When I explained the situation, they offered to help with the data transfer instead of repairing the older phone. They temporarily installed a working screen on the old phone, let us complete the transfer, and then even swapped the cracked screen back afterward. They went above and beyond, no other store offered a similar solution besides repairing the old phone completely. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Coincidentally I was at the mall and saw the upstairs kiosks. I was told it needed to be replaced and it would take 30 minutes. So I left it and returned only to be told that it needed to be taken downstairs to this store and it would take another 45 minutes. Once returned, I was told by the manager that my front glass was also damaged and that they replaced it free of charge. THERE WASN'T ANY DAMAGE TO MY SCREEN. A few days later, my speaker went out again as well as my screen became noticeably dimmer than before. I took it back and they explained to me the connections were loose and that they tightened the connection and sent me on my way. As far as the screen brightness they told me that that was normal. Fast forward a few weeks, my screen without any accident went green and blue. * IMPORTANT*. I then took it to my regular service store and upon inspection, his findings were unbelievable. He found that the screen was switched out with a low grade aftermarket glass, internal parts were missing, and multiple screws were missing. The cost for the original apple glass was $300.00. The switched glass was a cheaper glass that is a 1/3 of that. I was completely scammed. So from a simple speaker issue that I was charged $55.00, this ordeal cost me $350.00. I have called the current manager and now I'm being told that this store doesn't exist any more and that he doesn't know this guy. Ridiculous, these photos are directly from their own yelp site.

How funny is that the manager is commenting below on his own store. Hysterical. Where do I even begin on how horrendous my experience has been with this store. I took my two kids to where I thought was an authorized retailer and they are not even in Verizon system when I called in directly after my horrific experience. I was helped by a money hungry salesman named Darin. I originally went in to switch my daughter account onto mines as well as trading in my phone for an upgrade and to get on unlimited data. I wanted to eliminate 2 lines. (keep this in mind) I seen the commercial & it said 50% off for trade in & $40 per line for unlimited data. Let me start listing the horrible things Darin did. 1.) 1st off he lied to me and told me that the day I came in was the last day that you would be able to get the 50% (later confirmed by Verizon wireless that their promotion doesn't end for another 2 weeks) 2.) He didn't even switch my line over & after 3 1/2 hours & 10 minutes after I left I had to go back & have him add it on when I realized the phone didn't work & no data was transfered 3.) Instead of taking any lines off at all he said they aren't able to do that. (which I confirmed later that is true) However, what Mr Darin DID do is add all un-needed lines and merchandise I did not need. I ended up leaving with 6 lines on my account! (WT*!) What a good customer sales clerk would have done is ask me to call Verizon while I was there to cancel the two lines. Instead he tells me sorry you cant do that in here. 4.)He told me that the jetpack he had given me was free and never once mentioned that he is adding me on a 2 year service plan for this device. 5.) Then he goes on to sell me screen protectors for my phone, then ask as my two kids were complaining on the fact that we had been there 3 hours and they haven't eaten, if I would like unlimited screen protectors. He didn't mention that he will be charging me $79.99 for some store deal they have called GoAdvantage, which by the was I am filing a complaint on the BBB that they place this charge on my bill without my consent! So not only did he charge me $49.99 for the screen protectors, he signed me up for GoAdvantage without my consent which I later found out from Verizon Customer Service what that even is! To add insult to injury they charge me & never did I even received a cleaning cloth or any of the long listed crap they had on that plan or deal. (which is by the way illegal for them to do that) 6.) Remember how I mentioned I came in to the store to get on the go unlimited plan well guess what? Mr Darin didn't even switch my plan. Which I later found out when I got home and logged on to myverizon. 7.) With my company plan I am given 19% off for all store merchandise as well as my Verizon plan. So I asked Darin had he switch my plan would I still be able to get these benefits. He replies I don't know you should check on that. (which I later did with customer service and they told me they dont know why he said that it was plain as day on the screen.) So he proceeds to charge me full price for all of the merchandise in the store when I was entitled to 19% off for my company discount! 8.) Lastly my daughter's line was never switched over instead he had the bright idea of adding a 2yr line to my plan & told me don't worry we will get it switch. 9.) Then he goes to tell me that he submitted my trade in & that I would get $120 for it. (wait a minute, the deal was 50% off. which I later did get from customer service the next day for $325.49, no thanks to Mr Darin!) And he didn't even give me a submission ID for the device! Which again I also got the very next day from calling Verizon CS! So I go in the next day after Verizon CS help me over the phone to removed all of the lines Darin added & extra devices down to just one line & added the right plan. I came in to demand that they remove everything they did the previous day, which I was greeted by the one & only Tawfiq the manager who leaves his own only good review for his store LMAO! He immediately goes on the defense and gets upset and angry at me being upset & angry. Like seriously? Put yourself in my shoes! Who the hel* wouldn't be angry when someone takes advantage of you while they have two hungry kids waiting for hours? And guess what? The manager also refused to refund me when I have every right to get a refund & tells me I have to pay for a restocking fee! NO I DONT! Your own papers says within 3 days & if its not opened! Well 1st off I didn't have anything to open with GoAdvantage you didn't give me anything! You charged me for nothing!!! And you added a line, jetpack, & a device I did not needed nor consented to or wanted! You place it in my bag and said it was free! Your salesman held the receipt til the end & gave it to me when the store is closing & I had to leave so I didn't get a chance to see what he did on it until after I left! I will pursue this to every extent of the law Mr Tawfiq! read more

