Really great service. Diagnosis was free, unfortunately to fix our phone it would have been way too expensive to fix. We didn't buy anything during our visit but the customer service was 5 stars. I'd come back. read more

My little toddler dropped my wife's iPhone 6 a few weeks back, and it shattered the screen very badly. I looked up Apple's price for screen replacement, which gave me pause and led me to consider getting it done somewhere else. I called Cellairis and was greeted with a friendly quote and dropped it off shortly thereafter. The young man there this morning was fantastic, professional and prompt. It took less than 30 minutes and was well worth it. Screen looks and acts like new. Well worth it and highly recommend. read more

I tried to check my phone with them because I couldn't see my screen. They told me they can check it for me and let me know what is wrong after 20min. I went for a walk and came back. They told me the whole screen needs to change and it was 400 bucks. I didn't want to change it because I didn't have money. The guy told me I have to pay his labor 50bucks or else he will not give my phone back. He never told me there was labor charge so I said I can't give that. If I knew it I wouldn't have checked with him. If I check with apple store they don't charge. He wouldn't give my phone back and keep telling me there is camera proof that he worked on my phone. I was never told that it will cost labor charge for checking. That is a fraud. Anyways I didn't want to cause bigger trouble and I told him to change the screen, and I had to have my family help me for the cost. After two months I was in other country and my phone screen didn't work again. I had no way to go back to this place so I went to local repair shop and try to change it. The repair shop told me the screen was original from apple and apple holds record when screen is changed. But there isn't any record so it was my original part that he charged for 400 dollars. I had to spend another 450bucks to change to totally new screen. In total I spent 850 bucks for one phone. He is a total fraud. don't go here! Just go to apple store or apple certified retail. read more

First time coming here and they seem respectful and replace cellphone screens within thirty minutes. I had went to have my cracked screen on my iPhone replaced. Once it was replaced, the phone would not turn all the way on, the apple logo would just pop up and seem like it was about to turn on but then it would turn off and it repeated this over and over on its own. The man told me there was something wrong with my software which didn't make sense because my phone was not doing that before even when cracked. So I took it to Apple to test the software that same week and they told me it was definitely the third party screen I had just purchased. I returned with this news to the man and he then says that can not be, that it has to be the software. I didn't want to argue so I kindly asked for my money back but he insisted on keeping the phone for a couple of days and that he would give me a call to let me know if he could fix it and if not then he would try and work something out. A week passed and no call so I call and he tells me there's nothing he can do and that he could not give me a refund of the $93 because he still needs to be paid for labor. At that point I felt cheated and called corporate and spoke with a representative who told me that if they tried to repair it two separate times and could not get the job done then they in fact must give customers a FULL refund. I tried explaining this to the man but he would not want to give me my refund so the representative I spoke with on the phone actually called the owner of that location and explained the situation. The owner then called the employee and ordered him to refund me in full and he did. No yelling no drama but was very frustrating and unnecessary. read more

I just got my phone fixed at Cellairis with Hossein and received EXCELLENT service. We walked up to his kiosk at the Santa Anita and right away were greeted with great customer service. I had a bunch of questions which Hossein answered patiently and with plenty of knowledge. My phone screen was cracked and he offered to repair it within 30 mins even though today is a Saturday and his kiosk is very busy. They have tons of phones they are working on so that is always a great sign! My phone was fixed in less than 30 mins and I am 100% satisfied with Cellairis' service! Hossein was great! Great service! Kasra was quick and didn't mind that I stayed to watch and chat with him. Price was very fair for my iPhone 6 ($70) which is usually $100 up in the Bay Area. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Unprofessional service and overpriced cases! Make sure to check your change because they will sneak in damaged money and think you won't notice (bill is ripped in half and taped up) and when you ask for a different one, they make comments like "well, the bill you gave me was not in perfect condition either" (yea, but it was not ripped and taped up!). Anyways, I got a new bill thrown to me and a very rude "ok, BYE!"... Wow, way to treat your customers! There are so many wonderful small businesses to buy from and this is definitely one that I do not recommend. Never again! read more

I have bad experiences on electronic repaired shop. However, this shop is surprisingly responsible and customer-oriented. I came here two weeks ago to repair my cracked iPhone 6s screen. Dara was able to repair it in a timely fashion. However, an hour later, my screen turned black and cannot be turned back on. Since I don't currently live in LA, I was phoneless for two weeks. As I visited LA again this weekend, I brought my phone to Dara and explained the situation. Beyond my expectation, Dara was very understanding as he examined my phone and repair the damaged part with no charge. My screen turned back on right away. I definitely will come back again for any electronic repair service and I highly recommend Dara to everyone. read more
