by pressure because 1. My wife always put phone in her handbag not pocket. 2. original screen had couple of times of fall but no outside crack and last a year without any problem. I don't want to have any argument with him，so,although he tried to convince me to replace a new screen with a discounted price, I tell him I decide not to replace any new screen but change the phone to iPhone 8 because the way how apple design iPhoneX make it very fragile. Thus, I need to back up my phone data and buy a new phone. However, with that damaged screen that does not respond at all, I cannot do back up. I thought fortunately I did not throw away and I have original screen with me. In order to back up my phone data, I beg him to place my original screen back instead since he already pulled out that damaged screen out to check. He refused and said he will close the kiosk soon and the process will take 50 minutes. I tell him his coworker who replace the screen for me on 02/02 only take 5 minutes. And then, he literally tell me "I cannot do it for free! ". This really piss me off. What a terrible after-sale service! This is how they do their business! ! I will never go to Cellairis for repair again! read more

Horrible customer service. Becareful if you decided to change your screen. Make sure to check the screen thoroughly.

A huge thank you to Hossein for fixing my screen and back camera! It looks a lot better than before.

Unlucky. Dropped my phone on the ground face first and broke my phone's LCD after I had gotten it fixed just a year ago from a different place. Dara and Hossein were instrumental in identifying the problem thoroughly, even offering to open the phone and make sure none of the parts was loose, a gesture other stores I went to didn't even mention! Prices were standard, but the new screen looks absolutely stunning! The quality of the screen was definitely a stark difference to the previous place that had fixed my phone, and they definitely use OEM parts. If you're as unlucky as I was and broke the LCD, you may need to wait a day or two, but I saw them fix basic shattered glass problems in under 20 mins! One of the smoothest experiences I've had in fixing my phone. A+ read more

Great service, fast timing and great prices. Will definitely come back and get my phone repaired in the future. Thank you Hossein for the awesome customer service! My 6 plus is back to normal, with a awesome leather case and screen protector! Two weeks later: the screen that I purchased from these guys was low quality. When they installed it, it looked good. Yep weeks later the screen isn't even cracked and the stuff in the middle is cracked...how does that even happen? It also looks like they didn't screw it back on correctly, some parts of my phone on the side is coming off. DONT GO TO THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, INVESTMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DONT DEAL WITH CON ARTISTS. Never returning. read more

I took my iPad to Cellaris to replace the cracked screen after reading all the positive reviews. When I got home, I placed a tempered glass screen protector on it along with a protective case. A week later, the screen cracked. I contacted the corporate office and they said it is not covered under their warranty. I paid $90 and it didn't even last a week. Clearly the glass screen they use is not quality if it doesn't even last for more than a week. Very disappointing. read more