WARNING - This is NOT a Verizon store!!! Verizon WILL NOT support you with GoWireless transaction or phone issues! Have had a myriad of issues, last has been trying to get my $800 trade-in credit for over 6-months! Still not resolved! I've have even gone to the BBB, filed a complaint and asked for assistance. GoWireless and Verizon have the "basics" of poor customer service down to a "T". * Multiple touchpoints required for simple issue resolution (if any) * Providing wrong or inaccurate information * Unreasonable payments and/or unexplained surcharges * Overuse of automated scripts & ROBO responses to customers (wait for it...) * Merry-go-round responses - no one owns the issue or authority to resolve timely In short, Go Wireless' processes and support is atrocious. The resolution processes are a down-right an abusive merry-go-round, the worst I have ever encountered. And - GW does not empower employees to support you in a timely or equitable manner. The people are nice - other than misleading me on level of service, fees, losing my turned in phone, incorrect promotion given, poor cell service, poor customer service elsewhere, not following up, chat support worthless, corporate support simply sent issue back to the store, never a firm answer for issue resolution, etc... - too many to list. And no support from VERIZON - not their problem. YOU have been WARNED - previously 20 years with T-Mobile - not a single issue! Note - I did not purchase my phone from this store - but GoWireless' processes\behaviors are the same regardless at store or cooperate level. Other reviews I've read confirm show a consistent pattern of poor customer support and other abusive behaviors. read more

This is such a great store. The atmosphere is great. I went in there to get help because my husband bought me a new phone and the Store Manager Tawfiq(I think is his name) such a unique and wonderful gentleman and manager, told my husband not to worry and when I'm ready to use my phone to come on in and he will be more than happy to move my stuff over. He did it in 20 mins and all my stuff from my old device moved over and looks the same!!!! Thank you tawfiq. Thank you for being patient with this old wiz he knows his stuff give him a raise im glad he is the manager better than the old manager the other one all she did was yell and be rude to everyone. I will be back and recommend this store over the Colorado corporate store anytime. :) read more

I was helped by Krysnie and she was wonderful!!! She helped with all my questions and let me know of any plan changes I could do to save some money. there was another gentlemen in there that was causing problems and I saw how Krysnie was able to professionally handle it and did her absolute best to take care of it. It was a little weird because she had to excuse herself to take care of it during our interaction (the guy wasn't even a verizon customer. just some guy coming in asking questions then causing trouble). Unfortunately, not all people can be pleased. However aside from that, I had a great experience at this store and would definitely recommend to come talk to Krysnie! Thank you you're the best. Such a great store to go to I would take this store over the corporate store any day. I went in to pay my bill and replace the screen protectors on my account and the manager Tawfiq helped us. He is so good and patient. Well I ended up getting a new phone and a new tablet and he transferred everything for me and saved me money on my bill. I upgraded my phone a year ago with this Asian girl. She was very helpful. I believe her name is Krystie. Time for upgrade so I came back looking for her. She was no longer there. They tried to sell me a iPhone 7 for 150 plus tax. I asked them why and they told me it's for a case, screen protector and a case. I made the horrible mistake of entering the wrong store! By far the worse experience I ever had! This is not an authorized Verizon retailor! They pushed their own products and bill you for so much stuff you don't need! Make sure you go to 148 W Foothill Blvd in Monrovia and not this one! Wrong Monrovia location and it sure cost me! The tricky part here is that the store looks just like the corporate ATT store. What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

Instead of receiving the item overnight, it will now take 3 days to arrive. I had to call customer service and bring this to their attention and ask for a refund of the shipping. Do not recommend. Any company that does not follow customer requests can't be trusted to fulfill orders.
