Would leave 0 stars if possible, very unprofessional business here. My girlfriends phone died and she was alone so she purchased a portable charger. Hossein ensured her that the portable charger would be fully charged out of the box, so she purchased it. Phone charges to 10% only before the 4000 mah battery charger is completely dead. We return to hossein to get a refund and he refuses and says that is his policy. Don't go here these are cheap products from China , I know his type of business. These are crap products made to look nice or to appear quality. Don't get your iPhone screen repaired here they will probably be tinted a different color and touch will be impaired as I've already seen in other reviews. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

After using Cellairis on 2 separate occasions, I can vouch for their great service. Price was very fair. Service was fast. Hossein did an excellent job. If only they also fixed macbooks ... They are located in the "center" of the mall near the carousel. P.S. if you have your screen replaced you might have to reset your fingerprints for the touch ID to work again read more

I was very impressed with this repair shop at the Mall. Hossein was very helpful and informative. The repair was done right on the spot. You could wait or continue your shopping & come back. Hossein didn't mind one bit If I stayed to watch him do the repair - I thought it might make him nervous but he continued on and stated he does hundreds of repairs a month. I was very happy with his work and know my son is going to be one happy camper. You can't even tell there was ever any damage (and it was pretty bad!) read more

Man do these guys suck. I asked them to fix my iphone and all they did was change the screeen and when it still didnt work they said they could only give me half the money back. that sh*t was 85$ b. Couldnt let that go. I kept asking dudes to just take the new scren off cause whats the point if my phone still doesnt work? anyway I finally threatened to call the manager and the gave me my money back real quick. ...so fyi if these fools playing games just ask for the managers number theyll straighten up real quick. Pretty sure they pocket all the cash they get anyway. read more

Hossein was cleaning the display windows when I approached him to fix my iPhone. He repaired my iPhone 8 for $153.30. When asked for my phone back Hossein asked if I wanted a phone protector. I pointed to my phone protector and said that that was my phone protector. He asked me to check out my phone and then asked again if I wanted to buy a phone protector. Again I told him I handed my phone in with the otter box pointing to my phone protector. After giving back my phone back with the otter box he tried selling me a screen protector. Needless to say it didn't seem like he was too busy to realize I did handed in my phone with a phone protector. Sneaky sales tactics was not for me. read more

I was very upset with this place, I went to get my phone screen replaced for a crack it had. They charged me about $99 with the tax. When I came back to pick up my phone when it was done I was checking to make sure everything was done right and it looked good. But when I tried to use my phone I realized the ID touch screen had been damaged and no longer worked. The guy who supposedly fixed my screen had damaged a wire inside my phone and he admitted it once I pointed it out like it was no big deal. He still charged me for the screen and offered to fix my phone for free but I didn't want him touching my phone anymore. So if you guys want to risk having your phone damaged and pay for it...Go right ahead! maybe employees should learn how to fix things without damaging other stuff on the phones perhaps? Terrible... read more
