    Hubby and I went to the store on a Sunday afternoon to pit an order in for our new phones. The representative put in our order and we got the notification for tracking when the phones were shipped. Come Thursday because we still hadn't received any text/call that our phones arrived so we checked tracking and it showed it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon and signed by April. Hubby called to inquire and was told they never received the packages..what?! We ended up going to another verizon closer to us after work and cancelled the 1st order and placed a new one and received shipping info. Friday (today) rolled around and we got a text saying our 'phone' arrived (yup just 1 phone according to the text) but our original order was cancelled (and the text did state she's from this location). So not sure what the heck is going on but we will not be making that unnecessary trip to this store and will just wait for our new order at the other location.

    I needed a new phone cause my iPhone mini was done. Matthew was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything! I never felt rushed or forced into anything he was great! I even got my new pink iPhone 16! Thanks Matthew you really made my Day

    Went into the store today to return an iPad and case that was given to me on my birthday from my daughter. Unfortunately, the sales representative told her that this would be enough storage for what my needs were. Unfortunately, he doesn't understand the capacity of my job. In any case he made the sale and we had to try return it We were in another city and the representative. Elizabeth told us that we had to have the credit card with us or we could not return it. She also told us that we would be charged $50 restocking fee and $30 for set up fee for an item sold under false pretense. I am saddened today that a company of this size would treat their customers so poorly.. I now have to drive two hours out of my way to the location It was bought at and have my daughter meet me there to return the useless item. When I went into the store, the associate Elizabeth did try to have it returned to another car to no avail. It's a sad day when you know you have to walk into a Verizon store because the employees are ill equipped to do any function without making many phone calls to get approval to do their job., and in some cases are never given approval at all sending the customer on their way hours after sitting there and getting nothing . From my experience if you step into a Verizon store, it takes way too long to get anything accomplished, and if Verizon representatives sell equipment that doesn't work for an individual properly and they have to return it while they make money on that sale anyway with having to put a price tag of $50 for restocking fee and then also whatever set up fees they charge you.

I first went to him after cracking the screen on my S21 Ultra. Steven repaired it at a very fair price using quality parts, which immediately earned my trust. After that experience, I ended up purchasing my S23 Ultra with 1TB of storage from him for $700. It was in pristine condition and has served me extremely well, both personally and for business. Since then, we've had multiple repairs done here, all with great results. I tend to shop around carefully, and his prices are consistently $50-$100 cheaper than anyone else you call in the area. I even compared his pricing to phone repair shops in Washington State while we were there this past summer, and Steven was still cheaper by at least $100 for a cracked screen replacement. After I shattered my phone screen, I refused to pay the inflated prices other shops were charging and waited an entire month until we returned from our business trip just so Steven could do the repair. That's how good his pricing is. On top of that, Steven went out of his way to be kind to my daughter--he gave her a free phone repair kit and an old phone to tinker with so she could explore whether she might be interested in that line of work. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Steven is genuinely kind, honest, and easy to work with. I'm very happy to support his small business and highly recommend Kingsell to anyone looking for reliable repairs at fair prices.
