Customer service is awful. Long wait times even with appointment. Every time I have gone in my account gets messed up. Even when it's something as simple as an upgrade. One time was charged an extra $700 that they had to credit back to me but did it as a billing discount over 6 months. Another time my insurance was dropped. More hassle than it's worth. read more

I just switched to att and it's beeen the worse experience ever. They say one thing and do a completely different thing. The first employee that helped was inexperienced and kept Having to go ask for permission to do the transaction. Which he then ended up doing it wrong! I've had to go back to the store over 3 times and wasted so much of my time because each time there was a error made on my account. It shouldn't be this hard. Then you have a store full of people waiting and everyone is the back ignoring costumers. You can hear them laughing and having a jolly time. I went in to upgrade my phone. Simple process I'd imagine. It took at least 10 times for my customer service rep service rep to get it done. I still didn't get my new monthly charges. And whatever you do, do NOT mess around with DirecTV changes there. I was there for over 2 and a half hours. It was amazing. I entered my SSN at least 8 times, my ID handed over at least 8 times. I ended up getting too frustrated and just said "I'm done, forget DirecTV, I'll pay way more but I can NOT waste my time doing this. Customer service guy was good enough but needed Manager approval on everything. Manager kept going back behind locked doors and took 5 minutes everytime the customer rep needed him (A LOT). If you go here, carve out 3 hours, make an appointment (I did), and be ready to have your patience tested. Edit: The phone I wanted wasn't even in stock, so this timeframe did not include the transfer process. I can't even imagine how many times the manager would need to approve this. read more

Just went in the replace my screen protector and Scott was the guy who helped me out. I ended up changing my plan he explained everything went over my options and I got the new WiFi they offered. I had trouble setting it up and was on hold with customer service for over an hour tried calling Scott he got back to me after hours and helped me out quick little problem he was great Thank you Scott. I went in to see what could be done for an upgrade on my phone plan. We were helped immediately by Alfonso and I wish we weren't. He kept asking who our internet provider was and was trying to sell us on AT&T's even after we explained that AT&T didn't cover our area multiple times. After asking what EVERYONE on our plan did for work, he asked me personally if I worked at night and when I responded no (very confused as to why he thought that) he pointed to me and said "oh you know cause your eyes". I was so shocked that he decided it was okay to say that. We ended up leaving when he went to the back to see what he could do for our plan because honestly I'd rather still continue to use my broken phone and come back another day than to be helped out by him. He definitely needs to work on his customer service and social skills. read more

OMG! Do not go here! I was lied to by Christian the sales guy. He told me that my upgrade would give me the same cell phone plan only to realize that he was lying. i upgraded to the iphone 13 and he switched me into a horrible cell phone plan that only had 3GB of mobile hotspot when my old plan had 15GB. This caused tremendous problems when I ran out of hotspot and couldnt teether my phone to my ipad. To make matters worse, Christian did nothing to help. When I called Att customer service they created a trainwreck as no one at Att knows what they are doing. This is a warning. Do not do business with Att San Dimas and Att i general unless you want to be treated like crap. read more

The last 3 years I have always came to this location, Martin was the best. The other gentlemen are always super helpful too. On Thursday I made an appointment to come in review my plan and get 2 new phones. Samantha was the one that helped us. I use the term "helped us" extremely loosely!!!!!! Besides the fact of her being more interested on her hair in the reflection through the iPad Overall I would never recommend this location. The girl was beyond rude. She didn't even try and talk to us about the plan or even seem to want to explain the phones. I'm sorry, you work for a PHONE STORE! ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB? She was more concerned about her commission. Just an honest review! Wow!! Take ur money else where! I went in to upgrade my phone and everyone was super helpful! The payment system went down, I sat for over an hour, letting them try again and again. I get it! I use to work retail it isn't there fault they went down. I finally told them sorry but I had to leave as I had to pick up dinner they asked me if I would come back after and try to pay again. Again I get it I use to be in sales. I paid off my current phone, bought a new one and a watch. I also "upgrade" my plan. So I get it! It was a big sale. They didn't have the phone I wanted so they told me the will mail it to my house. I told them my main concern when I did this a year ago I lost all of my pictures of my NEPHEW being BORN! I didn't want to lose everything again! I know back it up to iCloud that is what they told me the first time and they even did it for me and guess what I lost everything!!! So again as a precaution I took in the new phone for them to activate. I arrived 20mins before close and I barely got through the door and was being told "are u returning that." I was thrown off because she was with a customer in the back of the store I told her no. She said someone will be right with you. I said no worries thank you. She then told me there is a piece of paper in the box to activate the phone. I explained I know and I didn't want to lose everything etc. She repeated twice just back it to iCloud. I stated again I did that last time and I actually let the store do it and I lost everything. Do I need to come back another time? And was told no but ur able to do it. At this point I am frustrated. Hi, This is the AT & T wireless store where I bought my IPhone 5. They are very nice at this store. I bought it on the release date and actually camped out at the store, with about 100 others. I got in line at about 3:00 and was number 11 in line. They were so nice to evenyone in line, they brought out muffins and bottles of water too. The line was orderly and the method they used in keep everyone in line was well thought out. The only problem was, when it came time to activate my new phone the system was so overloaded the phone would not activate. For my troubles they gave me a $50 credit to my account. I thought this was more than fair. I love my new IPhone and I am quite happy with the service I received from this AT & T store read more

Where they went above and beyond was they didn't have the exact phone my mom wanted in stock so they offered to pick it up from a different store for us. Rjay and the small guy with glasses were extremely misleading and sold me a device that I did not need. Without all the long and boring details these guys will manipulate wording to make it seem like your getting a deal but you are just paying more on your monthly bill. They were very short with me and didn't answer my questions to the fullest extent rather they gave me bits and pieces that fit their narrative. Later when i went in there, their co workers explained that this "deal" they sold me didn't even exist! I understand they are sales people but what they did was take advantage of the situation to screw me over. So now I'm stuck paying for a line that was not needed and all the extra/hidden fees they failed to mention when I asked. If you can avoid going to this place please do. Get your devices at Best Buy or if you know a family friend that works there you're better off because these people do not care about their customers.
